Why have no management working on a weekend. I tried to order work shoes as I do every year . Told to come in and paye then thay will order . I am not driving there and back to order then there and back to pick up . Cameron was not very helpful .So thay loss a $200.00 sale . Small businesses nust be doing well if you can afford to lose sales. Well done. Do not recommend at all going there. Karen

Well I’ll never go back to that store I’ve got feet problems and will living in Geelong Victoria I felt with the Geelong Store I had a few problems which were all resolved so when moving to upper coomera I went to this store I got fitted with my Hoka shoes I went on a holiday and the shoes rubbed my heels so bad they blistered don’t forget I was fitted I took them back to the store a month later and was told I’d had them to long and no help I walked out of that store and left those useless shoes in the store If I’d been in geelong they would have replaced them I need the Hoka shoes for my feet but I’ll never set feet in that store again this is 4 months later and still trying to find a store that sell Hoka shoes I know I’m in my 70s .Gary

Very helpful. We are in lockdown, they were shut and needed shoes for orthotics modifications and it was not a problem for them to help us and open because it was for medical reasons. These are to help stop the pain as my daughter walks.

We were unhappy with the service we received at Helensvale. Went to athletes foot pacific fair. Better service and so professional. EDIT - Thank you customer service but I have already been in contact via email twice. I had no reply the second time. The first time I was informed a manager would call me which also didnt occur.

Needed a specific shoe Post surgery and was able to get directly from the store where staff expertly fitted me ensuring Comfort in both width and length. Highly recommended and extra thanks to Karina for promptly notifying shoe stock had arrived.

Great service just a bit expensive

Walked in the store today with my kiddies, at a time when no other customers were in the store. Shortly after, a young man came in. The lady working in the store who had seen me walk in, completely ignored me standing there, and headed straight over to the young man. I heard him tell the lady that I had come in to the store first, and her reply was simply to ignore me again, and continue on helping him. So rude.Thankfully a few minutes later another store person came out from out the back, and was super lovely. So Thankyou to you second lady! You were super helpful and lovely.
