I realize that the construction on 190 in Copperas Cove is in the long run intended to help with safety, beautifying Cove with a median in the middle of the highway in town, and wider sidewalks for pedestrians -- as well as making it safer for bicycles. However, traffic can be even more of a bear , now. Dont understand why they choose to do construction work during the day, when if they did this at night, there would be much less traffic to have to deal with.I did manage to catch an Iridescent cloud,(or rainbow cloudwhile waiting in traffic. It was a beautiful, rare catch of this type of cloud. Wish my camera was able to pick up the colors better. It was quickly (within a minute or soloosing its rainbow - esque look.
