This taco bell only takes one order at a time to try to make their window time lower in the drive through. Cars backed up to the road and only doing one car at a time. Once you finally get to the window they make you pull around to the door to get your order to also make it seem their window time is lower.
We had to throw our food away it was that bad!
Very inconsistent. When everything is good, its good. Lately however, theyre out of stuff or get my order wrong about 80% of the time.

Countertops by the drinks and condiments was disgusting. It looked like they threw water all over the floor instead of mopping it. Puddles everywhere.
This past Monday me and my mother went up to Taco Bell around 9:30, the young lady in the drive through was super nice, but once I pulled around to wait for my order some of the employees was out on the patio yelling saying they wanted some weed and also taking about other type of drugs. Then when our food came out who I am guessing was the manager was rude and completely ignored my mother and went straight to the employees and started smoking and talking to them basically joining their conversation. This is not the first time That I have went up there and had to deal with that from that manager she is just rude and doesnt seem like she cares about her job.
Last night the dark skin heavy set lady I am guessing she is a manger was rude and used foul language with me. I was missing some of my items and she snapped at me saying everything is in there and that she isnt going to help me anymore because everything was in there and walked away from my car and walked back inside. My order was wrong and cold and horrible I will never go back here also I will not recommend this taco bell to anyone else. She will be the main reason why I will not go back.
This place was ok. The food could have been hotter.
The staff was inattentive off the front counter which caused a delay in picking up my order. But the god was made hot and cheeky, which is a surprise at Taco Bell
Lady in the drive-thru started by describing all the food they were missing, the shorter list was what they had. Honestly felt bad for the lady as she had to tell every single person what they were out of first. Service was great, tacos were terrible (even for Taco Bell).
I want be back. Know one there but me and waited 35 minutes on my food and they were fully staffed!! No staffing issues at all and the drive thru was NOT busy!!!! Left food out and ask them about it and manager used very foul language when I made the comment all my food wasnt there.
Disgusting! Everything was dirty. Especially the bathrooms. Trashes were over flowing. Plus the service was awful. Had to wait to even be acknowledged to order. They also didnt have napkins available and only provided 2 for 4 people. When we asked for more they still only gave us 2. I personally love Taco bell food but it just couldnt make up for the state of the building and the poor service.
The staff and the manager are VERY rude to the customers. I was told to pull up in the parking lot so they can bring my order out. Then a staff came out with the food, I stated that I will come inside and check if I received all of my items, and once I went inside with my bags, I figured out that I was missing several items that I ordered and paid for it. I then notified the manager . The manager stated she couldnt come to the dining area to check my order and stated I had to take all my food item to the counter for her to check it. She had a horrible attitude, and stated "she doesnt get paid enough for this". The staffs told the manager that "they made all of the food" clearly they didnt, if they did then I wouldnt be missing more than 8 items from my order. My food items were not even wrapped properly. The toppings were in the bag instead of inside of the food item. While I was in the store, there was another customer that came back with her messed up order. Clearly the staffs and the manager needs more training on how to treat their customers, and need to verify that theyre giving customer what they order, instead of trying to cover up their mistakes.
Taco bell, is just Taco bell. This one is like all others. Inside is open. Service was great. Cleanliness not great.
Terrible staff, can barely take orders of few people, constant mistake and attitude problem from elder lady work at the register. 6pm and they were out of favorite item Mex. π.Have to ask for spoons, no more fork or spoon/fork.Go to another location or better yet, Im replacing Taco Bell with Chipotle or something else.
Workers did not acknowledge us. After waiting at the counter, we went to the kiosk to order. Orders (2were incomplete and barely warm. I had to ask for a cup for my drink, the sour cream and tomatoes I paid extra for were left off 2 of the 3 tacos. Sauce I requested was not included. Staff barely spoke to us, only when necessary. One guy was on his phone watching videos (behind the counter, evidently not on break). Next time were passing through, we wont stop here. Additionally, the drink area had multiple spills, the floor was dirty, and the womens bathroom was out of paper towels and was not clean.
We had employee appreciation and this team came together and provided us with 120 tacos. Like no hesitation and they were so friendly and even brought it all out to me. Big shout out to yall
Only ones in restaurant and it took a while to get food. Food was good but not all that good to look at. Tacos with sour cream just at one end instead of evenly put on tacos. Had to tell them what drinks we ordered because they were about to give us the wrong size and wrong drink.
Prices are cheaper and better than Taco Bell in Atlanta.
STAY AWAY! Been inside for 45 minutes waiting on 3 simple items. They called us up only gave us one of our 2 cups. Didnt have the drink I ordered, my husbands brisk was sugarless and disgusting. The bathrooms are a MESS! Soap dispensers dont work!how are employees/guests supposed to wash their hands? There have been more than 20 customers come and go since we got here. Most had to tell the employees what they ordered. If my food is wrong Im going to lose it! (Shocker its WRONG!Worst taco bell experience by far. The employees are too busy playing to do their job. The attitudes of the front end workers stink. They messed up MY order placed at a kiosk and Im the problem??

i walked in and went to the front counter, and waiting there for 7 minutes until somebody finally noticed. and then it took another 4 minutes for somebody to actually come and do my order, when there were TWO workers that walked into the building knowing i was waiting. and then the cashier i had was EXTREMELY rude. Miss Malika B is the rudest person ever with that stank look. Hope you see this π€£π€£π€π½π€π½
Worst taco bell ever. They didnβt even had beans or onions.. i am a vegetarian and didnβt know what to order.
Horrible service lady making the food was playing on her phone with gloves on and didnt change before making food. We where the second people to get the wrong order. And didnt have half the stuff we wanted to order.
Food itself wasnt bad but both orders of cinnamon twists we had were horrible. They tasted stale and had no cinnamon/sugar on them. Needless to say we trashed those items.
Wasnt Fear 10 minutes after a long drive wanted to stretch my legs and wind out while having my kids lay down in the room and go to bed and the night and it had the audacity to tell me I need to stay by my room like if Im a child or something definitely will never stay here again
Terrible service. We showed up in a truck too big for the drive through we asked a employee outside if it was alright if we could order inside. The man proceeded to go inside to ask his manager and says he will be right back out. He never came back out and then the manager came outside and we asked if we could atleast walk through the drive through they said they wouldnβt serve us. The manager then proceeded to say βcan you work at a Taco Bellβ with a attitude cause we asked why we simply couldnβt walk though the drive though with no one in line. By far the worst service Iβve ever had at any restaurant.
I had ordered in the drive thru, placed my order and just waited for the total amount of my order but no one ever came back on the speaker. So I pulled on to get my order and when I get to the window they told me I would have to go back thru the drive thru since I didnt wait for them to tell me the amount. So I just left. Im was not in a hurry so I know I sat waiting for the amount of my order for a couple of minutes. I will never go back to this taco bell again. If I get Taco Bell I will go to the one on 82.
Food is good but the service is not always friendly. Waited patiently for the lady to take my order and when I was about to ask if she was ready, she was about to speak and we were about to speak at the same time and she told me I had interrupted her. I didnβt know she was going to speak until we both did. I would much rather go somewhere where the staff is a bit more friendly.
This is an awesome Taco Bell. The employees are always friendly and offer a great experience. I never have to check my order when picking up, they always include everything. Keep up the great work! A+
Husband went through the drive through on a trip from Kentucky to Florida. The cashier didnt give him his debit card back, late night and hungry kids so it didnt even register until he stopped for gas 2 hours later. We checked our account and they use the card again at the same store (not our purchase obviously). Tried to call to tell the manager what had happened and for them to shred the card since we already reported it stolen, no answer. Just wanted to get it out there that one of the employees working today (9/6/21, night time drive thruis not honest nor an upstanding citizen. Im sincerely disappointed in humanity right now, as if life isnt hard enough right now.
Ordered online, was told to go inside to get order. Could not get inside due to door being locked. Finally got order. Wouldve been better if drive thru was usable.
Usually the woman at the window is super polite and quick, and they do you right with the nacho cheese portions...But Iβve gotta take my business to the one on 82 because whoever the maskless dude theyβve got working is, he was combative to the point of making me physically uncomfortable. He kept asking me to repeat parts of my order and made a large deal as though he couldnβt hear me because of my mask, practically climbed out the window in my face (maskless). Just super rude and obviously wanted an argument, not a good look.
Been here several times since it opened a year ago & every visit is a nightmare. I have literally never got what I ordered the first time. Get home & no sauce, no napkins, foods wrong, ect. I have no idea how they mess my order up every single time.

So Itβs against my religious belief to eat meat. We were hungry for same reason we stopped at taco bell being the most available vegetarian options. I was served a BEEF BURRITO instead of a bean Burrito.When i sat to eat i was already at my home where i could not go back.This was total negligence and i am very upset where in-spite of clarifying my order twice i was served something i would have never thought of eating intentionally. Unpleasant experience.
We stopped in while traveling home from Virginia. The lobby was closed due to short staffing. The drive thru was quite busy. A staff member came out to us and very politely explained the situation and the need to use the drive thru. In addition she brought our young children slushies. The ladies working at this location could not have been more courteous and willing to provide a pleasant experience for their guests regardless of the hardship they were experiencing. Hopefully you will commend them for their dedication to your company and their superior customer service.
The service was horrible, we ordered before a guy behind us and he got his food before us. As we were waiting to order a girl walked in and called one of the employees by name. The employee walked over and talked to this girl and her daughter. Then walked away from the register and went back to doing something on an iPad.
The girl at the window was so sweet and never once became agitated at my indecisiveness. I really wish I would have caught her name because she deserves a raise. My order was correct and neatly packaged. I had a large order and can vouch that my steak quesadilla was delicious!! It was the perfect ratio of meat and cheese, and grilled to perfection!!
The worst fast food experience Ive ever had. I spent at least 30 minutes there. I had a big order but they were out of everything and didnt let me know when I ordered. Only had 2 people working. Didnt have silverware, coffee, Baja Blast, potatoes, and black beans. There was alot of other customers and they were fed up too. Very busy, customer service was horrible and mean. They treated me as if it was my fault, never apologized and acted as if I was supposed to know everything they were out of. Lazy employees. Definitely do not recommend coming here, completely worth it to go somewhere else. If I could, 0 stars.
The slowest TB ever. Never got waited on, so I used the kiosk. 10mins has past and no order. Im watching people come in and leave because theyre not being waited on. Its not even busy in here. Smh
The building is nice and new. However we waited for 10 minutes to put in an order finally gave up and just used the kiosk. The food was poorly thrown together, wrong, mostly tortilla and no filling, and the employees were rude.
What food i GOT was good, but they did not take my order correctly or give me the sauce they specifically asked about at the drive thru. I had to back back to the window to fit my sauce. They tried not to give me my drink. I ordered three items and got two, but they only rang up two. The food I got WAS fresh and tasty however.
Very good soft taco and much more to eat. Also the staff was very courteous and well trained.
Service and food both were great but the wait for the food was more than I thought it should have been
