Taylor Trading in Clay County

After encountering a stressful, unnecessary hiccup with Orange Park VW that forced us to have to give back our vehicle, and ending up in a panic as we are due to welcome a baby the end of December, my boyfriend found Taylor who did nothing but the impossible; or so it felt, for us! She kept in immediate contact with my boyfriend about his application and worked hard for us to ensure our odds were in our favor. We had inquired about a few cars but were only approved for one. Their 2015 Nissan Pathfinder. Its a "boat" to drive and has some flaws that we have started working towards resolving immediately, but it is a reliable vehicle and all thanks to Taylor Trading, we wouldnt have it today without their help and we cannot thank them enough <3

Very easy and stress free experience, and I got a low mileage car for a good price. I just wish I was told about the passenger window and fog lights not working before purchasing. Otherwise I had a very good experience.

Called about a car we were interested in seeing for our son. We are 3 hours away so we wanted to be sure the car was available and someone would be available to show us the car. They seemed very interested in helping us until we told them we are paying cash and have zero interest in financing. Clearly they want their customers to finance so they can make more money. However, cash is always best whenever possible when purchasing in my opinion.No one will return our call now because obviously we are too educated a buyer for them!I would not buy from this dealership.

Spoke to Eric, he was very helpful. Came in and told him my situation of being carless and he promised Id be put in a car by the time I left. Not even 2 hours later purchased a Honda Civic. Have had no problems whatsoever and the deal was very affordable. Everyone in the office was really nice and helpful as well. Everybody worked together as family. Even offered me some of their pizza they ordered while waiting! Definitely the place to go for a nice reliable affordable vehicle!!!!

I can honestly say one of the worst experiences I have ever had the pleasure of being a part of. AVOID!!! Between the issues with the car they sold us within the first few days that they said they would address before selling, the lies they were caught in, the mechanic that put in the wrong part, to holding the plates because they demanded money for fixing things they did not even fix. Straight nightmare. Avoid this place at all costs.

My experience with this dealership has been by far the most horrifying car buying experience I have ever had. Please do yourself or child the favor of staying far away. Their cars are cheap for a reason! My 16 year old son worked so hard and saved his own money. He found a car online at Taylor Trading that he fell in love with. We went to test drive it and everything seemed great. I could write a novel about everything that has gone so horrifically wrong with the car, and with their customer service but Ill save you the time. The car they sold my son was unsafe to even drive. It did not have a functional airbag or horn. They completely lied saying that a brand new AC compressor had been put in it, and then when it quit the first day he drove the car, they refilled the freon twice before admitting the compressor was not new and replacing it. They never registered the car within their legally allotted time frame, and now are refusing to give us our plates because we disputed a charge for work that was supposed to be performed on the car that we confirmed with THEIR mechanic was never even done. They have refused to provide us with a single invoice or receipt for any work that they said was completed. Just an all around complete nightmare, and the one who really loses is my poor kid who spent every penny he had on this death trap of a car.

Bad credit no credit no problem. Most people with proof of incomecan leave happy in a great used car. We had credit issues but not a problem getting a great car at a great monthly payment. We left happy. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Fun people, very respectful and aim to please. We had a hiccup and they bent over backwards to fix the issue and we left their very happy, even better off then before the hiccup.
