Target in Weber County

First : no stars on review ( forced to give a star to do review/ Housewares had only 2 muffin pans ( no other selection/ Spices aisle needs some serious love ( very bad, last seen customer ran away / fresh food area ( no kale or parsley and or mint just a lot of spinach variety / Store shouldnt blame supply chain issues when this clearly inventory and merchandising of an area and along with store not willing to offer variety in fresh greens area .... I hope this helps, when customers give feedback.

Target drive-up is always a great experience. They are prompt and always friendly.

Target is clean and a nice change for shopping. Waiting lines are short. I like human contact and smiles over computer scanning.

Target it’s time! It’s been time for a long time! It’s time to open a store in cache valley Utah! You are missing a big opportunity! Target you have more fans here than in cali! I bet you’ll make millions in northern Utah!

This store is so much worse than any Ive been in. Its consistently under stocked and out of anything Im looking for. Not to mention the awful employees who cannot be bothered to be helpful in the least.Save yourself the trouble and just head to the Layton store.

Friendly staff, the app is easy to use, and the pick up options are great if I’m sick or carrying around kids.

Friendly service. Curbside pickup is easy. Their dollar spot is always full of cute decorations and toys.

This Target store used to be clean and immaculately maintained, but post-remodel and COVID, it looks like a Walmart, every section disorganized, carts full of things to be put back and items out of place. The clientele has obviously changed as they’ve now hired two off duty policemen in black shirts and tan pants to follow customers around.Unfortunately, the operational glory days of this store were during the days of the Dayton-Hudson corporation, not current management and leadership.

A lot of stuff out of stock. But I love Target. I wish all stores would live up to the Target experience.

Never have I been so disappointed in a Target store. I understand this I a busy time of year to buy clothes since kids are going back to school, but the section I was in wasn’t even busy while I was there. In the middle of the chaotic mess that was the girls section, THREE Target employees were discussing their frustrations with staffing choices and complaining about “the new people,” saying that “no one even knows how to fold….” I found this so ironic because the one employee was literally sitting on one of the displays where the clothes were mixed up and unfolded. And they didn’t even stop talking about it when I walked to said display. I had to ask the employee to move so I could look at the clothes she was sitting on. I’ve never seen Target in such a state nor have I ever encountered employees with such poor work ethic and so little regard for customers and/or store appearance.

Waited over 30 minutes in the electronics department to get some help to unlock and purchase a phone case. The employee who helped me could not unlock the security box and was not properly trained on how to run online gift cards. Worst part of the situation is that I told the employee twice I did not want a protection plan on my phone case, and would not take no for answer.

Always a pleasant experience, and I love the convenience of the pick up options.

I live across the street from Target so I shop there quite a bit its clean cleaner than any of the other grocery stores Walmart is still filth.

I’ve waited more than 20 minutes in the tech area and ask 3 associates to call for someone to help. I’ve watched at least 4 customers leave disappointed.When the associate finally came, she couldn’t tell me the difference between the multiple brands other than “some are white and some are colored.”Not what I expected from Target.

This is probably one of the worst targets I’ve been to. They never have anything in stock compared to other locations. The staff that work the changing rooms are rarely friendly and when you ask them questions, they can’t even look you in the eye. Come on Target! Hire people who can actually “pretend” to like their job.If you need to go to target, save yourself the hassle and go to a DIFFERENT location!

Dressing room closed on a Saturday a few weeks before schools starts? Are you kidding me? Seriously poor planning.

Interaction with Target employee at check out left me disappointed with my shopping experience.

I just came in to buy an Apple Watch band real quick. I already know what I want. STOP ASKING ME ABOUT ME APPLE PHONE. I already know my contact terms and I KNOW that its a bad idea to upgrade to the iPhone 13 mini. You guys wasted my time when I already told you I KNOW that I need to pay off my phone before I renew my contract. For lords sake please just leave me alone because I know more than you do about you own phone contracts. Now leave me alone because I know what Im doing. Thanks to these Target versions of "Apple Geniuses", you minimum wage earning knockoffs wasted my time and I missed my Pokemon Spotlight Hour thanks to your ineptitude. I seriously wish I would have gone to Wal-Mart where the employees know their place and quit pestering me. 0/5 WILL NEVER RETURN.

This store is very clean, well organized and the employees were knowledgeable and helpful. The food selection was excellent, and the pharmacy people went the extra mile in locating what I needed.

Yikes, we got pork barbacoa salads from this location for the first time a week ago and it made us sick. My husband usually makes two meals out of it and eats it as a burrito for his lunch the next day. He ended up throwing it away because it wasnt worth it. There was some dirt I noticed on one of the romaine leaves and the tortillas didnt seem fresh. Bummer because I usually really love Cafe Rio.

Im only speaking on the womens shoe department but it was a mess. Nothing organized and missing pairs..

My pickup order is never ready on time and I wait hours over for it. They hang up on you when you try to call and won’t even give you an estimated time frame when you are there to pick it up. They are lazy and rude.

Misinformation right on the front of the store! Should read "Expect Less. Pay More." To be fair, thats the case for every store now.

Target. Lots of variety. Out of N95 masks. Always a pleasure to walk around looking at all the stuff in all the departments. Never have bought but enjoy looking at the pretty Magnolia section.

Your online ordering is easy your customer service is great your pickup is fast your app is easy to navigate it is the easiest pickup out of all the stores I really enjoy dealing with Target as far as online pickup and curbside

Target is amazing overall. You can find fun great presents for friends and family. This have great decorations. You can also order online. This store is very organized. I have never had a complaint about their products. Althougth it can be a little pricy. I love to come school shopping here. Great kid toys board games products and just in one store. Target will always be remembered. The Riverdale location can be a little crowded.

my cashier was so friendly and prompt. He rang me up with the quickness but not in a way that I felt rushed. I had a minor issue with my card reading and the cashier didnt make me feel like I was in his way, or inconveniencing him. I will be back to target soon because of the positive experience I had.

I feel that target has the best products for my growing family from health needs to electronic items and everywhere in-between. Not only that, but everytime I enter any target location everyone is so very kind. From the greeters at the front to employees that I run across throughout the store. Everyone is kind, and says hello, and ask if I am finding everything that I am looking for. Simply, great service all around!

I remember going to a nearby school and coming here all the time at lunch and after school, the staff was always great and the items were all priced very reasonably well and its also CLEAN unlike Walmart and Target in general feels like they care about their customers I feel more inclined to join their rewards programs and get interactive with their offers than most other places. Clean stores, safe environment, friendly staff. The stores offers a wide variety of necessities, cute shoes, home goods and food. I have been very impressed with the pharmacy staff as well!

My kids and I love the Starbucks inside Target! They were super friendly and helped us out with a customer service issue we had at another Starbucks in Layton! They rectified the issue and did a fantastic job making our drinks while they chatted with my 2 teenagers. We had a wonderful experience and well go out of our way now to go to the Starbucks at the Riverdale Target for this very reason!!

So this will be a second shipment that has been received damaged. So now youve been tracking and waiting for this item to come it finally arrives and now you have to turn around, return it back to them if you want a refund,which they want. Now I have to wait for that item to get back to them get the refund then have the item shipped to me again with the more than likely possibility its going to happen again. So corporate America standards is youre a small number and as long as a majority keep buying will keep operating in this fashion.. Lame.

Friendly employees!! I drove past multiple other stores to shop at the Riverdale Target. Their store is always so welcoming and clean. Plus the employees are awesome and very friendly. Now we just need a Target North of Ogden

The associate who helped me with checkout was amazing! She walked me through the Target app and how I could potentially save money and introduced me to the Red Card (Debit), which will be amazing. She was so kind and very helpful!

I always love shopping at Target they have everything you could need on your shopping trip from grocery items to clothing toys and much more. This target is located right off of 515 in a strip mall with other great shopping centers. The parking lot is large enough where its usually easy to find parking

The customer service in the store as I was shopping was great! I was told by the self-checkout assistant that the "buy 4 toothpaste products and get a $5 gift card" promo was only for same day, online ordering. The signs are all over the store, this doesnt make sense. She said she was doing me a favor by allowing it this time. I must be special.

I like their home decor options, clothing for all body types, and they have great customer service! Em recommended a new candle scent to us and were in love with it! Maylie helped us at the register and was absolutely adorable!

Target loves to spy on you. I get emails after shopping in thier store. They know what credit card is associated with my email. Sorry, but I will not support ANY company that dies this. Support locals, shop small business, they just want to send kids to school, not invade your privacy and buy a yacht.

Thank you Target, thank you! Feel like this locations customer service from employees has excelled from what it was maybe 3 or 4 years ago. The ladies at self checkout are so kind and there is always a good vibe at this store.As a mom, I know that if I am stressed out or having a bad day and I have to pick up something or run an errand I better go to target because I am always able to have a fun time there chatting with the kind self checkout ladies or checking out there great finds in the dollar section or getting a minor issue fixed at customer service.Keep up the good vibe! It means alot to the community right now and thank you again!

I recently used their curbside pickup and I have to say this may be the new way to shop! Especially when you just need a few things! I have two little kids and getting them out of the car for a quick trip is more work than it’s worth sometimes. I love that this is an option!!

The associate that checked us out was awesome! My five-year-old son has been saving his money to buy a toy and chose to go to target. He had several dollar bills and lots of change that he needed to count to pay for his toy. The associate was very patient and kind waiting for him to count. Thank you so much.

Bad service . Ordered an item for my newborn that I needed for when we arrived home . Called and they said wasn’t even in the system but yet my phone said other wise . Called today 3 days later to see what’s going on ... said it was canceled !!! Like seriously and couldn’t even give me a good answer as to why and that I’d have to reorder. No thanks ! Might as well go into the damn store and hope to find in stock thanks target .bat least give me an email saying you guys couldn’t do your job .

I just had to write a review because one of the cashiers at the front left such an impression on me. Sarah (long dark hair & glasseswas super sweet, bright and smiley and just an excellent conversationalist with everyone in line. Told me I looked like a Disney princess and the compliment really made my day.

Target has the best sales! I always get something that is on sale and then when I go to check out... theres is some other sale and makes the price all the better! Our cashiers name was Terry on Dec 11, and he was absolutely wonderful! He was super helpful and friendly, he absolutely made my day. =)

This is such a great Target. Its always nice and clean and the associates are always more than help happy to help me when I need assistance. Its really easy to get in and out of located close to the highway I always visit the store when Im in Riverdale. They also always have my favorite brands in stock.
