You and your staff have been incredible to work with. From the start of purchasing a stove, site unseen, Dave was a breath of fresh air. Whatever questions arose, my first year, Dave was there to walk me through. Last year a very highly skilled man retiring was training a newbie and showed me, as well, how the stove worked.I had such a difficult time this year, making a call to complain about service and you graciously resent someone to do it properly.I will tout my experience to all who will listen. There are not many businesses left who value and pride themselves on customer service. You excel at it.

Love this place! The staff are SUPER nice and helpful... right down to Cody in the warehouse. Having a pellet stove installed early Feb. Derrick was our salesman and he spent a ton of time with us, answered all our questions, and tolerated my mind changes with a smile. Id recommend them without hesitation. Hopefully the installation with go as smoothly.

Found a stove on craigslist and the salesman Dave helped me walk through my needs and ended up getting a cheaper stove that I can cook on in the wintertime. The manager gave me a great discount. The secretary scheduled me in and then called me two days later to say she could work us in even earlier to get in before the snow storm. The installers were excellent. They were friendly, fast and knew exactly how to do everything. They cleaned up their mess and visited with us a bit. That night we had a fire and all through the week we cooked on the stove: salmon, chicken and burgers. The whole house smelled delightful and we were warm, warm, warm. Thank you very much.

Not willing to bend on prices. I mean, I get it, but run a sale once in a while, or a clearance.

Even though its a bit out of the way, they have a fantastic selection of stoves and ample supply and variety of fuels. Their pricing was better than those in Binghamton. In fact our only disappointment was that they didnt deliver or have a possible delivery option, such as a third party referral.

These guys did a great job replacing the glass in the door of my Harmon Shaker Coal Stove! This little beast is about 20 years old and only needs the glass replaced from time to time when it gets “crazed.” They did the job right (someone else did it wrong a few years ago), and the stove is operating much more efficiently, and effectively than it has since the previous (incorrectglass change. Big thank you to them!

These people are wonderful i found a stove on facebook marketplace i wanted they stayed in contact with me through the whole buying process. Gave me detailed pictures and the stove (usedwas exactly what they promised. Was glad because i drove 3 hours to pick it up 😀 was worth it.

I have purchased both a gas stove and a gas fireplace insert from Tall Pines Farms and couldnt be happier with the experiences. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable and customer satisfaction is certainly their highest priority. I had a question with the remote on the fireplace and one of their technicians called me right back and walked me through what I needed to do to address the problem. I recommend them most highly.

Arrived when they said they would. Excellent installation of the gas fireplace. Everything was done neatly and they were well organized. They even put a protective sheet over our carpeting so they wouldnt track anything onto the rug. They clearly explained how to operate the remote control. We would highly recommend them.
