The Children's Place in Salt Lake County

Employees are so rude here. Girl came over to my son that was right beside me & asked him to get down off of something. I asked her to please address me & not my 6yr Old. She just glared at me. Then proceeded to stand behind the register & talk about me. I felt very uncomfortable & finally had to just walk out.

They talk bad about the customers! They give a rude attitude and talk bad behind your back. The blonde girl

Altered labels ??! really!!? Better to buy online, also very bad attitude from some workers. I got to the cashier to pay and I paid more since the clothes are in different places than their price. It can not be possible! They are not honest!

Great store! I got several shirts for my sons - super cute! Staff is always friendly also. And prices are hard to beat 👍

Waaaay too much inventory!! They hold on to stuff way too long. Rounders packed beyond capacity, hangers broken. They take forever to mark stuff down. You find better deals at Carters, Target, Kohl’s etc. Stingy with their markdowns.

They have the worst return policy of any clothing store I’ve shooing at. Came in with with a receipt and the sticker still on the jeans. My son had pulled the tag off and they said they can return OR exchange without the tag. So now I am stuck with a pair of jeans 2 sizes too big. Wouldn’t do instore credit or an exchange for the right size. One problem of many. Done shopping here.

Employees are ice cold and rude cashier was irritated with my online returns and was very short with me. Ill stick to carters where they are more welcoming

I went here in November, and was pushing someone in a wheelchair. It was literally impossible to get through the store. I had to grab everything and hold it up so the person in the wheelchair could see from afar. Then, I told the cashier when I was checking out and she IGNORED me. She didnt say sorry, didnt explain why they dont make it accessible, she said nothing. I consider that VERRRYYY rude. I hope that this childrens place hires nicer employees, and respects people in wheelchairs/becomes more accessible in the future. Its a shame.
