I made an appointment for Dave to come to my home to measure for a floor installation on Monday, he never called or showed up. I went by the shop the following day and he said he had a medical issue and had to be seen by the doctor. We made an appointment for him to come to my home on Thursday. He didn’t call me or show up. I called the shop and the woman that answered said she hadn’t seen him today, but would call him and ask him to call me. After 1.5 hours I assumed he wasn’t coming. He never called or showed. That’s two times in one week. Two days I had to take off from work. They may do a nice job with the floor installation. But the owner has no integrity.
