These tacos are 100% delicious.

I ordered 3 steak wet burritos, 12 steak tacos, rice beans, chips/queso, ect. I was a bit surprised that my bill came to $93 dollars... However the food was far above average. I have eaten at all of the Mexican restaurants in Warsaw, and I can confidently say that this is the best out of all of them (imo). Portion sizes are good too. I suggest trying the steak wet burrito as its definitely one of the most delicious things Ive EVER eaten... Period. Highly recommend!

We love this place. Not fancy but good food. We are there almost every Sunday for tacos. Cant say much about the rest of the menu because we always get tacos. Pastor, Shrimp, Steak are our favorites.

Food was great ordered the barbacoa/el pastor, dam I was blown away with everything being fresh and well served cold beverages and the treats are awesome definitely a go too when Im around this area again and just to be funny its so busy orders were just going out the door GOD bless this small community and business keep up the great work 💪

Food was great there but a down fall is they need to add beer to there menus cause there taco 🌮 there will go sooooo good with beer 🍺 💯💯🤤

Great traditional tacos.We usually ordered alot of tacos from this restaurant as they are relatively cheap, but have great flavor. Generally they come with the standard garnishes: salsa/hot sauce, lime, etc. But these tacos dont even need garnishes in my opinion. I would recommend going to corn tortillas over flour.The guacamole is also really good and is a great addition to the tacos.

Tried this place today for the first time ever. Im so happy I did. Got their tacos one order with steak the other with chicken. Super delicious and filling. Only thing I would say is they put a lot of cielontro on them, and they dont add the green and red spicy sauce so next time Ill remember too ask for it. Other than that it was a great experience and definitely going back.

Coming from California, close to the Mexican border, I know good Mexican food. This place does pretty good. Fresh, hot food prepared quickly. They have good, friendly service. I tried the tacos de asada (steakand I was pleased. I will be returning in the future with my family. My kids loved the chicken quesadillas and the torta was 🔥They have the yummy Mexican paletas (popsiclesalso. 10/10 recommend!

Ok, ya’ll. I’ve lived in Winona Lake and driven past this place for years. We only went in and ate here today. What an awesome restaurant. The outside looks like it might not be awesome, but don’t be fooled! This is among the best Mexican food places I’ve ever experienced!

Decided to try Taqueria El Comal after repeated disappointments with our (formerregular Mexican food spot. It quickly became our go-to for Mexican cuisine with great food, large portions and friendly customer service. Both locations in Warsaw are excellent.

Closest to homemade authentic Mexican food you can get! The wet burritos are HUGE and taste amazing! Their tacos were excellent and probably the best Ive ever had at a restaurant! The service was great and the food came out quick. Good thing I dont live there anymore or Id probably go broke eating there so much! Definitely recommend!

I always get their Mexican style Pastor Tacos with queso fresco. My wife and kids love this place as well. The salsa can sometimes be a bit spicy for my kids, but my daughter will eat it anyway because she loves the place.

Amazing Carne asada soft corn tortillas tacos. Their burritos are super good also. Tonio has 2 locations, great authentic food, great recipes. Ill be back. Their red sauce in the squeeze bottles is perfect, not too spicy but great great flavor.

Gu ood service yummy food. Had the steak chimichanga meal and my husband had a steak burrito with everything on it. He lives the hot sauce they bring out. All the food was good we went with another couple who have been there before this was our first time. The guacamole was okay, but definitely not my favorite or the best I have had especially for over $5. Overall good food and service.

Food is just ok. Nothing special. Steak tacos did not have much flavor. I also ordered a chicharon verde gordita and it wasnt good either. Its very average.

Probably my favorite Mexican food in the county. The staff were friendly and I filled up very quickly on the generous portions of food. Id give it more stars if I could.

Chose the pastor tacos $1.99 each, the lengua at $2.79 is higher then other taquerias that I go to. The tacos were good, had plenty of cilantro and onion but the limes were old and did not have much juice. The grilled green onions and jalapenos were also good. The salsa was decent, the red sauce not spicy and the green tomatilla sauce was bland.

Service is good and the place is clean enough. They do not have enough authentic Mexican dishes, but the ones they do have taste great. Large portions for very cheap as well. The salsa and queso taste great.

Tried this place for the first time tonight, recommended by a friend my husband works with. Its not much to look at. I think one of the other reviews called it a "hole in the wall" kind of place? Thats exactly what this is. But the food...OMG. Amazing. The BEST steak taco Ive ever had. We had the steak wet burrito as well. So good and all very fresh. I look forward to going back!

"Hole in the wall" places are the best! This place is small but has table service. The chips are store bought, but their salsa tasted home made.

Best Mexican food in the area. Totally authentic and worth a try. Prices are fair and portions are ample. You know its authentic when Horchata is actually on the menu. So happy to have discovered this little gem.

Excellent food! The only thing is they need a bigger and nicer building and they need to serve a bigger bowl of salsa instead of a bowl the size of a thimble! All said, we love the food and will return!

Best authentic Mexican food in Warsaw!

Without question the finest authentic Mexican taqueria in the county. The food is delicious starting with the chips and their salsa (ask for the hotter sauce, you wont regret itand then every entree Ive had was exceptional (fajitas, burritos, tacos, and quesadillas.Their choice of meats is awesome (though, I hold that their pastor is the best!And all at a VERY affordable cost.Beyond their food, their service is wonderful. The staff is bilingual with English and Spanish, which allows English only customers a great opportunity to enjoy authenticity without feeling overwhelmed but also allowing Spanish speaking customers the unique ability to order in their native language.
