This location is absolutely terrible! Every.Single.Time our order is made poorly and incorrectly.

The worst Mexican pizza ever. About half of the top had sauce and cheese.

I do not recommend this taco bell , keep driving

Customer service killed it. I will never go to this location again. I highly suggest you dont go either. Food was mediocre.

I love most Taco Bells, but it seems that every time we go to this one something in our order goes wrong. Last night I went and ordered 2 crispy tacos and got 2 flour tacos.Was already having a bad day so I didnt bother adding to it by going back for them to fix it.

They were short handed. Only 2 employees. Waited for about 15 minutes and our order was horrible. I feel sorry for the employees but my family should not suffer

Never had an order messed up. They get the food out quick too. Great Staff probably one of the best Taco Bell locations I’ve been to

I was in a bad mood went in to get my food and they made me in such a great mood I came back out laughing so hard I was about to cry thank you to the night manager on Tuesday night

Came here at 11:30pm on June 4th. Guy at the drive thru was so cool and patient, and the cooks made our food just right. Definitely better than what Ive come to expect from Taco Bell at night, in fact it was the best experience Ive ever had at one!

I order black bean burrito rice not fresh no beans inside very very bad experience

Its an average taco bell, service is good, they havent messed any orders up for me or anybody I know yet, so pretty good!

Was excited that Mexican Pizza is back. Ordered one. The order taker told me they were out. I exclaimed, "Oh no, what will I do." After a pause he asked if I wanted extra beef. I replied, "I thought you were out." He responded, "Im just messing with you."After waiting two years for a Mexican Pizza, his attemp at humor didnt please me.Id encourage you not to visit the Taco Bell in North Ogden.

Worst taco bell I have ever used through doordash. I hope that owner evaluates his LAZY staff. When you put in an order, when it is open and available for delivery, then Taco Bell should make the order. And not lie and say that they didnt get the order after my doordasher was already there waiting on the order one minute after I ordered it before midnight. DO BETTER.

My son and I needed a quick bite to eat on our way up to Idaho so we stopped by this Taco Bell and were sadly disappointed! I ordered the chalupa box which is now $8.by the way. The chalupa literally had 5 small pieces of meat in it but a small amount of tomatoes of and a slithering of sour cream and nothing else. The taco was the same way. I took it in calmly and ask for my money back and the guy behind the counter named Mateo gave me a total attitude and said he didnt see anything wrong with it that he made it himself. I wish I could to upload a picture to show you how little food was in this steak chalupa taco. I dont normally rate a one but with is Mateos attitude and argumentative way of dealing with the situation I felt dropping them down to a one.

The store was understaffed and it took 20 minutes to get my order. The nacho fries were flipped upside down and out of the container.

They forget the sauce. My doordash in order and ask for hot sauce and I got zero. I went through the drive-thru and order hot sauce and I got, you guessed it, zero! Dude actually looked me in my face before he handed me my bag and asked me what sauce I wanted and still didnt give me any sauce. The food was fine to Taco Bell. But that really took me off because I dont live right next to a Taco Bell its at least a 10 to 15 minute drive. Not going there again two out of five would not recommend

We stopped in for dinner around 7:30pm and didnt think much of it. Just a Toco stop. When we walked in though it was extremely clean and smelt amazing. Our food was quick and came out very hot. The meat was thick and not watery like it is the majority of the time at toco chains. The people were great and friendly. Definitely one of the best taco bells I have seen.

Ordered a nacho belle grande meal with no tomatoes and my receipt even shows no tomatoes and I got home and opened the bag to find tomatoes on my food. Kinda disappointed that this keeps happening. Im definitely going to have to check my food before I leave the window. Staff at the window was friendly, but the food was sadly not made the right way

They’re obviously short staffed (just like everywhere elsebut the workers are helpful and the food has been on par for Taco Bell. We just finished up at this location and while we were there we witnessed the most quick impatient and rude middle aged man in there with little to no compassion for this obviously understaffed team. We felt so bad for the Taco Bell employees and absolutely no sympathy for the man who had to wait a whole 30 seconds after getting his food for his Baja blast. He was leaving over the counter and yelling to employees that whole time. They’re doing their best with the situation that they currently have.

Definitely not wanting to go back. They are usually pretty good but one day lately made my husband 😫 and for me they were incredibly slow before I had to go to work. So our two times with them were dozeys. One worker kept apologizing. They need to step it up taco bell.

All the food was good. But the people running the place were wack they had us do the self check out and didnt talk to us at all it was just a bad vibe.

If u like tacos, theyre pretty good. The only place u can get fire and diablo sauce, since they dont sell in stores.

The tacos werent as good as I hoped. We did the taco party pack with the Dorito shells and my dad loved them, but they werent my favorite. My dad loves them so much its the only thing he orders from there now. I probably personally wont get them again, but I know my dad will!

We went thru the drive thru at midnight & the guy that was running the drive thru was very nice & helpful & he felt bad when he handed the straws & sodas & I lost a couple straws cause I couldnt hold everything at once & he said oh I am so sorry & handed me a couple more & I only have 1 compliant I ordered 3 # 8 meals with no lettuce my kids hate lettuce & I believe if I am just going to throw it away u might as well keep it for someone else 🙂 & I spent 20 minutes in a dark car on the highway picking off lettuce

Went through the drive thru I ordered two nacho fries and a burrito. My fries were cold, so I took them inside where two employees we’re sitting in the dining and one asked “what’s wrong?” So I told him my fries were cold. He left and brought out only one new fry with no gloves on and his hand with a nasty wrap around his finger over top of the fries. Said it take would take and additions 3-5 minutes for them to make another fry. I was beyond discussed and annoyed

I was in and out, so great service I guess, however when I opened my beefy five layer burrito, I learned, that it was so fast because they LITERALLY DIDNT WRAP UP MY BURRITO. Paid extra for the extra sour cream for it to end up in the wrapper with all of the other condiments. What a waste of food and time. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone after this.

The food is very tasty for what youre paying. My favorite item is the crunch wrap. The service is pretty quick. I like making these items for myself more than buying them from here but when I do find myself paying for their food I never regret it.

Food was just like any other taco bell, but the kiosk is the only way you could order your food. They were understaffed, and it took forever to get my food. Dont have a real high bar for Taco Bell, but I didnt have time to waste yesterday. It wasnt the kids working theres fault, management needs to step it up.

Im probably not going back to this place. First off I went through the drive through. As I was ordering they were constantly pushing me to upgrade, do double meat extra sour cream blah blah on every single item I ordered. I got asking on the first item just to tell the customer you can do that but it came off super pushy when it was every single thing. The 2nd and worst part was they didnt even give me my entire order 3 items were missing. I didnt realize it until I was all the way home. Im definitely discouraged and do not recommend this place.

We ordered online, and went to pick up our meal when it says it was ready. It wasnt. After a 15 minutes wait we picked up our food, the tacos were soggy and they forgot to put steak in my protein bowl (my protein bowl felt kind of protein-less).I like that they give you so many options to customize your meal online, and Im sure that not every visit us like ours.

Zero stars. The food was cold. I got soft tacos that were stale and the lettuce was soggy from the meat juice. I dont know how long it had been sitting out, but Ill bet it was more than an hour. Night crew just couldnt be bothered, I guess.

Service was great and got my food fastAnd it was awesome. The problem was that there is limited seating in lobby due to social distancing which I get, every table you could wat at was filthy and looked like that had never been clean. There were plenty of employees working that could have taken 5 minutes to wipe down the tables. I guess the 3 employees I kept seeing go outside to vape could have done it

They couldnt even pop the cheesy roll up in the microwave for 30 seconds. It was cold. Also this is how full they fill their queso, not going here again any time soon.

Worst Taco Bell in the state. Terrible experience. Night crew does not make edible food. The owner always gives the same feedback on comments. Not sincere. Crunch Wrap was definitely NOT supreme. It was barely even there. Please, do NOT eat here. Here... you dont even get what you pay for. Del Taco is 1/2 block behind it... go there.

At the Taco Bell on Sunday night. Really wanted a beef Chalupa. No beef? Choice was chicken or chicken? Chose chicken, the young man at the window was so kind, & thoughtful. He tried to say no charge. And he thru in a a bag of the crunchy cinnamon, things. Will go back often, if they get "the beef" & all the employees are as awesome as this young man was.

Taco Bell is awesome. I eat here usually a couple times a week for lunch. I especially love the 5$ boxes! Only dislike is they recently quit serving Pico which was something I ordered every time I visited.

My girlfriend and I went into taco Bell and waited at the front desk for about 5 minutes with no one acknowledging our presence even though they could clearly see that they were there. After we flagged somebody down they looked at us confused and asked us why are you standing here? We replied that we wanted to order, they rudely said why dont you just use the kiosk to order food. I was not happy with this service so I asked to see the manager. Im assuming it was just a shift manager because they did not care about what I had to said and he just looked at me confused and had no response. So we just left.

Last night the card reader didnt work after we already waited in a line we couldnt get out of for almost 15 min. Tonight we tried to order a nacho party pack and we were told they didnt have enough chips to make one. Who is managing this place. If your card reader isnt working you put a sign up so people dont get stuck for 15 minutes. Two nights in a row. I dont think I will go back

Used to be a lot better, now it seems like theres an issue for me at least every time I go there. This last time I ordered three items and only got two and the double wrap crunch tacos are supposed to have cheese between the shells and the one of the two that I actually got didnt hardly have any. Wont be going there much anymore theres too many better places with a menu that doesnt change every week.

Horrible!! They were out of what I originally wanted to order, out of the pineapple freeze, then what I ended up ordering was BURNT!! No exaggeration the tortilla was black, so I decide to eat the chips I ordered instead so I pull them out of the bag to find a giant pile of tiny chip crumbs in the bag! Horrible service I’m so confused why they think serving food in this state is even okay?

My friends and I ate at this wonderful delicious eating establishment. This restaurant has very affordable food they save costs by not employing a waiter or waitress. They let you grab the food yourself and clean up. What a wonderful concept I don’t have to spend money on a tip. I found out after eating here that they have a window outside the building is it allows you to order food by driving up to it you don’t even have to get out of your car. It’s absolutely amazing. What an interesting and affordable restaurant. The food was delicious and surprisingly fast. Thank you so much Mr. Taco Bell for your services to my tummy. Bless you with love. Sincerely Marvin B. I love this taco bell in particular because they have great employees! I asked them to put A LOT of hot sauce in my bag and a good variety of each. I then watched as the employee took a good sized handful of each individual kind of hot sauce and added it to my bag! I still have some in my fridge about a week later! The enthusiasm he had for hot sauce that day is one to be respected. My sister and I made it a tradition to go there after every snowboarding trip we go on, and for only $7 we can each stuff ourselves silly with frito burritos and after a long day in the mountains snowboarding, that is something I appreciate!

Best flavors for their taco seasoning. I had the crunch wrap for the first time. Very satisfying. In the past I was used to leaving there still hungry because I didnt want to order another 2 tacos, but the crunch wrap is quite filling.

The food was good as always but we dined in and every single table was dirty and the bathrooms were terrible. We are on a road trip and I was hoping to change my babies diaper and they dont have a changing table in either bathroom. Not the best dining-in experience. For a beautifully remodeled Taco Bell this location sure has gone down hill fast. I like to think Im a fair person and I know some restaurants get busy but this is a Sunday afternoon and we were there for a good 30 minutes and the boys working werent busy and were in the back chatting. It seems to me like the manager has either lost interest in caring for his location or is on a permanent vacation.
