The Cheesecake Factory in New Castle County

1. Appetizers came when we were halfway finished dinner.2. Table was never cleared of used dishes.3. One glass of water all night, no refill.4. Never received a single napkin all night.5. Ordered "to-go" meal when we were seated. It was not cooked until we finished dinner. Had to wait about an half hour after we finished dinner.6. When appetizers finally came, waiter place it on the table next to our table...not our table. Our table was full of dishes. No room.

Absolutely fantastic service from our server. He was super friendly and energetic. Food was amazing as always. You definitely get your moneys worth here, portions are huge. Four star rating because the restaurant needs cosmetic improvements. Our bench and all the surrounding benches I could see were all ripped up and beat up and I noticed a few other cosmetic damages. Nothing major and like I mentioned everything else was great. We will definitely be back, hopefully able to sit on a seat that isnt poking me 😄

We stopped by this location to get take out before heading back to our hotel. It took over 45 minutes after we ordered & paid before we received our order. One of my coworkers had to ask about her drink 3 times before receiving it. Another was initially only given her drink and dessert, and had to show her food order from her receipt to get her meal. Overall, the meal was OK, but not worth the high price. We were very disappointed because the location in Virginia we have visited before is a favorite & well worth the drive and price.

Wait time was about an hour. Great food but was very crowdedBut definitely worth the wait. Also our waitress was very polite, and knowledgeable about what was or wasnt available.I had mentioned I was celebrating my birthday, and although she couldnt sing, wished me a happy birthday with some whip cream and a candle to go along with my cheesecake. That was so sweet of her❤

I took my daughter here for her birthday. It was also my first time here. I loved it! I’m coming back, with less kids, that check killed me! I loved the cheesecake though, almost made it worth it.

Didn’t think I was gonna enjoy my experience at this Cheesecake Factory but it was a great one! Went out for my nieces bday(party of 12I ordered the fried shrimp platter and it was delicious!! They were fried perfectly and they were huge. The only thing I could complain about was it was Saturday so it was super busy and we waited almost 2 hours (hr before closingbut they didn’t rush us and took care of us and made sure everything was perfect!

It is very unfortunate that a restaurant that is considered good,have dirty tables, greasy menus they are not cleaned after each costumer . we are still in a pandemic, and the cutlery no longer covers them, they are all over the table that has been cleaned with the same dirty cloth. I wanted to give them a new opportunity since a long time ago they gave me a strawberry with soil, but now with this I will never ever go back

First time having food at the Cheesecake Factory and the food was pretty good. I have the the chicken and broccoli alfredo the Tex-Mex egg rolls and brussel sprouts with bacon and I got a slice of the strawberry cheesecake and the key lime cheesecake.

OMG!! First time going here yesterday with my cousin!! The best food I have ever tasted.. Serve Brian was amazing definitely coming back!!

The restaurant was dirty with trash all over the floor. The food is subpar but I guess that’s what you can expect when a restaurant has so many options. The spinach artichoke dip was super oily and not very good and the gumbo came with what seemed like two cups of rice and a ladle of actual gumbo. The drinks and cheesecake are also outrageously priced. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.Our server is the only reason for any stars. He was attentive and polite.

Dont be put off by the notebook Cheesecake Factory calls a menu. The food is excellent. I had a former CF server with me to assist. I got the Avacado Eggrolls. I was skeptical, especially about the avocado. But, it worked! Make sure you have plenty of the sauce! Its worth a return trip just for that!There is a variety of beverage on offer. I got one of the flavored teas. Not too sweet, not bitter at all. They got it just right for me.I didnt have the time to stay for dessert. Ill reference the name of the restaurant and leave it at that.This should definitely be on your list of places to go with a group.

We celebrated our anniversary the food was good. The waitress was very sweet and helpful.

Love going here with my Mom from time to time when she comes to Christiana area to visit me. The Skinnylicious menu is the perfect portion size to get a cheesecake for dessert!

I ordered chicken samosa and a cheese pizza for the first time and I was sold super nasty food that I couldn’t return because I live all the way in Dover. The pizza was burnt and there was no chicken in the samosas but strange meat that tasted funny. I regret buying dinner here

Located in a mall so even early evening they were crowded. In fairness I couldnt rate based on the food b/c we sat at the bar and didnt have a meal. What I can say is the staff was friendly and courteous. Hoping to return to dine in!

Our server was awesome!! Very friendly and very helpful. He was very personable and made the experience that much better. That being said, its the cheesecake factory, most likely my favorite place to go. Food was awesome as always. The wait at this location for the time of day was a little longer than expected, but that aside, was not that bad.

It was our 1st time there. We had a wait of about 40 minutes but it was expected and worth it. Calvin was our server and he was fantastic!! They were busy and he had a few tables he was tending to but no one was left out or ignored!! Everyone working there always had a smile on their faces! My wife and I had lunch at the Cheesecake Factory today. We had the lunch portions of two of their signature dishes and were very satisfied with or portions and the quality of the food. The only negative was the cleanliness of the silverware and our table. My wife went to move the table a little closer to her and when she grabbed the table her fingers came back covered with grease from the bottom of the table, not very appetizing.

It was a good place with very tasty dishes.For appetizers they give us a warm bread.The dishes we had after 15 minutes of waiting

On 5 July I bought the shrimp Alfredo they mix the spaghetti noodles with two different kind I tasted no Alfredo it tasted like oil I called the store asked to speak with a manager somebody supposedly who was the manager told me I would get a full refund a week pass and I didn’t get a refund I called and everybody act like they don’t know what I was talking about I had found my receipt away so I didn’t know my order number this was my first time buying from the cheesecake factory and it did not meet my expectations For the price it’s not worth it

This was our first time dining at Cheesecake Factory. We went for a late lunch for my sisters birthday. We waited a little more then our estimated wait time. Before being seated I told the hostess it was my sisters birthday and if we could get something special done for her. She said we could get a slice of cheesecake and happy birthdays written on the plate. She wrote down the info and said it would be passed on. During our time there our server was changed 3 times. And the slice of cheesecake for my sister never arrived. Not a great experience. The food was overpriced and just ok.

Definitely not the same as prepandemic. I enjoyed the Georgia peach drink. And, 30th anniversary cheesecake. I have no idea why there were soo many flies near the kitchen and our table.

I enjoyed my experience there. It was nearly a decade since I visited, but the food was great and my waitress was amazing! She was knowledgeable and well versed. The lighting was a little darker than I remembered. But very enjoyable.

Chicken riseling and huevos ranchers, we ordered. Huevos rancher was good

Enjoyed the food and service was great. Love Sinatra but it was a bit loud. Nice way to spend our 52nd anniversary.

The food was so delecious and you just love all the non alcoholic drinks that they offer . I ended up ordering the guava drink twice . The buffalo wings was just awesome . We did take out the cheese cakes and they were really delicious too. The dine in was worth every dollar. It was a great experience

We wanted to sit outside on the nice evening we visited however we were told by the manager that although there were open tables, they only had one server taking tables outside and they had 5 already. I didnt understand why they couldnt have another server or even the bartender (right by the patiopick up a table or 2 outside. We were given a nice size booth inside and our server was fantastic! Loved her and wish I remembered her name, my only complaint is that our food came out cold, a little cooler than room temperature which was disheartening. It was tasty though and we liked our server so we didnt complain and ate it cold. The cheesecake we took to go and ate later was amazing, I highly recommend the banana and salted caramel cheesecakes!

Only place I know where you wait 23 minutes for a table, look around, see empty tables and you still can’t be seated. So you ask one of the 6 hostesses talking to each other up front about your reservation and all of a sudden it’s ready.Wonder where most of the staff is? My photo shows you.

We waited over an hour. Which i didnt have a problem with except they were taken other who came in after us and left us to wait . when they finally seated us. We notice plenty of empty tables. The host told us they were Short staffed. Our waiter was Great food was ok. Dont think we will be back. Not sure it was worth the wait .

I love this restaurant it is beautiful and always clean. I will admit the menu is too big. Thank u for ur response I will make sure to do that next time! My grandson in the picture wants to know when I am going to make a selection!. LOL

Absolutely delicious! Joe was our server and he is BEYOND AMAZING!! His personality is like no other and it was refreshing. He goes completely above and beyond and is a necessary addition to the team! We ordered the Sweet Corn Tamale Cakes as Appetizers, Grilled Fresh Salmon, Steak Diane & Madeira Chicken Combo, and 1 Large Caesar Salad w/Chicken. Everything and I mean everything was splendid and super delicious. I am looking forward to coming here again and very soon!

I was so disappointed with their service today. I ordered online, curbside delivery. They text me and said my order is ready and for me to respond with the parking number and make,model and color of my car. Sent info waited 20 mins no one came, I text I’m waiting, they proceed to ask me to pull up to the restaurant. I pull up said I’m out front, they asked can I come in😤what is the point of curbside delivery if you can not provide it. I go inside it is chaotic, my food was not at bakery where I was directed literally 40mins later someone yells my name and hand me a bag. Get home my food is cold and missing the fries that come with the order. I only gave 1 star because my daughter enjoyed her Mac and cheese balls🤦🏽‍♀️

This place is amazing! The food is really good and they give you plenty of it! Cheesecake is the best!! And plenty different kinds of cheesecake.

Just had a wonderful dinner with my girls. Steak was cooked perfect, very tender and flavorful and the banana cream cheesecake was delicious. Wife had chicken and pasta, said it was delicious, daughter had some tacos and loved them. Second time here and still havent seen Penny!!

PLEASE THUMBS UP IF HELPFULIt was a very nice lunch with a friend. No wait time for a table. The 2 of us were seated in a large booth, so I felt adequately distanced from others. The staff was not all wearing masks. The waitress was very kind and helpful. I had to get cheesecake to go. The coconut cream cheesecake is very good and strong. I felt it needed a different flavor. The Snickers cheesecake was really good.

Not sure if the issue at Christiana Cheesecake Factory. I ordered shrimp with Angel hair pasta. I received spaghetti with marinara. Spoke with Lauren manager who is crediting the pasta dish. Last few times I went or ordered here I had issues…. Went in for brunch took over an hour food did not come….I waited at the table but decided I did not want to wait longer …. Ordered pasta dish WITH salmon (extra chargeNO SALMON…. And see above for tonight! Highly disappointed.

Delicious shrimp platter with fries. Delicious meatloaf platter. They no longer serve onion rings(loved themcoleslaw didnt taste or look good, but loved everything else. Very generous size platter for lunch. Our bill came to $34 for the two of us.

This place is just Amazing! Even tho we had to wait like half an hour, They very organized, and have a texting system, They will let you know once your table is ready. The food omg!!! Is heaven , perfect portions, Súper Fresh!!!! The staff is súper sweet… and the desserts are out of this world. My first time here in 36 years and Im inlove. My new favorite place!!! Go!!!!🥰🥰🥰

Many of the items they didn’t have due to the food shortages going on right now,but overall it was an okay experience. The deep fried macaroni balls were better then expected. I didn’t really like the fried chicken with the six pieces of asparagus. The chicken tasted like greasy burnt dough and the placement of the asparagus was so unsanitary. When the server brought the food out his bare hands were touching some of the asparagus. The sweet potato fries are always so good. The mint lemonade was good as well. The sanitation you would think would be handled much better especially since we are still in the middle of an ongoing pandemic. Gloves could’ve been worn or the placement of the asparagus could’ve been different.

Had a peach Bellini and it was mixed perfectly. Corn tamale cakes are to die for. Plenty of leftovers. Not sure what they put in their food that makes me full every time but thats pretty consistent throughout all cheesecake factories. The menu is extensive and noticeable with how many choices u have. Came in for Sunday brunch but decided to get some other non brunch items. The calamari couldve been better. Did not like the chicken in my chicken quiles( the nacho egg lookin thing which is part of the brunch menu. It was really hard to chew on as if it was stuck on the bottom of the pan and someone forgot to stir or mix it while cooking. You can tell if u look at the pictures that it looks hard.

Not the best, waiter was friendly but the food was bad. Potatoes were super lumpy and cold had to get new ones, the chicken and biscuits were already but the biscuits were burnt and not good at all. The cheesecake pieces were good and huge like usual. Sweet potato fries were really good. Would not visit this location again.

Decided to dine in for some lunch with my wife this afternoon, we ordered chicken sliders that were good! I ordered the stuffed cheddar burger that I was very excited for and the first bite I took of the burger was very raw and still bleeding. I wouldn’t recommend ordering this off their menu! The server didn’t acknowledge or ask if my burger was good, she just dropped off the bill and we paid for our stuff and left without talking to a manager about getting a new burger or getting something else! Highly disappointed

Hello!!! I was Tuesday in the cheesecake factory "again " last time i be there by my sons birthday because he requested dinner that night i was disappointed whit the food in that place we order 4 different recipes and only one plate was ok the other 3 plates was no good !! Now in Tuesday again one of my sons birthday again second time for me and the last four recipes no one was ok my wife order chicken whit rice ( see pictureis like soup whit rice in middle chicken ,hot dog and shrimp!! She order chicken no more than that for eat hot dog we can go to seven eleven !! My daughter order pasta and wasI hard and not well cooked salting whit one creme orrible we now about pasta we always eat in olive garden soooo we know about pasta !!! I order simple shrimp whit coleslaw and green beans !! Green beans was like it had weeks in the plate !! Honestly i heard people say good things about the cheesecake factory!! After 8 order only one is good for me and my personal opinion is not worth spend lot of money for that food very disappointment i spend $185 first time and $157 second time i can get better food whit same money!!! But the pice of cake was good !!!

The food was delicious and server was great. 4/5 stars because the list of what they were out of was quite extensive. Two items we tried to get were not available and then a third option.

Good food and service. Very busy as all cheesecake factory spots normally are. It is always worth the wait.

I am an indecisive person when looking through the many items listed menu, but thankfully our server was very bubbling and willing to help me decide! Though some items may be overpriced, the appetizers, main course, and cheesecake were delicious with portion sizes! Unfortunately the interior is quite dark and is typically, if not always, crowded, but this is to be expected while at this restaurant. Nevertheless, I will certainly dine here again!

Much awaited visit to this place. Have been there with my family on a Sunday brunch, and we absolutely loved every single aspect about this place. Courteous staff, great variety and vast menu options, amazing ambience and tons of options for dessert. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back here.

Vast menu variety. Scrumptious cheesecake . I had the grilled fish tacos which were out of this world delicious. My companions throughly enjoyed their meals the lunch salmon and the Cuban. Our server Kelli G was fantastic!!
