I have appreciated my years of insurance service at Tank Rea and especially the personal touch that I have always felt privileged to enjoy.

I had my new business insurance with Tank Rae for two years, ending this June (17).They sold me a policy with Lloyds London. For $2,500 per year, I felt pretty well protected. The policy was over 100 pages long and I didnt understand all of it, so I counted on LaDell LaRue to make the best choices for me.Unfortunately, I had a catastrophic water leak at my business (Aug 16and Lloyds refused to pay as it was an empty building and only covered sprinkler systems, not pipe leaks/breaks.The result has cost me over $30,000, which has delayed my business opening by 2-3 years.Im not a "blamer" as I take equal responsibility, but I share any culpability with Tank Rae and LaDell LaRue as they never spent the time to explain the policy and limitations with me. Who would think that a water main break wouldnt be covered???I would never recommend them and caution every business insurance buyer to understand their policies before signing anything!
