Brought a problem to the attention of management (kindly and discreetlyand they pretty much called me a liar instead of owning up to it. If they had checked the camera footage it would have shown them the truth but they chose NOT to. Wont/cant ever support them or give them my business again due to their lack of integrity/common courtesy. Just saw on 11 Nov they closed. Thankful they are as they didnt follow county health guidelines/mandates. No need for discretion now.
So sad this place is permanently closed. It was a great location with great people. I would go out of my way to go to this one because I liked it better. Thank you for great service for all these years. We will miss having you!
I just wanted to say that this place has been a very fun place to work at and eat at. We havent always been perfect but me and all my other coworkers have worked hard and have had lots of fun memories. Thank you for all your patronage over the years. We will miss this place.
Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru (dining wasn’t openbefore we could order and when we finally did, they wouldn’t take more than one coupon per car per day. Didn’t care that we had more than one person in the car and wouldn’t do multiple orders. We won’t be coming back to this TacoTime.
Much better service comparing to the oTaco Time in Clinton. Frys is little salty, but tasty. Definitely will come back to this store.
Had a couple of problems, but called and they took care of them. The young lady was very nice. Thank you for taking care of us.
Food was ok except crispy meat burrito was soggy like it had been sitting around for awhile.Havent ate at Taco Time for quite awhile but it seems food quality not as good as it used to be.
Please please please when the drive thru line is being held up due to someone having card issues you have got to apologize to the remaining customers that have been waiting longer than normal as they approach the window. This happened not too long ago earlier this evening and not once did either employee at the window say sorry about the wait. Suggestion would be ask that customer with card issues to pull around front and go inside and solve that matter and allow the line to continue without holding everyone up.
Fresh, fast, delicious!! We had to wait (like 2 minutes morefor part of our order but they brought the first part out with a few treats because of the “delay”.🤣Customer service was great and lobby was clean and organized.
Normal Taco time food. The order was accurate. Hubby got a platter. I got a sweet pork burrito meal but upgraded to have stuffed mexi fries. Cost us about $22.
Had the special 4 for 6.95 / 3tacos and tator tots for hubby. Drink and taco salad for me. Was deelish! Service good, fast and friendly
Kids Said it tasted funny tried it was old tasting, found a BUG in a soft pinto burrito tried to call to tell them no response. Threw away 20 dollars worth of food..
Ehh not good food. It was ok. The tacos are almost the same like Taco Bell. The green salsa had no spice to it and neither did the red salsa. I wouldn’t recommend coming here and I won’t come back.
Went through the drive-thru and got a combo meal. They forgot my mexi fries but they made it right by giving me a larger mexi fry and extra crustos and wrote an apology note on a napkin. I thought that was really good of them.
They completely messed up the whole order and since when are soft tacos rolled like a burrito. Very over priced
Delish and made to order. The drive thru was very busy and a bit slow-but understandablely so considering the dinner rush and a pandemic. Happy to wait for the food, thanks team 👍🏼
An excellent restaurant. One of my wifes favorites. I live the crisp meat burritos and the potato bites stuffed with jalapeno cheddar.
This is a favorite stop of mine while Im in town. I Always get a chicken bltv and stuffed tots. And this location always seems to have better ranch
The food was great and they got our order correct in the drive thru which is pretty exceptional for take out or fast food anymore.
Usually really good. This time crisp meat burritos were not cooked through. Dough raw on inside. Service was good
The food is great.. but every time I ask for side of Enchilada sauce they never seem to give it to me even though I pay for it.. thats the only thing I have ever had a problem with
Food was just ok. Taco cheeseburger is disgusting.
AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!! Usually order at the Kaysville (Which I give 5 Starslocation since it is close to my office. Ordered from here since it is near my home, which I usually dont do. Now I realize why, the food was horrid! It all was undercooked and some of the crisp bean were even cold in the middle. My oldest said his tasted funny so i tried it and it tasted like disinfectant cleaner, and not subtly either. Luckily he didnt swallow any of it, he took a bite and spit it out. I usually get the Casa Sauce in a side cup, but i had to throw it out too since it was chunky!!! Needless to say I threw away $40 of food and had to go out again somewhere else. Will never be back here again! Hope it closes down.
Cheyenne, the night manager provides outstanding service. Her staff seem to work like a well oiled machine. The food was great. I highly recommend.
Me and my husband take out food alot, very busy, home late. EVERY TIME I crave Mexican food , taco time west haven, Chayenne, is always friendly, professional , QUICK . and the service is amazing. Even now with the covid. I would give her a hug for the hard work. But cant thank you. Good help is hard to find nowadays.
Looked up on Google, deal of the day for friday. It said $ 2.99 for casita burrito. I ordered at the drive thru at clinton location and had to pay $4.49. Cashier would not honor the online price.
Food is very bland and not very good. The cheesy jalapeno tots are good and worth a stop for a snack but thats about it. Taco bell is 10 times better and much cheaper.
It took 15 minutes to get through the drive thru. I ordered three things. I can clearly see the staff from the window messing around joking with eachother. A long line developed behind us. They didn’t change their gloves. They asked if we wanted hot sauce when they took our payment and then when I finally thought we were getting our food, she actually just asked if we wanted sauce again (noand then closed the window.
Definitely a good place if you want something quick. The quality of the food depends of the day. Ive been there multiple times this month and one day everything will be well cooked and other ones not.
Drive through was full on a Friday evening so I went inside to order to go. A benefit of going inside is that you have access to their free condiment bar and can take them to go. If you ask for special sauces, like Casa sauce, through the drive through, its an extra charge. I like the daily specials, especially the Friday Casita burrito special and original Mexifries are always good. I recommend this location due to prices being more reasonable than some other locations. I didnt give 5 stars because the young crew seemed quite disorganized and was not very fast. Food was good as usual.
They have the best hard shell tacos and have been around for years. I loved it when l was 20 and l still love it at 64.. Fan and customer for life..
A shorter blonde lady wearing glasses is very unprofessional. I observed her berate what Im guessing is an employee who wasnt working. He came in with a friend and she began griping at him. Plus I heard her tell a worker who was sweeping to sweep faster. As a customer, this made me uncomfortable and angry. Saturday, June 1st, 7pm
The burritos were large and filling but the rice was extremely crunchy and undercooked. Wont be returning to this location for sure. I did like the "Mexican Fries" and the service was good.
Used to always have fresh food, but now its never fresh. Portion sizes have gone down a lot... and theres always someone new at the window. Seems like the turnover rate is extremely high here.
They cook their food fresh! I live near this restraunt and it looks like your common fast food, but this place is very good. I love this place.
I love Taco Time, but why does their crisp chicken burrito have to cost almost $5 and the beef one $2 less. Same costs involved in making it. It is my favorite. I just dont go often, because the cost of it makes me mad. If you love quick tacos though. They are a great place.
Great food, quick service, employees could dress and act more professional. But other than that, not too bad.Especially if you limit your trips to the drive through
TacoTime we went to the one in Roy Utah just now. Worst food Ive had in a long time and way over priced. The girl there was so bad she had asked my son if he wanted cheese on his Quesadilla. My soft tacos were so bad I just threw them away. No hot sauce. Wasnt even offered any. The girl gave us the wrong drinks 3 times.I spent $47 on this. Never again. Del taco and taco bell are right down the road
The food was not very good. A lot of the employees were not wearing hair restraints and some of the kids have nasty beards that Im sure leave hair in your food. Garbage all over the floor. Signs on garbage cans not to use them because they dont feel like emptying them. Employee taking off hats scratching their heads in food prep areas. Employees were nice when we talked to them. Food was okay, no real complaints there. One employee was scrubbing clean a fridge and seemed to be the only one really working.
The food was great!. So for the 2 stars, there was a boy that was at the drive through who kept creepily watching and smiling at my 13 year old sister. Even though her two brothers, mom, and dog were in the car with her. He must be fired.
This place is not that good. The bean burritos are very small and overpriced. The chicken burrito had no flavor. The veggie burrito just tastes like sunflower seeds. Overall Id say its "meh" and I probably wouldnt go back.
All of the staff were high. I ordered a large meal as well as paid for the large and received small tarot tots as well as a small drink. I questioned the girl at the counter. When the food finally came out it was cold as if they had it stored in the fridge, besides the tator tots. I love taco time but I couldve easily went and spent my 20 on some better food that was way more worth the cost.
burrito shell stuck to the paper, looks like a 5 year old with missing thumbs rolled my burrito for the first time...... neither end of the burrito was really closed. plus they were out of toilet paper AND soap in the bathrooms...... only realizing it after I lost half my intestines in there...... not my favorite lunch experience there. bathrooms were definitely clean though. love their green sauce! and I usually get really good customer service there.
Visited the Taco Time in West roy today. The was 1 vehicle in front of me at the drive through. there were 2 customers inside the restaurant. I saw what appeared to be4 employees working inside. It took 20 minutes to bring me 2 Burritos and 1 med Mexi fries. If this had been the first time the service was unreasonably slow, I would not be writing. The service at this location gets worse every time I visit. The owner needs to put a manager in place who will demand the same level of service when out of the store as when there! They asked what "sauces" I wanted, I told them "Only ketchup", when I arrived home there were 28 mild hot sauce packets, no ketchup.Very sad
Ive come here a few times, for convenience only. Each time, its been pretty inconvenient. The food takes a really long time to come out, and it could definitely taste better. If you want a great Taco Time go to StG, most others I have tried are disappointing.
I just had the worst experience at Taco Time tonight. I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Now I know they are slow, I knew there were 4 cars ahead of me and it would take awhile. I was fine with that. By the time I got to the window, they told me the total and gave them my credit card. About 5 minutes later they said their card reader went down and did I have cash. I said no that is why I used my credit card. I said would you like to try a different card and he said no it is our card reader. I said OK what should do. He said well I can keep your food while you go to the bank. Now mind you my bag was sitting right next to the window. I had ordered 2 tacos. I said I am not going to go to the bank and then come back. He said well I am sorry then, and then closed the window. No I am so sorry let me give you a coupon for next time or here I just take it (I am going to throw it away anyway)... Nothing.I am not saying I should have gotten free food. But there were 3 cars behind me that had already ordered and they were making their food while I was sitting there. Are they going to throw away all that food if they dont have cash?Just so you know I then went to Subway and told the what happened and they gave me 1/2 off of my sandwich because they felt bad. That is customer service....
Brenna and her crew were slammed busy and did there absolute best to take care of all the customers. All with a smile on there faces. As always the food was great and service even better!!
The food is fairly good for fast food. We live close so come here frequently. We always get great service. Unfortunately there have been a few mixups in our orders and mexifries that are still cold on the inside. Luckily they are great and fix the issue! It does suck to have to go back and wish it was always right the first time, however, I am happy that they are willing to make it right. Do more QC before handing orders out the window and I will gladly rate this location a 5!
First time we tried Taco Time. Waited over 30 minutes for a small order. The self service soda machine was out of ice. About 25 minutes into the wait we were informed they didnt have any meat after over hearing the staff say that amongst themselves about 20 minutes earlier. Once we finally got our order and tasted the food we decided our money and time is best spent elsewhere. If we could give it a zero star we would.
Never going back. They left the chicken out if my salads, and no beef in my nachos either (which looked like it was made 2 days ago and put in the fridge ...all of it was cold, save ONE taco. I straight feel ripped off.
