Taco Bell in Jasper County

Meh, its fast food....

My order was hot and fresh steak burrito and soft taco was delicious. I Love the change. It is a change.

Everytime I go to this taco bell they leave something out........I ordered a power bowl pizza 2 bean burritos and 2 pintos and cheese......I get home and have 0 pinto and cheese. Every damn time. You would think Id learn to check...but I shouldnt have to

We used the drive thru so no inside knowledge but it was quick and easy to order. Food was warm and good. Plenty of sauce and napkins (in case youre messy like me with that pizza lol). Id recommend this Taco Bell. Thank yall for the good food and service.

Had the Crunch Wrap without the cheese sauce! Had one previously with the sauce and didnt like it, but without, it was really tasty!

Good cheap food horrible service before 10 am. Or after 8 pm.

I ordered a #8, my soft taco was cold, my burrito Supreme was a mess! And Im not saying just a little mess, the tortilla was ripped, food was coming out both ends of it, I was not given napkins, or a straw for my iced tea. This is the first time Ive had a problem such as this! If I wasnt so hungry, I would have taken it back! This is not acceptable for a restaurant!

This by far the worst experience Ive had at a taco bell. 72522 is around 9pm the young man running the window lacked in service I got sick minutes after eating a potato cheese taco. The young girl was on here phone the cook was carrying food out to cars with gloves on that he used to prepare food with .Jasper needs a manager badley

Absolutely impressed, finally fast food that is Fast! Thank you Bryan for your professionalism and efficient service. Our order was correct, hot, tasty and right even after I changed it. We will most certainly be back!

Would get a 5 if they brought beefy nacho grillers back

Glad to see the Mexican pizza back but didnt care for the fact that the inside didnt have anyone behind the counter had to try and order on a touchscreen device and couldnt find the Mexican pizza despite being advertised on said device found it easier to wait in line at the drive through

I want to say "Thank You" to the folks that work at Jasper Taco Bell. I go to several drive through fast food places in Jasper and most of the people absolutely sound and act like they hate their jobs. EVERYTIME I go to our Taco Bell drive through you are ALL very friendly and curtious. I want ALL to know how much a friendly, smiling face means to people in todays world. Thank you for your smile. Oh and I have had no problem with the food. Have a Great Day....

I have eaten at Taco Bells all over. We moved to Texas about 2 years ago and found this one in Jasper, and I must that this is the best hands down Taco Bell I have ever been to. In 2 years they have been the most consistent in preparing every meal. I mean, you get something of everything in every bite of your meal. They are the closest burritos or tacos that I have ever seen that looks like the picture on the wall. For 2 years their employees have been so kind caring and considerate. They always welcome you with a huge smile and a very happy attitude as if they enjoy their jobs. Even the people who work in the back you can hear them just happy. Thank you to the manager for being able to filter out good people from bad because you do a really good job at hiring and running that store.

Friendly Service, clean diner, and good prices. Keep changing the menu, no more Mexican Pizzas or Encharitos.

Waited well over 15 minutes for my order, employees could care less about helping or doing their job and the order was wrong, and sloppy.ITS ALWAYS LIKE THIS....

Very poor out of many items again, had to change order and did not receive items but charged for those items.

Everything seemed clean there the employees were nice and the most impressive is the food was served hot all the ways that you want it whenever you go to get drive-thru and it never comes out that way thats the way we had it when we went today it was a good experience and I hope the next time I go its just as good

Food was burned, no napkins, and when we asked if there was sauce in the bag the woman straight lied to our faces and said yes. There was not, just for me to drive out of town because I don’t live in Jasper and start eating burned food I couldn’t even put sauce on, and no napkins to wipe the grease of my hand and face. And her attitude in the drive through was absolutely disrespectful. If you don’t like your job go find another one, don’t take it out on your customers!

They asked me to pull around front and forgot to cook my food...im only giving 2 stars because the girl who realized it said "she made it herself after finding out" but im really just giving benefit of the doubt

Horrible food. Got a bean burrito,it was cold and had been made for awhile. Theres a new girl thats friendly thats a improvement. Management really need to step it up. Never get napkins or hot sauce. Really thought a burrito would be a safe choice. 🤔

These workers can get food out that drive thru like nothing Ive ever seen. Practically throw it in your car and all you have to do is drive by. They need to train these other fast food places how to do it!

Had to wait 45 minutes to get the food. At no point did the staff come out to explain what was going on. When the food came out the staff member explained something had happened with one of the pick companies. All said and done the order was complete and hit when we got it.

Counter attendant, Stephanie, was very nice. Burrito wasnt put together very well, and they forgot the sour cream that I paid 60 cents extra for on my taco.

Worst customer service ever. The whole reason if ordering online is so we dont have to wait. But yet we were still asked to pull up and wait in the heat. This store needs to just shut down cause they never have competent. And still got our order wrong.

Warning ⚠️ please make sure you get your debit or credit card back from the employees when ordering from here. This location has some dishonest employees that will not return your card to you and then go on a shopping spree for a game system and fill up their gas tank at your expense. This employee had multiple peoples cards so not sure how many people has funded his hobbies.

Ordered a quesarito at the speaker and was told that I could only order those through the app. Then, at the window was one of the most rude people I have met in Jasper. We will not be back!

This was absolutely the worst experience that I have had since I moved to Jasper, very unfriendly service ordered quesarito in the drive through and was told that they were only available on the taco bell app, now if you are able to order it through the app why cant I get it when I order it in the drive through, just plain silly and ordered 7 layer burritos and nothing in them but beans and cheese guess the 7 layers were all the extra tortilla I had to go through to get to the beans, if you are looking for a good place to eat in Jasper dont go here, I will never be back...wished I could give negative stars.

I went earlier this evening, 4:50pm. The service was lacking hospitality. "Pull forward" not "Heres your total maam, please pull forward". They werent busy. So I was giving her the benefit of the doubt but she continued to be short. Order was missing food and it all tasted awful, the queso chulpa thing was nasty and looked nothing like the commercials. It was hard to bite into and rip in half. Cheese was burnt and the tortillas were hard and soggy in different areas. Im posting this review now because Im currently throwing up their food and my daughter is having diarrhea.

Having only the drive thru open is not great because of covid restrictions. I completely understand. The line is so long during the day but at night after 8 pm you can get thru the line quicker.

Ordered a party pack of tacos that tasted like the taco shells were cooked in oil that should have been changed a month ago, yuk! They were so rancid we could not eat them.Goodbye Jasper Taco Bell!

Ordered our food yesterday havent had taco bell in a long time and was very disappointed. Girl at the drive-thru wouldnt speak loud enough to hear her then ask us if we want any sauce tell her yes only to get the bag with no sauce in it. Then our tacos had no tomatoes on it a few pieces of lettuce and meat that was it. I have to say I wont be going back.

They were so great. The customer service exceeded my expectations (especially with the rain and COVID-19). I highly recommend this location and will definitely visit them the next time I buy out.

Not so friendly service. Had us pull in front of the building. Then employee came out to our truck tried to hand us another customer order. After making them aware that it was not ours. He then went to the next vehicle and so on handing to the next vehicle and customers looking through the bag until find the right vehicle. 🤢😷 Not too sanitary. Took a good bit to get to our order but it was a large order. Recieved our food it was sloppy made. And they didnt get our order correct. Hopeful will pick a better location next time we pass through this town.

Ive only been to this location one time in the service was very fast and efficient which was nice but the food was like pre-made or something because it was all soggy and gross. So final review the staff is great but the food is not

I ran to this location for my lunch break. I placed an order on the kiosk, and paid. Then waited. And waited. And waited. 30 minutes before they even asked me if I had ordered. Finally start working on it and at this point, Ive used half my lunch break. I see her making my food as fast as she can (which I appreciate). After about 5 minutes, she brings me a bag of food and tells me they were out of lettuce. I just take it and go because Im already late. I open the food once I make it to the office and its wrong and soggy. They usually do a good job. Just a bad day I guess.

Food is always made great, and like the pictures! The only problem is they tend to run out of items frequently. But if you want tacos that are made right and arent skimp and evenly made, this is the taco Bell for you!

Didnt receive several things in my order, even after I specifically asked if it was there. They didnt have the correct packaging, so everything was in several bags. They were out of crisps and substituted chips and cheese but still shorted me one, again after I asked. Last week, all of the tacos were broken and had almost no filling.I called the manager and he said, "Oh, sorry. " No offer to make it right.

This is my story that happen today. I work in a convenience store by myself. I always do mobile order so I don’t need to wait much at taco bell and i can open my store quickly. As usual i tried to do same today . Then amount was deducted from my apple pay account but I was not able to see my order on mobile app . I went to the store the guy name Nathan (sorry if it is spelled wrong.he was busy with so many customer in the drive through but he was patiently dealing with me and wrote down my transaction number and made my order . And also help me out with good customer service experience. He is the best employee at Taco bell i have ever seen . Thank you so much MS manager and Nathan . I really appreciate people like you to be in every fast food stores . Other people are least bothered to help customer beyond certain limits . ❤️😊

Loves me some taco bell! This one is good, orders are always right. A bit messy on preparation, though. Not pleasant you unwrap your food and a bunch of ingredients spill everywhere and the wrappers are sloppy. Please keep it clean.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have been in customer service a long time and I can tell you that this place had the worst customer service I have had in a long time. My husband and I stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. There was 1 at the drive thru cutting up with someone at the window. Another lady cooking. 1 lady walked in front of us back to the cooler never acknowledged that we were there. One young man sitting in the dining room. We never got to order because quite frankly I was to disgusted with the lack of service to stay. When we left there were approximately 5 other people in line. Will not be darkening their door again at all. If the owner sees this review I hope he/she contacts me so I can tell them how very upset I am.

It took longer to get our food than to eat it.. felt like we were being rushed out the door when we got there at 9:30 and they close dine room at 10:00..10/14/17 Ordered a Mexican pizza and it smelt and tasted like old grease. But they did make me another one. Luckily this one was better. Still had to knock them a star for serving old yucky grease tasting food.
