It is rare if the item you want is not in stock. If that does occur they will order it for you and it will be ready for pick up in just a few days.

What a wonderful hardware store.I cant overstate how nice these people are.My ist time in i bought a pit boss smoker and as i waited i could not help but notice what beautiful store it was.It turns out the smoker did not operate as it should.They were so nice to me and returned it with no hassle.They even unloaded it.Gave me full credit toward a traeger grill which by the way is a much better grill.Thank you so much and see you soon for any other needs.

I love this place. They’ve got a great selection especially on grills but really of everything. They’ve got funky sodas barbecue sauces and rubs good tools and terrific prices. Everybody there wants to be there! I drive past Menards and Lowe’s and another 15 minutes just to go here when I can.

alittle busy but goto the cashier they will send sumone ur way! bought a new stihl weedeater, knowledgeable staff will get you dialed in and out the door! even took us outside and went over propper starting settings and fired it up to assure it worked propperly! priced rite also

Bought a beautiful real Christmas tree. The employees are always super friendly and helpful! The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because we stood outside in the cold for 10 minutes waiting for someone to open the gate so we could get our tree after we paid!! It wasnt real busy either!

Always a pleasure to shop local. In the midst of digging out from a snowstorm they were fully staffed and ready to roll this morning. Plenty of selection, clean and orderly. Great store.

I called them for supplies my wife needed to fix jewelry which she really enjoys. The guy said they had everything I needed, but was skeptical. I found the products, but wasnt sure which products would work best since there were several to choose from, I tried internet, but had no service in the store. They were busy, but an associate came to me and asked if I needed help(not used to thatand I said I doubted he could, but he could try. Within two minutes he helped me pick exactly what I needed, and was out the door. The cashier seemed a bit flustered, but remained professional. I text my wife to tell her I found what she needed, and that Ace really IS the place with the helpful hardware folks!

I had called before arriving about picking up a part I needed. I had to drive from Huntington to pick it up, and once I arrived they said they were mistaken about having the part. So I just wasted an hour total driving there and back.Edit: It was 1 star, but I just went back and they found the part I needed. A little less irritating.

Went there looking for aa internal replacement spool for the Stihl weed wacker we have. The store personnel were great.. I have been an Ace hardware customer for years in other towns. This one gave me great customer service as other Ace hardware stores, I have used in the past.The store personnel assisted me in the better options for my needs.Will I go back, yes I will.

You can usually get what you need in a pinch, but........ the prices are usually quite expensive. That is compared to lowes or home depot. They just dont really have any competition in the area. The staff here seem to be very polite and curteous. Over all im glad they are here lowes or home depot are a long ways away.

Manager guy practically is trying not to get a sale. He has an attitude like he is better than you and avoids answering your question with a straight answer. Remember when running or managing a business the key is be nice to customers, treat them with respect, and most of all try to sell stuff.
