I am extremely thankful I’ve found a place to help me confidently through trial and error, after some disappointing failed tries years ago. If I do my part, the girls at the office work to do theirs. Some changes over the last year, ( I’m not always comfortable with changebut they are working to streamline their evaluation and check in process to be electronic so your data is more efficient for your actual visit.

I was a client with Laurel for a couple of years and I definitely do NOT recommend her at all. I had gone through a tragic even in my life and she decided to change my medications and try new ones but when I stopped taking my old ones I could not sleep at all: I tried EVERYTHING and nothing worked other than my old meds I asked if she could refill my old ones and she said no and told me to to ask again! I’m paying her so much money for her to control me?! I don’t think so. She is rude & does not care about you at all.

I have been a patient for around 2 years or so. Laurel is amazing! We have developed quite the rappor. I feel very comfortable and welcome everytime I enter the office. Christina is an excellent secretary and is very personable. I highly recommend Tapestry for anyones mental health needs! ❤️

I called to get a second opinion about some meds Im on and the receptionist, Christina was rude. She didnt let me finish talking when I was telling her what I needed and then proceeded to tell me what I needed to do to get an appointment. Which she made it out to be a long process, when I asked questions she acted as if I was a bother. At one point she even said "if you let me finish Id be able to explain that" WHEN SHE HAS BEEN THE ONE CUTTING ME OFF! I am very frustrated, I did not feel heard in this conversation. For all I know these psychiatrists could be wonderful, but because reception is the first impression and l will be dealing more with them I decided that it would be better for me and my mental health to drive an hour and a half away to see someone in Dodge than to have to feel degraded every time I have to call.
