Taco Bell in Stanislaus County

I called the manager at 3:26 (Jessica I believe was her namewho was so friendly on the phone even though I think she was nervous that I was asking for management in the first place, and I let her know how much I enjoyed my food today, and to let the rest of her team know great job. Thats how great it was. The quality of the food was perfect and every single item was hot and fresh. Fast food has a reputation of sometimes being cold, or the food can be disappointing, and I have had taco bell many times, but today was just wow. Theyre definitely doing something right at this location :)

Its Taco Bell what more can you say. Quick and cheap.

Chipotle chulupa black bean…had MEAT on it, very little lettuce, and no tomatoes.

Why dont they open the dining room

Service is horrible, in fact if you dont use kiosk they are down right rude.

Honestly something about the taste of the meat was off. I couldnt even eat my food. Idk if it was the water they cooked it with or what but it was nasty plus my taco shell taste like it was left out for 2 days kinda like when you leave a chip bag open for a day .It wasnt krunchy getting soggy ! The food was hot and it was fast but the meat taste really nasty ! If you own this ! I suggest you fix that Im not the type of person to complain!

This is a busy location, wait time might be lengthy, especially dine-in. But the drive thru way faster than Oakdale Rd. location

Food quality is getting worse. They bring the pizza back for a quick second and theyre always sold out. I didnt even get to order it since it "supposedly" came back. Taco Bell needs it to get it together because their losing a fan :(

This morning I got loaded tiny tacos and found multiple hairs in my food!

At drive through, 11:40 am or so, short changed two dollars, no receipt, and taco sauce covered in dried mild sauce all glued together-- Disgusting! This is my last time visiting this location.

I noticed the taco shells are getting very thin and break very easily. Prices have gotten so high its almost impossible to feed a family there anymore.

My tacos were crushed in the bag when they handed it to me. If youre having a bad day dont take it out on my tacos...theyre delicate.

Same ol taco bell.glad they bring back the Mexican pizza.

Food comes out fairly quickly but its been 3 times so far they have missed a couple items. Just make sure to check your order before you leave and you should be fine. Other than that food is always hot 🔥 and fresh.

Pretty good prices are high and at night drive thru can be slow on a Friday or sat night other than that not to bad

my favorite location in town workers are always friendly and line in drive through usually not too bad

Overall good food. I’ve had some moments when they have messed up with my order. Thankfully they handled it well and were willing to make what I originally asked for with no cost or issue.

Every time I go here my burrito falls apart other than that decent place good layout on the drive thru

The food was hot and ready. We ordered two burritos and a has brown. The only problem was when we left the drive thru. We noticed they didnt give us a hash brown. So I called and the worker was polite I asked for additional free has brown for the inconvenience she said okay. I came in to pick up the he hash browns and they added churros which fixed the whole problem completely. I like this taco bell and will continue to come to it.

Ordered 30+ dollars in food only to not receive half my order called as soon as I got home was told to come back any time tell them my name and they would give me the missing items , went back to collect and was treated like some bum trying to hustle them out of 2 chulapas. Lost a regular customer that spends 30+ every time we go thrugh drive through

I got stuck while placing an order on the kiosk, luckily there was a employee near by on her break who assisted me. Then I Was waiting a while for a cashier to take my order & Sharee hurried back from brake & took care of it, she was very efficient & friendly.

Theyve put a person at the end of the drive thru to take orders and card payments. When its busy traffic backs up even worse to Coffee Rd. You also cant see the full size menu, only the mini one hanging from their computer. Not sure what these changes improved.

I give it 2 stars, just because its Taco Bell... nothing particularly wrong with this exactly location, but... I really dislike Taco Bell. Just so happened it was the only place to get food at the time.

Went by for breakfast before my shift at the hospital, my meal was prepared quickly and correctly, the girl at the drive through who took my order was happy, friendly and courteous, which was nice so early in the morning. Thanks, Justina, for making my morning better. The food was good, too!

This tacobell is pretty good. Food is usually fresh and hot.They have got my order wrong several times though. 2 out of 5 times Ive had missing items.

Really slow. If you are a dasher i feel bad for you because they will literally make you wait more than 30 minutes all the time they never have the food ready and start it once your there. Also they have long lines because they are really slow.

I woulent give them 0 today. The girl who was taking orders today was rude. She took my order all wrong wrong didnt give me a reciept Nor repeated my orders. When i got that i got my orders wrong she said thats what she heard and thats what i orderes.way to go hiring a rude person to do customer service.

Taco bell used to be 4 stars in my book. But with their current menu and prices, taco bell seems to be on the decline lately. I just wish they would put more love into the food making process because im tired of getting sad quesadillas

It’s a hit and miss place to eat at. Some days it’s good and others they forget to put meat on your tacos. Fast food means everyone is in a hurry though.

This Taco Bell is horrible. Always missing items. Always cold food. Always food smeared with other food that is not a part of said food (cold beans all over my crunchy taco shell). ALWAYS FORGET THE HOT SAUCE. Filthy employees. Rude employees. WHO THE HELL MANAGES THIS PLACE?!?!

This store is Hell a BAD service,very bad experience with the manager on the afternoon shift,that happens when they put young girls as inexperience managers to solve problems with clients,this girl made me a big problem just becouse a supreme burrito that they forgot to give it to me in my order and becouse I did not ask for my receipt, she did not want to replace it,I did NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!😡😡🤬🤬

As a dasher I visit many tacobell locations, this one recently I learned came into New staff. I can understand completely if some one could be wrong with an answer but if you kitchen staff you shouldnt just come from the peanut gallery and speak over an employee already helping a customer. Straight rude. Other employees were cool but kitchen staff should NOT address an issue unless asked..... just saying. Could have been nicer about it.

This location used to be real great but the last three times I went there the food is DISGUSTING 🤮 My husband got me a black bean quesarito and the beans were spoiled, I quickly spit it out and threw it in the trash. I will NEVER waste my money here. Please save yourself the trip. They are NASTY!!!!!!!

The one thing I actually enjoy about Taco Bell is their consistency with their product. Before you walk in or drive up, you already know, whatever you may order, the food is going to be exactly what you remembered from the last time you were there.

Totally GROSSED ME OUT watching the night cook prepare my food in the reflection on the glass shield by the counter. I believe I seen him blow a luggie into my food. He also had his mask down below his chin. SO GROSS!!!! I didnt eat the food. I will NEVER trust fast food again!!

It was Meh, I went there before work and I was at the counter for a good 5 mins. Staff didnt even acknowledge that there was a customer in there. They acknowledge a staff member who went of break and totally ignored the fact that Ive been standing there waiting. I had to use the kiosk in order to get Service.

Their food is lukewarm more on the cold side. I ordered I think it was a number four crunchwrap with a taco and a drink, the crunchwrap was full of lettuce and the taco had just a very thin thin line of their filling. Such a disappointment

I dont like this Taco Bell. Theyre always messing up my orders. Their frostiest year like cardboard. Sometimes the thickness in the tortilla is too thick. Idk what it is with the beef but its too greasy. The beans are too moosh.Ima keep buying from here though cuz its the closest one.

I have had excellent service every time I have eaten here. All 9,713 times. Except for once... One time, I believe it was number 4,751, they gave me no napkins! Betrayer! Anathema! For that one experience I give them one star! However, because of the 9,712 other 5 star experiences, and because I cannot rate them at 4.999999999 stars, I have decided to forget that one experience. Very forgiving arent I?

Someone needs to let the night cook, Robert, know that no... hes not smarter than 95% of the customers. Even with his "8 years of schooling". Throwing food across the kitchen and past the window at roughly 12:10AM isnt a way to react when someone adds an item at the window. And Robert, you goof, cinnamon twists arent tortilla chips and chalupas are supposed to have meat.. you genius, you.

Taco bells menu has very much improved in the last 10 years !! Tons of great things to choose from. Also, my door dash order for taco showed me all kinds of secret things you can add like creamy jalapeno sauce and extra any item and red strips and 3 cheese blend !!! Awesome! This taco bell is very good. Great order quality every time Ive been there !! People that work there are nice and friendly. Also,. Its not far from my house.Overall, after care review of my experience of this Taco Bell on Coffee Rd. in Modesto, this is a definite 5 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟🌟 !!!!!Great Crunch Wraps. !!! Make sure to add extra lettuce and add jalapenos if you like them. Trust me, Crunch Wraps with extra lettuce, jalapenos added, and if you are feeling another $0.60 cents richer, definitely get the 3 cheese blend added too. I also added steak but if you add that its now a Taylors special Crunch Wrap. !! Lol ......... Taco Bell .... Highly recommended !! 👍

Went for a late night snack before heading home (11pm). Showed up and went through the drive through there was probably at least 10-12 cars in front of me. The line went pretty and I got my order exactly how I ordered it.

We ordered to go on wee hours. A common fast food taco place. Service was fast as we did use the drive thru. They didnt include sauce in our to go bag nor asked us if we want it so didnt enjoy it.

This Taco Bell is in my neighborhood and we eat takeout orders from there on a regular basis. We have usually been well satisfied with our orders. There have been the occasional slipup in an order, especially when the food was not checked at store for accuracy. Good food.

This location was recently closed for refurbishment. We came for our first visit since reopening. Great service. I always love the staff at this location. They are so friendly! Food is exactly as I expected in both flavor and quality. The reason for only four stars is the seating. They took away all of the cushioned seating! The chairs were hard wood and metal, heavy, and did nothing for someone who has scarring on their tailbone like me. The design is good for posture except the the part that rests against my back is too short and digs into my back. Im sure this is a big deal for most but it really messes with my eating experience to the point that I considered giving only three stars. I also attached pictures I took at the location. Give it a look. Hope you have a good experience too. ^^

Why do people only seem to write reviews of a place when they are unhappy with them? Because of this particular Taco Bells proximity to my home, this is my go-to fast food joint when Im in a hurry. They have never messed up my order. The inside of the restaurant is very spacious and clean, and the staff is always friendly. I enjoy Taco Bell, and I especially enjoy this location.
