The girl in the victorias secret mask had an attitude for our entire order, served us a slushy that was disgusting (over filled and completely melted as soon as I got itand she gave my sister attitude when we politely waited an extra minutes for sauce because she didnt give or offer any! Almost $40 order. Hope y’all get new help.
Kind staff but check your order before you leave, second time here and both times the order was completely incorrect. I called and told them I was missing items and the rest was wrong, they took my name, went back and they had no idea what I was talking aboutfew weeks later I Ordered door dash out of 4 items 3 were unavailable. And it can take up to 7 days for a refund. So either go there And check your order because its always wrong, or out of stock. I will never go back. Management never called back or even apologized for anything.
No salsa, no empanadas, up charge for sour cream, no Military discount. On a positive note the store was very clean.

Went thru the drive thru was told I could not place a second order. I would have to drive around I dont fully understand what the problem is. Just wanted to paybfor my orders separately worst customer service ever.
I just got three supreme taco hard shell, and there was a very odd taste in the shell and strange smell. I’m not sure if they got a different kind of shell or if someone had something on their hands when they made the food. It really did not taste pleasant at all.
Went in for the doritos locos tacos only to be told they dont have the cool ranch flavor no more.
Best Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life. Super clean and the food was all fresh and well made. Cashier was very nice too.

Literally the worst location ever. Always closed at the most random times for random reasons or the lobby is closed so people who drive work vehicles that won’t fit in drive through are SOL not a good way to run a business. They just had the place redone and this morning they are closed for construction like what did y’all just get done? Lol
They are not open until 12 a.m. they are leaving out the door getting into their vehichles at 10.30 pm or sooner. This needs to be revised.
The lady that was working was super friendly and efficient. We thought shed be upset we came so late but she was welcoming and nice! Food tasted great and everything was correct. Thank you so much!
This particular Taco Bell is very disappointing. I ordered a 2 Nachos Bell Grande meals, and there was no meat in either order but had a huge lump of beans in both. There was hardly any cheese, and the chips were all broken or crushed. It was very disappointing.
10:30 pm I decided to go to taco bell. No customers in sight. Went to drive thru and had questions about food and the lady taking the order seemed annoyed of the questions. Went to window to pay ask to add fries if possible and she rolled her eyes as she took my card. Seems like she was mad that they actually had to work because a customer ordered. They need to be taught customer service. Made me feel very uncomfortable ….they should be glad people are ordering and buisness is running which is why she has that job.
To some, this picture wouldnt mean much... But to me its everything! This taco 🌮 bell has knives. Oh my word. Glorious day! 🧡Besides all that... This nostalgic location is always clean when we stop in road tripping up 13 to another state. Bathrooms are clean, and today we had the pleasure of having Hannah H wait on us. She was kind, helpful, and went the extra mile for me! Great experience today! Thank you!! 🧡
Visited location on Tuesday, June 29th at roughly 1 pm. Ordered a small lunch with a side of nachos. Drove home to find a dead insect in my nachos. Upon speaking to the female manager, demanded that the nachos be returned if I wanted that refund. Speaking from managerial experience and knowing that remote refunds are commonly done at other Taco Bells, the action done by this manager was in the wrong. Will not be returning to this location.
Food was on point. But waiting 23 mins for 2 soft tacos was annoying. But unfortunately no one wants to work these days
No lettuce, no tomatoes no beans no anything .All I got was a soft shell with meat , cheese with mild sauce it was bad !!
One of our better experiences with this location. Not only did they actually get the order correctly but the tacos were great, not sloppy. Also, the time spent in the drive-thru was less than 5min.
Food never looks like advertised. No matter what you order something is always missing. This has happened several times. At one time we had to go back to the restaurant from home to get a part of our order. We had stopped going there for a while but decided to give them another try. Not going back again!
I always have a good experience when I go to the Seaford Taco Bell. I often go for lunch for the people that I work with because a hungry nurse is an unhappy environment. So I always make sure my nurses and cnas are happy and Taco Bell helps me do it
Im truly not one to complain but this is the second time that I have went to Seaford taco Bell and ordered Doritos locos tacos and when I get them they are cold soggy and falling apart. I will not be returning to this taco Bell one time okay I understand but this is the second time. And on top of that service is extremely slow through the drive-thru. Had to repeat my order three times.
The flavors are still what youd expect for Taco Bell but theyve started using very delicate taco shells, sort of like the chips served at Chilis. I was surprised at first. I actually like these.
Definitely the best taco bell that Ive been too.. the drive thru was fast. The workers were pleasantly polite and the food was put together really well! Yum
Though its not authentic Mexican food, they do ALOT better than MANY other fast food places as far as having your order correct and im sorry but when youre in a rush and need something quick, Id rather taco bell🤷♂️
absolutely terrible, went through drivethrough and card chip want reasing so went to atm and came back (30min trip, the taco bell employee gave me the food that had sat out for 30 minutes and after i asked him to remake the hard tacos because they had completely soaked through, him and the cook prep procedded to laugh at me while they cracked each taco in half then gave me those. terrible lazy location that is staffed with rude employees. best olace to get soggy tacos and rock hard quesadillas though if that is your thing.

I am a truck driver. My truck will not fit thru drive thru. I walk thru drive in since lobby was clised. 3 empliyees standing around talking about weed. One guy refuses to take my order because im not in a car. So the company would rather pay employees to stand around rather than make a few bucks oll never eat another taco bell again. Thats discrimination
We went to this taco bell just because it was the closest. The girl running drive thru talked really quiet. We could barely understand her. We ordered cinnabon delight 12 pack even though the sign said 5.39 when were use to paying 5.19 at the harrington location. After ordering we were told the total was 5.49. We told them the sign said 5.39. When we got to the window we were told the prices changed. Well knowing from plenty of experience 1 you have to give it to us for the price on the menu and 2 the customer is always right. After the girl rolled her eyes at us we were told by the manager he couldnt discount it. In other words he didnt want to. They werent even busy so why couldnt we get good customer service.
Its Taco Bell, its not heart healthy and probably never will be. That being said, I love to eat there and I enjoy the staff who always make me feel welcome. Carol, always greets me with a smile and gives me the time I need to place my order. I have become a fan of the Frito Burrito. Cheap and filling, it has me hooked for now. I would give them 5 stars if they would add some heart healthy alternatives. Although the truth be told I probably would still order the Nachos Bell Grande and not have to much of a guilt trip about it.
I love the food here, I am also a huge fan of their app because I love to customize my food. My only complaint is the app wont always open. When the app works I think it is pretty easy to use and the restuarant does a good job of getting my order right. They do occasionally forget something, so I have to go back in for it. A pet peeve of mine is when I have a large order, dont put my quesadilla on the bottom and everything on top! It is so hot when you put it in and everything else so heavy it squeezes the sauce out! Also please always put my tortilla chips on top and include eating utensils!
Tacos are bit greasy and watery. No mild sauce for customers. friendly staff was ok.wanted mild salsa did not have for replacement for mild sause.
The front person Zachery W. was outstandingHe was personable, knowledgeable and was active in keeping the dining area clean. The food was fantadtic. This is one of the nicest Taco Bells we have been to. The Taco Bells with KFC are awful. This was a real treat. Thank you
I like how nice the staff is. I like the coziness of the restaurant. It does need an upgrade. But its well clean and friendly staff and your food comes pretty quick.
TV Commercials showing your product, are deceitful. Either way, no one at this store knew what they were doing?!I ordered the New Loaded Taco Box with extra guacamole and sour cream.I was eager to try it, since seeing the TV AD.I was given the most discusting box of food.The crew displayed a "who cares" attitude,and the store was in dire need of some TLC.Your combined stores, KFC/TACO BELL, evidently does not "cross train" the crew.
Honestly a amazing Taco Bell. The best Ive ever been too and I travel for work. The cashier comes and asks you if youre food is ok while youre eating. Amazing service
The food is poor quality and evertime i jave a special request like no beans or avacado i still had it on there and the mgr act like he barely wanted to correct it. I stopped going some of these food places are really going down. Also this place could use a face lift. It looks very dirty inside because it is so out dated.
This is basically the late night move in seaford. So many places close so fast. My best advice is to not go at the very last minute people are trying to go home and will flat out not really try to serve you. But just 30mins to a hour earlier would go the extra mile. Im a notorious late night visitor but everyone is pretty cool.
If you are going to eat at this Taco Bell, just remember the acronym KISS (keep it simple...stupid!This place cannot get even the simplest of orders correct. If I order breakfast with no egg I always get egg. I just ordered 2 shredded chicken tacos supreme with a power menu burrito that I changed stuff on the burrito and they got that right, but for some reason couldnt get the regular supreme tacos right. The only reason I even go to this location is because the next one is almost 20 miles further away and I can park a tractor trailer next door.Ive gotten so much free food from this establishment because of the incorrect orders I dont know how they can even stay in business if that is the same for everyone else...or maybe its just me.
Yesterday was excellent. Antonio B. is an amazing employee and most likely deserves to be a shift manager.However, today I ordered a steak soft taco supreme, and the sour cream was on one end of the taco.
Absolutely excellent customer service. This is the very first time Ive enjoyed my experience at Taco Bell in my life. The manager was very friendly as well as the associates. They have full knowledge of the menu and assisted me with my decision based off what I was in the mood for. The building is clean and surprisingly the bathrooms smell good. Highly recommended stop in.
3.5 star. Service wasnt bad. Food was made well and tasty not just slopped together like it is at times. Needs a baby changing table in restrooms and the restroom need a good cleaning but over all ok. Glad nacho fries are back. Miss the naked chicken chalupa box though:(
Cheap fast food. Sometimes its better service but last time I went, they gave us the wrong order. I had it as 3 star but dropped it to 2 due to recent experiences.
I love Taco Bell and this one did not disappoint. I had the spicy tostada, well 2. It was delicious as usual. I really wish theyd bring back the beefy tostada. My 2nd job was at the Taco Bell in Charleston, WV.
All was well the older lady at the register was so nice and great, BUT Then came our order and the girl that was supposed to call us to get or food just glared out across the store then over at us with an attitude and says have a nice day and walks away and we sat there unsure if she meant us and says "uhhh becca or uh something...." very rude and unprofessional.
Yummy, but they always get my order wrong. I order sour cream with extra sour cream on the side and no tomatoes, I either get tomatoes or I get sour cream on the side with no sour cream on the taco. Or vice versa. With that said, I love tacobell, I could probably eat here every day of the week.
We were the only customers at the drive through. We waited 14 minutes for our two meals. I had time to get out of the car, walk around the side of the restaurant, wait in line for the restroom and return BEFORE our food was out. When food did come there was no apologies and while I was inside there was one couple inside eating. The nacho bell grande I ordered had to be tossed bc the chips were so over cooked and burned tasting that we both gagged. Terrible customer service, terrible food preparation time and terrible food.
This place is a gamble. Its very popular with the locals, and all walks of life stop in or grab something from the drive through. One day can be quiet, the next, a little league ball team maybe eating there.As for the food, it really boils down to who is preparing it. More than most, youll get decently made and filled products. Since most is made to order, you may have to wait if its busy all at once.For the most part the staff is attentive and sociable. They seem to recognize their return customers.
Slow slow slow. Sat in drive thru for 15 mons before a car moved. Then they act like you should be understanding that they cant run a fast food buisness and get orders out in a decent time. I refuse to come here at night anymore. Terrible service... No sense of urgency
