Taco Bell in Bedford County

I am allergic to lettuce and this place always is perfect with my orders. I ordered a LOT and they were wonderful to me even though they were so busy both inside and with the drive through.

What you could want from a taco bell. Staff was very friendly, service was quick. Food was all correct an came out fast and hot. Dining room was clean

Good service, they are very busy being on a busy street/intersection but still make the effort to provide good customer service. Taco terrific:)

Very nice staff, very clean building. They are very accurate with orders. I usually order everything special and they have never made a mistake a single time.

This taco bell was off the charts, fast friendly and all of the food tasted great (some taco bells dont get everything just right)

The worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Poorly trained employees. Clueless service.Never going back. The supposedly Crispy Tacos turned into Sloppy, Soggy Tacos . Never called my name when the order came out. Another next to the turnpike interchange joke!

Ok for fast Mexican style food...servings are very small.

I walked into a nice clean restaurant where everyone look like they were busy. Igot an order to go, which was done in a quick amount of time... It was nice to go into a fast food service where they had enough people working.

My granddaughter asked for No cheese on her tacos she got 3 and every one if them had cheese on them. Then they did not give her her cinnamon delights. They were nice about it but they still need to make sure they are reading the order prompter.

I am not happy. I just got my meal and it took longer than it should have. There was a hole in my cup and I now have sticky stuff all through my cup holders and all over me. Better yet, I have no napkins to help me clean this up. I will not be back any time soon. I am very disappointed.

Hours say they open at 8am. Doors still locked and nobody answering at Drive Thru speaker. Had to cancel my mobile order after 15 minutes of it saying to check in.

The service was very very slow. Busy filling drive thru and other orders no worrying about people inside. People that were not in dribble thru when we ordered got their food before we did. Employee busy getting outside food and talking to a friend.

Locked the door in my face while it was raining. Just lazy employees. Worried about having to clean the lobby up from some water

I wasnt going to change my rating.. but every time weve visited this location in the last 8 months theyve messed up the order and had an attitude when asked if they could correct it.

I like taco bell, but this location forgot my chicken quesadilla one time.

It had been a while since we had a run for the border. Worth the wait, food arrived perfectly cooked and seasoned, perfectly hot.

Polite, pleasant, prompt and very professional but most of all they are HAPPY.

Extremely slow drive thru. Waited 17 minutes after ordering to get to the window and sat at the window an extra 13 minutes. This has happened a few times now.

Its sad, that I door dash on the side an get attitude like I have been getting. Either the person handing me the food thinks that its too good for them or that were an inconvenience. This is not the first time an then was asked to pull around to get some kind of slush drink which, was half melted an told next time make sure to say who Im driving for. 🤔 last time, I checked your representing taco bell

This taco bell has gone 3 for 3 getting my order wrong in the last month. Im usually not the type to sit in the parking lot to double check my order was right but I am now.

Taco Bell at the Bedford Turnpike Interchange provides exceptional value on an American Icon. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hours on the weekend have been cut a little short. However, in all fairness, I am suspecting that it is due to COVID-19 and staff shortages. I would have given them five stars but I am a corrections officer at a state level prison and was told that only local sheriffs departments, local police, state police and such are entitled to discounts. Pennsylvania State Correctional Institutions fall under the governors jurisdiction and classification of both law enforcement officers and peace officers. I am also local and a resident of Bedford myself.

Food is always good. But there have 2 times here lately that I’ve pulled into the drive thru at 8am to get breakfast at this location and no one was there. Several other cars followed and didn’t get served either. Frustrating to say the least. If it’s a hiring issue, there should at least be a note or something.

So me and my husband went here for supper wanted in line for 10min while the hole staff would not even pay attention to the fact that we were there so we left and had to eat some where else I work in fast food so I know it can be crazy but 10 min and know one even talks to you

This is a great location right off the interstate at a major junction, its a popular option. The service is hit or miss, Ill advise that you check your order before leaving the window. Typical taco Bell offerings.

Typical Taco Bell food. It was good and it was hot. Got all sauces we asked for. Napkins in the bag. Friendly worker at the window.

Quick service and they got my complicated order correct and didn’t even question me. I usually order items without the tortilla and in a bowl. Nearly every TB questions my order, makes it without some of the toppings (yes, it’s true, just because it’s in a bowl doesn’t mean I don’t want the sauceor just makes it straight up in a tortilla.

I ordered a slushy and some food as well an when I pulled around everything was fine until I got the food. They forgot the slushy, an giggled about it, after they gave it to me the lid and cup were dirty, the lettuce on my tacos were haft brown an there where a few tomato pieces on my chicken chipotle melt. I wasted haft if the lettuce on the tacos. Kinda upset about the whole thing.

The food was good. The restaurant was clean. I had a large and complex order, and they got it correct. I will probably go back again.

Food is good as always. Only took a star away because the cashier said I had all my food but when I checked I was still missing half a 48 dollar order and had to go inside to wait for rest of order. Im assuming just new employee.

This is my favorite restaurant, really good tacos and drinks like slushies and sodas, i recommend going here to eat with friends!

I would give zero stars if possible. We ordered a chicken power bowl, a chicken chalupa, and 2 waters. When we asked what the total was the kid said, "I dont know, I cant tell". The screen finally showed $16.67. When we inquired about the total, the young boy said he had a power bowl, chalupa, two large drinks, and two waters. We explained that we only wanted waters, he said "I know. I have 2 waters and 2 large drinks". We said we did not want the large drinks and he walked away without any explanation. We finally walked out. Total incompetence!!!

Every time I go to this restaurant, it is a great experience! The employees are so polite, and patient! They greet you with a smile, and ask how you are, or how your days is going! It is awesome!!

Visited at 11:30 PMThe kiosk register person was rude and hurried. (Bad)Had a gloved (goodemployee stick a black plastic cup at me for my credit card (bad). When it was returned to me - in the cup - it wrapped tightly in the receipt(bad). The service was curt and thoughtless.I go my order and even though I ordered two crunch wrap grandes I got one and the other regular. I ordered one loco taco and got a plain one instead.I shouldnt have to tear apart my order to make sure its okay. What a drag. Exceedingly expensive as well.

I always love taco bell, and this one is among the best. They always have good food, made right. They never forget any of my food and they have friendly staff. My family orders from there almost every week. Will always be returning.

The food was excellent. The employees were courteous and helpful. The only issue is the android app we ordered from. It needs work to make the payment portion run more smoothly. The ability to use the app to order custom cravings boxes is a very good idea though.

Can only order a quesarito online, but they make them there....so had to get online and make an order then wait for it to be made....so much for fast food. They gave me a dirty cup and my chicken quesarito had beef in it as well.

So not much to say. Ive been about 20-30 times. They have never messed up my order, which is saying something because it is long and complicated. They missed a item once it twice but a guy my size isnt going to miss it. Getting to their lot isnt super easy, so look carefully. There few times Ive had time to eat inside I noticed that they werent particularly set up to take orders at the counter, the register wasnt always staffed. However they have, as many taco bell locations do, self serve ordering kiosks facing the registers. Once I finally turned around and looked behind me it all made sense. I, personally, am 300% on board with the kiosk thing but I just didnt see it the first few times I was in. I still try to stop in when I am able to get out.

Very friendly staff. Food was cooked and prepared properly. Didnt seem like the typical stones at taco bell! Would recommend.

Brand new facility. Although there were only 3 people enjoying their meals, the staff were not cleaning the dirty tables-and there were several. Actually they must have been in the back. Did not see any worker before I ordered or after I received my order.

Hands down the best taco bell Ive ever gone to. I live in Lancaster PA and Ive never had taco bell this fresh, hot, and stuffed with meat and cheese. In Lancaster the stores are run by degenerates and dont have a care in the world about anything. Anyone that lives within 20 minutes of this place are very very lucky. Very friendly staff too.

Really neat and clean. Glad to see one in Bedford. Food was hot and fresh, which was nice. Staff was friendly and were keeping up on spot cleaning though there wasnt a lot of business at the time I stopped in (later in the day).

I would give more stars for this place but I only gave two stars.one star for friendliness.1 * for being a clean restaurant.I was disappointed at this location for the quality of the food portion.I dont eat at Taco Bell much.The last Taco Bell I ate at was in Duncansville Pennsylvania 23 miles or so up the road. I ate a double chalupa and a hard taco that was pretty good.I was watching TV and a commercial came on Advertising the $5 lunch bucket double chalupa drink cinnamon fries and hard taco. Damn for that price I thought I fell in Taco heaven 😁So I decided one day to go and get this$5 lunch bucket went to eat my hard taco little skimpy on the meat I thought🤔 little bit of lettuce cheese but I ate it no problem.Now Im going to dig into this double chalupawhen I picked it up before I even open it and felt lite it felt thin, but when I open up the wrap the bowl was not even full I took my finger and Doug to the bottom to check out the amount of meat, very little meat for a double chalupa, and in the bowl you basically can still see the top of the rim, now I wish I had took that picture a picture worth more than a thousand words.I wanted to take a picture of it and I should have.so I went back up and asked the guy could he put some more meat in my chalupa because it wasnt enough meat in there he told me he had put two scoops of meat and Im trying to figure out two scoop from what a teaspoon, he didnt even like say well Ill put a little bit more in just to satisfy me the customer he just said sir we put two scoops of meat in there I said in what and Im showing him the shell instead of just giving me a little bit more meatYou probably throw that much away anyway.I just went to my seat and ate my bread and looked out the window across at Arbys and said I should have went over at Arbys and got my gyro sandwiches full of meat like I started to.This Taco Bell here because of the portion size of meat that they put on the bread I will not be eating here again until I hear somebody say something different as long as Im in this area.Dont get me wrong this is a very nice store the guys are very friendly, no females working in the store at the time, all guys and they were friendly.The store was very clean behind the counter in the dining area and the restroom good Atmosphere music was nice good variety of different music for all kinds of people I just didnt like it because they lack one thinglittle portion of meat not worth my spending my money and not getting nothingI really was so angry I wanted to go to the supermarket and buy some hamburger and stir it up and make my own damn Taco thats how mad I was😂Like I said I have nothing against the store itself except they dont put a lot of meat on the food.

The new dollar nacho fries were delicious nice and hot but my #1 combo burrito and taco were both somewhat on the cool side barely had any warmth to them at all, probably was because I waited 15 minutes in line to get my food at the drive-thru at about 11:30 Saturday night March third 2018 I was almost afraid to eat the food because it was cold and didnt know if it was safe to eat but I was so hungry hadnt eaten all day but was very very disappointed in my food first time Ive been to Taco Bell since they come in to Bedford Pennsylvania dont know if I will go back I only gave them two stars because the nachos were hot and good and of course the Pepsi was cold if the nachos Frys would have been cold I wouldnt have even given one star

I love their food and their tacos. One of the best fast food restaurants in Bedford. It could be a bit cleaner and open 24/7 but this is a great choice if you like Mexican fast food.
