Fantastic work. This team are absolute professionals. They handled some hail damage with our SUV, the work was completed quickly and as expected it looks great. Definitely recommend you check them out.
I always feel confident taking my car to The Body Shop. I wont take it anywhere else here. everyone is very friendly also. I do recommend The Body Shop and Paint
Great place
I brought my car here for repairs and am happy about how the repairs look. The length of repair and customer service were a little lacking. I was quoted 3 weeks for my repair, and it ended up being 6 weeks until I got the car back. After doing half of the repairs it was discovered that a significant amount of work would still need done and even more parts would need to be ordered. I was patient, calling multiple times during the repair process to see how much longer it would take all while paying for a rental out of my own pocket during this time. Upon finally receiving my car, it would not start. I do not understand how after 6 weeks of work and extra expenses on my part, I would be receiving a car with a dead battery.
I called for an estimate and was met at The Body Shop with respect and honesty. I highly recommend this place!
They did an excellent job. Couldnt tell it had been in an accident.
Amazing people very kind I cant wait to see the finished product! I appreciate all the help from you guys!
Took my car into this place to get repairs done on the front end and hood. We were actually shopping around to see who we would go with to fix the car. We came in and showed the guy what was wrong, and what the insurance estimated. We talked about what he would do and could do to get the car fixed we also talked for a brief moment what he would do for us in price to help us out. He offered a price that we could not refuse and went ahead and said lets do it and made the decision to go with this shop because of the price offer he verbally gave us. We thanked him and we waited for the call saying the car was done. 4 weeks later, He called saying it was ready to pick up but when we got there to pay the price was waaaaaay different from what he told us orginally. AGAIN THE WHOLE REASON WHY WE WENT WITH THEM. We reminded him what he offered us but he grumbled under his breath something about "doing the work" He should have been Profesional and called us to let us know he wouldnt be able to honor what he offered in the 1st place and I learned a lesson in if its to good to be true get it in writing! The work was decent. But there was no communication and not honoring what he originally told us put a sour taste in my mouth. Would I recommend to others? I would say look at other places first, and just be aware if you do go with this shop be leary of what he he may verbally tell you and get that in writing!!!!REPLY To auto body- I cant seem to reply under your comment. It was under my husbands name not mine. It was the 2019 Hyundai Sonata that we just picked up. It doesnt matter if it was under my name or his name. It was the experience we had it put us in a bind because we werent expecting you to do that but whats done is done. Its a lesson Ive learned for the future.
Outstanding work. Had a spray in liner in a 3500 Ram.
I had a 2005 VW JETTA that was hit on the driver’s side. The Body Shop put everything back together, but I had to take my vehicle back twice. First time was because the door didn’t close all the way for the seels to meet. Then a few days later, when I went to lock the door with my key, the whole lock cylinder came out into my hand. One of the guys said that he could have sworn he had noticed something, but I guess he didn’t want to open up another project for himself. They did a good job, but it’s inconvenient to have to take the car back not once, but twice to get it done right.
Great work great customer service
This body shop has served Cochise County for 35 years. They are the best.
They did an amazing job and they were really friendly. Nice to see that from a small place you know.
I have gone to the Body Shop twice now. I had dented my wifes 2016 Mini Countryman fender. Joes team fixed it within a week; I cant even tell the car had an issue! The second time was to fix a restoration job-gone-wrong from another shop on my 1990 BMW 325i. They ordered the right parts, fixed issues with the paint that I thought were beyond fixing and managed to get it done in under budget! The body shop is a great business to deal with. If I hit my wifes car again, Im taking it to Joe and his team...
The best shop in Sierra Vista for body work.
Best body shop in AZ
Fast, reliable service - reasonable (maybe even lowprices - top quality results. They are helpful with interactions with insurance companies too.Ive needed their services 3 times over the past 6-7 years and have had great experiences every time.
Best in Sierra Vista. Professional,Quality work at a reasonable price.
Recently had a total job done on my SUV. They did a great job and really easy to work with!
Had a Chrysler Aspen and hit a deer and they did a great job on the repair I just wished I would have had them paint the other side of my car as it has Arizona pin strip.
Excellent service ,excellent staff , great looking job and quick turn around from start to completedBoth estimated cost and time required were accurately quoted .
Excellent quality work, reasonable prices & outstanding customer service. I have had body work done there several times. Yes, my car tends to attract denting and Im not the greatest parker or corner taker either.
Nice work
They did a beautiful job on my car. The left rear fender came out better than I thought.
Nasty fender bender at Greeley Hall on the Fort. These guys took the time needed to make my truck look brand new!
Phantastic customerservice, all insurance stuff handled behind the scenes. Dropped my car off, got pick up by car rental, - went back 5 days later drop off my rental, was taken to the bodyshop to get my fixed car.
worse experience Ive ever had at a body shop!!!! never called me with updates I had to call them car was late and I had to return my rental car and was with out a car for 3 days. Im now stationed out of state and there so called repairs failed 3weeks after I now have to pay a shop in Texas to fix thanks for nothing.
Had my 2006 Tundra repainted after the sun destroyed the clear coat. Looks like new now. Great job Joe & crew. Would definitely recommend.
Great service and they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. My total cost was even less than the original quote. Thank you.
my repairs were done incorrect its only been 6 months and my paint is falling off I do not recommend this place at all.
Great service and excellent staff. Thank you so much....you saved the day!
The lady that met me out front, was so warm, friendly and customer service oriented,I went with another body shop but that was more a financial decisions
The estimate was good for budget. And the people are professional and are courteous.
They did a great job on my vehicle.
Beyond awesome!!! Great work, great communication, fast service, friendly staff. Very satisfied.
this place worked on my car a while ago while I was deployed. My fiancé took it in and the customer service was terrible they never kept her updated I had to call from over seas. They tried to BS her because she was a woman told her it would be done after dropping off her rental to go pick up the car it wasn’t done had to get back into a rental until the car was fixed right. after she picked up and I came back from my deployment I still have problems with my car from there faulty repairs I will take to another shop to get handled.
I stopped by for an estimate the guy in front was very rude said they couldnt do my estimate that day and they probably couldnt work on my truck for at least two weeks wow!! I guess they dont want my business I called USAA and took my truck to another shop thanks for nothing.
My husband & I cannot begin to thank The Body Shop Staff for friendliness, professional expertise and prompt repair of our Avalon. Were so very grateful!! Sierra Vista is fortunate to have this outstandingly honest and efficient business entity readily available.
They fixed my car so you cant even tell the boo boo happened. Plus, they did it in the time they said it would take to do it.
Came in for an estimate the staff there are rude and not helpful at all the place looks very unprofessional never even got an estimate will not be going back.
Best Body Shop in SV. They took great care of my truck while in their possession. Great work, Very Professional.
Was sent there after an accident and everything they fixed is coming off or came off and they left holograms on my door. Asked about the window not working right and the allignment is off but when I asked they said that it had nothing to do with the accident. I dont believe that seems how the car was about 17 days old when I got hit.
Wonderful job, car looks brand new again!
Great service very friendly & quality work
Great experience, work was done as promised, my F150 now looks showroom new! Reasonably priced as well. Ill go back if I need them.
My insurance company suggested The Body Shop to repair the complete front end of my Tundra after a head on collision. Insurance companies dont recommend a particular shop for any other reason but to make the process as hassle free for everyone as possible, there is no benefit for them to do otherwise. They need everything to go well so their insurance customer doesnt associate a bad vehicle repair job with their insurance carrier.Although the work took a bit longer than I expected, I now have my truck back in better condition than I expected. All body work, painting, coating, and dent repairs were without error.I had a change in schedule that required me to ask the owner to complete the repair project two days earlier than expected. They bent over backwards to get it done, with no degradation in quality of parts or labor, and no corners were cut on safety.I cant speak for the experience of others, but I for one can recommend this business without reservation.
I have never seen worse work than they just performed on my car. I gave them 5 chances in total, 3 times they completely redid my door, and the other 2 they were trying to fix their mistakes. This place does 99% of their business through USAA because they are the only guaranteed shop by USAA in the area. How do I know this? Because the owner told me exactly that. The damage on my car was almost not even noticeable... a small pencil eraser sized mark on the front of the door. The other was a rock chip on the side of the same door. I gave them 8 days to fix it when he said it would only take 4. I get the car back and they put that scratch filler in the rock chip, there was a glob on the other spot and wet sand marks everywhere!! Are you kidding me!?!? Insurance said I had to give them a second chance to fix their mistakes, so I gave them another 7 or 8 days and when I get the car back this time they had stripped the whole door and repainted it! Why the whole door? Plus the insurance was charged $550 dollars! For that! This time there was a MASSIVE flat spot about 3/4 of a foot wide by 1/2 a foot tall on the side of the door where the chip had originally been. I went in and told them and when they came out they acted like it wasnt there and they didnt know what I was looking at!! I even brought a coworker of mine for proof because somehow I just knew... I mean, it was insane!!! I could see it from 20 feet away!! At this point the unfriendly owner walked away and his wife came out. She told me they were going to try and color sand it to get it out really quick and I said it wouldnt work... but they are the professionals right? We go in the back and I notice how the door wasnt aligned right, because that was part of the original fix (new hinges). I start inspecting the door further and there is a busted plastic clip the holds parts of the door straight. Seriously!? I had to find that after all this!? Then I see the inside of the door and the door panel is totally off, I mean way off. So then they fixed that. The owners wife although really nice had the nerve to say that if the car was white I probably wouldnt see all of this (the car is black). What!? I said "your right, black lets you really see the work people do". Then I informed her how myself and my whole family owned or had owned show cars and we always got good work done by a 70+ year old man. She then tells me that there isnt people around like that anymore. Come on!They tell me they are waiting for parts and I told them I was leaving for another 8 days and to please just take your time and do it right (verbatim). The owner called me and said he just didnt feel right about it and he was going to strip the door back down and redo the whole thing. I drove into town 4 days later to see if they were working on it and do you think they were? Nope! It was just sitting in the back untouched! I came back on the 8th day and they said it wasnt ready yet. I came in at the end of the day as soon as I walk up I get on the ground and start inspecting. Right away I notice these 5 horizontal divots in the paint like lines. This time I was mad and asked if they have any sort of quality control. They obviously dont!! He explained it was in the clear coat and took it in the back to have this kid go to town on it with a rotary buffer. It took some out, but it still has orange peel, one horizontal line and buffer swirl marks all over the door. That was the end of our business and I highly recommend you take your vehicles elsewhere. I have been looking around for an actual body shop and have heard numerous horror stories about these people. Just my luck... I find out after the fact!I had to repost this review because it was removed after a few years... complete bs. This place is a hack job. Stay away!!!
Excellent experience here. Very reasonable and helpful. They tried (and succeededin keeping the cost down which obviously is great. Very quick turn around and I had absolutely no problems. Id highly recommend them.
I came to the Body Shop with black markings all over my passenger door. The staff was helpful in reviewing my problem, discussing the options, and quickly fixing it. I couldnt be more happy with the service I received. Thank you!
I would never recommend the Body Shop to any soldier or customer covered by USAA insurance. To hold up our front bumper, the body shop used WOODEN shims. They had the vehicle for six weeks. We started with an estimate of $1200 and now we are over $3900. Bad service. They misrepresent the truth.
