Yes go or order take away. I have been coming here for years, great food great tandoori, if you like mushrooms get the tandoori mushrooms. They have the best cheese nan ever. Good job guys keep doing it

I am surprised how did this restaurant get 4+ stars. Price is on the expensive side and not worth for the food served. Lamb curry was like a rock and chewy, Roti and naan was uncooked. We had to guess which end is eatable and which one isnt. Mixed vegetable curry had just cream and no flavor or even salt in it. fish tikka was okay.We tried to share the feedback at the restaurant, but did not take it seriously and they dint have a feedback register too.

It used to be our go-to place for some authentic Indian food but has been disappointing the last couple of times. The butter chicken was just off (which used to be excellentand the fish madras tasted like a watered down version of the original. Dont think will be returning anytime soon.

Tried their takeaway tonight. It was so yummy! Got the Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala. Their sauce is so rich and creamy. Its a flavour explosion! Get their Naan bread bread too

Only issue..when picking up phone order it is NEVER ready on time..always have to wait another 10 to 15 minutes. Annoying.Food is excellent.

Food is good, but they tell you 45 min for delivery. 1hour and a half later still no food

Discover this place thanks to a word to mouth. Loved it. We ordered cheesy naan, lamb korma and butter chicken. The lamb was amazingly tender, butter chicken was spot on. The restaurant is nothing special inside, but you dont go to restaurant for the chairs right?? 😅

They were really good. However when I ordered Biriyani last time I got few pieces of old chicken. Please maintain your quality. Never ever compromise your quality.

Excellent food. Great value. I overestimated the spice content of the food, we requested medium spice and what we received I would have scaled mild rather than medium. Ill be ordering hot at my next visit.

Best Curry in town. WE have been getting our take away from here for around 10 years. We have never had a bad piece of meat. Its always fresh and quick.

Wonderful place to dine in, prices are also very reasonable. I have been a customer for past 6-7 years and never had been disapointed.Also do cater if you have any special requests..

The food was awesome.... like ghar ka khana.... loved the taste ... it was amazing... the only thing I felt was the quantity of the main course is a bit too little against the price being charged for each... thats my only concern... otherwise all good... keep up good work....

Weve been going to Tandoori Cottage for many, many years. Great people, great food and excellent service. Its actually our No.1 choice for Indian dining.

The service is appalling at Tandoori Cottage. After waiting for more than an hour, we left the restaurant without being served. Meanwhile the customers who came after us got served before us.When we told the waiting staff that we were leaving, all they could say was sorry about that. They didnt even let us know that there was a delay in the service when we placed our order & gave an explanation why we were not served.

Lovely menu and authentic food. We have been here for family dinners 4 times and recommend it highly. Service can be a bit slow when busy, and lighting could be softer for night-time dining, but otherwise a winner for Indian in the local area.

Only had 2 people waiting out the front on a very busy Friday night where the restaurant was full, these 2 waiters didn’t even have time to greet us. The female waiter was nice enough to let us sit down when we didn’t have a booking, but we waited half an hour to place an order. How were we supposed to order anything if they’re too busy handing out the food? We even went up to the counter and asked to place our order and the male waiter told us to sit down he’ll come over to take the order - and then we watched for another 10 minutes as he and the girl continued to hand out food. Would it have been that hard to take our order for 1 minute? If it took us that long to place our order how long would it take to get the food? I don’t blame the waiters I blame the owner, how about you have more people working on the floor especially when you have so many reserved signs on your tables. We will never ever come back so by saving money on staff you’ve lost repeat revenue, great job.

Love the food but the service is absolutely appalling! Ive been here twice and twice they have left a table of 4 sit and wait over an hour for our food afyer ordering. so long we almost walked out. Stay clear of the dessert ice cream its just fozen condensed milk but all the rest of the food was top notch when you finnaly get it.

If there is better Indian food anywhere I havent found it, and I have tried Indian food all over the world including India. We have been coming here for 20 years and have yet to be disappointed. It is a small suburban restaurant with simple but pleasant decor, and the food is always sensational.

Good place to dine in. However, not many veggie options. Love their garlic naans.Its a BYO wine n beer only. Very lovely staff.

Ordered Butter Chicken, Lamb Rogan Josh, Garlic Naan with Rice. Butter Chicken is definitely one of the best Ive ever tasted, Lamb Rogan Josh is perfect, Loved the Naans, everything was superb, staff were extremely friendly and service was excellent. Cant fault.

I find the food in this quiet nice, although they dont have a massive amount of a selection of various things. The prices are fairly OK Id say, but it can be rather hectic and overwhelming at times when its over crowded, they have limited space in the restaurant.

Bought dinner from here tonight for the first time ever. Restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere to it. Friendly staff, fast service and great prices considering the portion size!Will be returning!

Great cosy venue - isnt huge but is big enough for a group of friends/your family.Food is fantastic - just great Indian food, prepared quickly and the service is fantastic. Very polite and kind waitress.

Have been going here for 6+ years.Simply put they have the BEST butter chicken that I have eaten anywhere, they have some of the tastiest breads, samosas and tandoori chicken.Amazing atmosphere, staff and a very convenient location for the malvern area.

I love tandoori cottage my fav restaurant ever i been to two three continents but never find food like this ..I am dieing to come back to australia and enjoy there yummy meal again ..when ever you get chance to visit this place dont forget to have butter chicken,tandoori mushroom ,cheesey naan,daal gosht and many more. i found their secert ingredient is the way they serve the food with so much love :)i wish i could have their meal everyday :)love tandoori cottage family
