Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store - Marlboro, NJ in Monmouth County

We spent a lot of time at this store before purchasing our first tempurpedic. Rachel was so knowledgeable, patient, friendly, did I say PATIENT?? She led us to the right bed, never overselling, and we ultimately purchased the luxe adapt soft and cannot wait to receive it! Special thanks to Diana and Stuart as well . The Marlboro staff is a dream team! Can’t wait for our “dreams” to come true. Thank you!

My husband, John and I are just starting our mattress research. We were just driving on route 9 and stopped in.Your salesperson Stuart Schneiweis was incredible.He was engaged, asked questions he was empathetic to our needs. And he knew the products.I had very special needs from injuries and my husband has specific needs as well.We were in your flahship store in Marlboro for over an hour.Stuart, used all the safety guidelines with the bed protectors and we laid on quite a few beds.We had not known what the prices were prior to walking, and found them to be quite pricey. But your salesman was able to show my squeaky husband the true value of this type of comfort and the need for sleep.My family and John and I own and have owned customer serviced based businesses and we know the importance of a great sales team.Due to life at this time, we could not purchase the sleep system and pillows. Stuart Schneiweis was gracious enough to continue to help us, so that when we have all our ducks in a row and our finances come together in September we wont need to shop around anymore.Its rare to find someone who is able to read your needs, give you the space so you feel relaxed and knows so much about the product that you feel secure about making the right choice for you.So, Im sure you get alot of praise for Stuart Schneiweis, and because of the time, attention, knowledge and experience we had with him, we will be back when we are ready to take our terperpedic cooling sleep system home and its because your salesperson took the time and effort.Thank youCarey and John

We have bought many mattresses from the Marlboro, NJ store. We have relied solely on the knowledge and expertise of Stuart Schneiweis. He has been on the money with everything he has sold us. He gave us the same full attentiveness with recommending pillows and mattress pads as he did when we were upgrading our mattress. He is a most definite asset to the Tempur-pedic brand.

This review is regarding a return policy that clearly is printed on my receipt. Pillows may be reformed as long as unopened and in original box. I purchased pillows in PA and when I tried to return in NJ they told me I could not. Then said I could because I was exchanging. Well Tempurpedic you lost my business. The receipt is clear that you can return period. You need to train your associates to give correct information out or change your receipts and policies but I was correct to return this item and would have took to court if needed too for a $269 pillow. Also the attitude I received when was in the store was not appreciated from one associate.

Finally decided to replace our old tempurpedic with the Breeze mattress today. Our sales associate Rachel had an awesome personality and was very knowledgeable about the mattresses available. I was bummed to hear the Rhapsody was no longer available, however Rachel saved my day and showed me the new and improved Breeze series. Very excited to receive our new mattress!

good service, great explanation, overpriced!! i wish i had come here first before buying the tempupedic mattress, i bought it in another store (Value Citywhere i had the biggest problem, because they lied to me in the sale!! I have a lot of back pain after I started using this mattress, and it was the biggest problem to solve it!! very simple when buying, and impossible when solving a problem

Excellent customer service. We were in the beginning phase of looking for a new bed and Stuart was excellent and explained all the features of tempurPedic. The store was clean and we were very happy with the whole experience.

Stuart was of great assistance and led us to what we needed. He wasn’t pushy or over the top like sales people at other businesses. We would highly recommend his services and the product he is selling.

My husband and I have been looking for the perfect bed for the past couple months and decided to check out Tempur-Pedic since we’ve heard so many good things about the mattresses. We probably bought the most expensive package. and it is worth every penny! think about it. maybe your biggest portion of life is spent on bed so comfort should come before budget.Stewart was very professional and helpful. also was great with our followup requests after sale.

I am one who researches over and over when I buy something as important as a mattress for me and my wife. Even so I did make a mistake 2 years ago and bought an expensive mattress that over time proved very uncomfortable. Stuart explained how we would be protected with Tempur-Pedic. This time we did a lot of store hopping and realized that we both liked Tempur-Pedic. However, we were getting misinformation from local and national chain stores where we live, so we drove the 50 miles to the Marlboro, NJ Tempur-Pedic store.At the store, over the course of two visits, Stuart answered our every question relating to the mattresses. He spent hours answering out questions, via telephone as well. He helped us in deciding which mattress to consider, never pushed us or pressured us, but just let us make our own decision. As an Electronic Engineer I had a lot of technical questions for Stuart which he answered without reservation. Additionally, on our second visit Rachel was a blessing because she offered her insight into the differences between a Hybrid and a Foam mattress.We left yesterday after buying two mattresses and two adjustable basesfeeling at ease that with our decision. My wife and I strongly recommend this Tempur-Pedic location with Stuart and Rachel.

Absolutely amazing experience with the greeting , to the trial of the different beds then to our purchase . We have been looking for a couple weeks for a bed . We have Tried a ton of different beds from all different manufacturers. The knowledge of the sales person Rachel was great , answered all our questions and helped make our purchase smooth and easy . Stuart was incredibly helpful and nice during our visit to get new pillows. He worked with both my wife and I to match our needs and wasnt pushy at all. To top it all off the store was very clean and has lots of hand sanitizer around for customers.

We walked in wanting to get a new mattress and the knowledge and amazing customer service we received once we walked in the door was incredible. Rachel was with another customer and not only immediately acknowledged us but helped us choose the perfect mattress for us. She is the mattress pro! So patient and we never felt pressured we felt as if she really wanted to help us choose the perfect match for us.
