The worst customer service ever. I already owned a Tesla and wanted to upgrade to X but after the customer service we received we decided we will ditch Tesla entirely and switch to other electronic cars.

My friend and I were walking past the store and decided to go inside and peak at one of the cars. As my friend and I open the door to the business one of the associates shouts across the room at us, “you just dreaming?” I was baffled. There was no greeting. No professionalism from the jump. We hadn’t even stepped all the way into the building. I asked the salesman to clarify himself because I wanted to see if he was even aware of what he just said. Once he heard me speak he corrected himself and asked us if we interested In purchasing. My friend and I are both persons of color so I immediately knew where he was coming from. Teslas aren’t so appealing after that experience.

They have a model S an Y on the showroom floor so you can check them out. Lynnwood doesnt offer any cars for viewing on their showroom. You can schedule a test drive too
The snarky attitude of the associate like he owns “10 Tesla models”, looking down on me while I’m asking if it’s possible to test drive a Tesla, and when I asked about the estimate time of delivery responded with “you should had test drive it earlier” .. wow! Such a genius!! Awful customer service
Nathan and the website misquoted the delivery timeline by 2 months, despite seeming to know otherwise. Was told by the website, before I put down the deposit, March. I was told in person early April. Once I put down the money, suddenly it comes in May, despite the website still quoting march for all to see. If they knew the car would take an additional 2 months to show up (which they clearly did), they should have stated it prior to taking a nonrefundable deposit.

Fun to test drive the Y. Not really different than any other car sales experience.
Today, a family got kicked out of Tesla store at University Village in #Seattle because their low-functioning non-verbal autistic son couldn’t put his mask on. There was no supervisor on-site, and the employee lacking proper training was very nervous and rude.The entire family is fully vaccinated and had just received negative PCR test results the same day. The 13 years old autistic kid is medically exempted from wearing a mask and holds a doctor’s certificate to prove that.Shortly after, the same family visited Amazon Books store. An Amazon employee approached them and asked them nicely to have the kid put his mask on. When the parents explained the situation, the employee apologized, and let them in. The employee then remained near by to offer support, and to resolve any potential misunderstanding. The family felt safe, welcomed, and included.#elonmusk should train his employees on #inclusion and #respect, and most importantly #CustomerExperience. Working with Nathan was phenomenal. He was able to deliver the Tesla I wanted early and was excellent in communicating with me every step of the way. If you are ordering your Tesla, get in communication with him and don’t be a stranger. Judging from the website it can feel very distant but dealing with Nathan brings a human experience that can not be replaced. Thanks for helping!
Awful customer service. Not just this particular store but their phone line is the same too. Each person you talk to tells you contracting things. If they tell you to pay $100 to get in the waitlist it’s a scam so don’t do it!
High recommend this store if you need any info about tesla or need a test drive (book in advance and bring insurance card. Those guys are super friendly and explain everything in detail!!!. They also are not pushy!!!
Cool because its in U Ville, otherwise a bit too small for show and tell.
This is a very fancy designed place where you can ask questions about ordering your Tesla. Im not giving five stars simply because its quite small and they can only fit one of the cars in there. But Tesla cars are awesome!

I came to check out the Model Y (MY for aficionados). Only vehicle on display is the MY because, at present, it is not possible to get vehicles in or out. I had hoped to see a new 7 seater but alas, the MY on display is an older red 5 seater. I was able to check out the frunk and rear storage areas. I sat comfortably in the front drivers seat and the back seat. Although I did not have the time for a test drive on this visit, they have a number of other cars in the parking garage for test drives.Lots of helpful information was provided by my Tesla Advisor, David. He was not the least bit pushy, just answered my questions very politely.
Just too tempting to drop in here and look at these fast, sexy machines every time I go by. Its not a car dealer, just a place to sit in or drive a Tesla. If you want one, you order it on your app. Its a brave new world people and this California company has turned the stale boring auto industry upside down - thank you Elon!
I needed help deciding which Tesla to purchase and Henry Funk went above and beyond to help me make the best car purchase ever. He was full of information without any pressure to purchase. I eventually decided on the Model 3 and I couldnt be happier. He also helped me find a charger cable when they were out of stock online. One year after my purchase, he continues to be responsive and helpful when I need something. Thanks Henry for all your help!
Ive been visiting this location for years now; first just to sit in the car, then to test drive a Model S, then a 3, then a Y. Every experience I have had was low pressure, informative, and very fun! When I finally decided I was interested in moving forward, Nathan worked with me, my timeline (which was almost a year), and my budget to find the perfect car. My past experience at car dealerships has been in stark contrast to the amazing knowledge and low pressure style of Tesla. This is the only way to buy a car, and the only way I will ever buy a car again.

Peter Fabrykiewicz was 1st class. I had been very interested in Tesla since the wait list started for the Model 3 several years ago. I test drove a Model 3 Performance w/ FSD in July of 2019. I knew at that point in time that I would own a Tesla one day. I ordered my car May 3rd of 2020 and received on June 12th. It has been an extraordinary experience so far, and look forward to see what happens with software updates and improvements in FSD.
Sean Tomizawas customer service is above and beyond exceptional. He truly cares about the customer and my experience as a new Tesla owner. Sean walked me through the process of ordering a new Model 3, set me up with my 1st test drive, and even texts/calls me to update me on my order status. If you are considering a Tesla ask for Sean- youll be in the best hands!!!!
This was by far the best car shopping experience Ive ever had. My mother and I came in relatively novice to Tesla and werent completely sure what to expect. Our Tesla advisor, Henry, was incredibly kind, informative, and helpful in introducing us to the world of electronic cars. We asked millions of questions and had a very amusing test drive. Ultimately, by the end of our session, we were ready to purchase a Tesla ASAP! The experience was light, pleasant, and most importantly guided by Henry who is knowledgable enough to inform us of all the necessary steps and continually advising us even after we left. I would recommend anyone curious about Tesla to visit this location & Henry.

Peter was an absolute hero to me. Super informative and enthusiastic in helping customer. He guided me through every steps along the way to get my first dream car ever. From getting a reasonable loan interest rate to going through the process of getting VIN # assigned and applying for a car insurance, to answering some dumb random questions I had before and after delivery, etc., he helped me all in a so thoughtful, patient and friendly way. It’s the best buying experience I’ve had in my life.

Had the delightful opportunity to meet and work with Sean Tomizawa at the Tesla Showroom in Seattles University Village. Sean was knowledgeable and gracious in helping us explore the Tesla Model 3. Not only did he arrange for me to take an extended test drive with him but a few days later he arranged for my wife and me to take the car out so that SHE could get a feel for the car. We Booked Tesla model 3 , on Aug its going to be month , still didnt get delivery ,they said they wil send message when delivery is ready , we have been waiting ,in between we called them to check status about delivery , but still they said we will send you notification in message when get ready , expecting on sep mid not yet confirmed ,when delivery time is so long my question to them is why still mentioning in website thats only 2 weeks for deliver , kindly mention clearly that only inventory cars can be delivered immediately or within 2 weeks ,I feel like they should provide some customer discount for this late delivery for customer satisfaction .Updating my review . We got deliverey on Sep 18 2019 , Car experience is awesome

There’s nothing below excellent to say about this place. If you are curious about Tesla’s, go there and speak with Henry and he will answer you any of your questions and will try to focus on what are you expecting to find in a car. He’s very friendly and explains you everything on the test drives. If you decided to go with the purchase, he will help you all along the process and be incredibly responsive to your questions. The best experience I ever had in a car dealership ever! More than happy with my new Model 3.

Both my sister and I recently bought Tesla 3s from Henry at the U Village Tesla. Henry answered all our questions and the car buying process easy and pleasant. Ive had my car a couple months now and Henry is still quick to answer any questions that come up. I recommend you go down and try out one of these fabulous cars!
Pete was our contact person when buying our new car. Pete was patient, professional and very knowledgeable. Pete even made time prior to our scheduled appointment to acquaint us with the car, even suggesting a nice place to occupy our time while he helped the client scheduled before us. As we lingered in the show room Jacob, another sales person, also spent his time further informing us about the car. Both Pete and Jacob couldn’t have been more professional while remaining relatable and this made our car buying experience a good one. Words that, I am sure, are rarely uttered by the car purchasing public. Thank you again for an enjoyable experience.
We had the best car buying experience here! All of the staff were super friendly and the cars are so fun to drive and toy with in the showroom. Henry F. was amazing and was so knowledgeable. He made the whole experience so fun and had great advice on the different options and navigating the various tax credits. We are so excited for the car to be delivered, zero buyers remorse.

The people working there are very cool . Even though we were not there to buy they have us full freedom to check the cars out.
Salesperson Jacob was very attentive and knowledgeable. He too his time and patiently walked us thru the various models and features. We will definately come back to this dealer and ask for Jacob should we decide to purchase. Very low pressure here.

Great experience I had a really nice test drive of the model 3. The Co pilot was very nice and informative. There is no pressure to buy you can just test drive for fun! Head in and try one out.

Deceived by salesman. Ready to buy the $70,000 car then learned from the manager the information communicated was not true. Lost trust, walked away from the deal. The car seemed great.Funny follow up or sad depending how you see it. Kelly, the salesman, said he would start the refund process for me. I contacted him 12 days later to get an update. He then told me that the process could not be initiated by him. He then directed me to the website. Interesting. Would he have let me know that he could/would not deliver on his promise to start the refund process? The Trumpian world of telling a lie and acting like you didnt is invading Seattle. Damn!
