Friendly staffs, great ambiance and wonderful food. Prices are reasonable & portions are quite good.

The service was okay.The sandwich was bad.The drinks were watered down and tasted bland.The fires were super oily.The waiting time for a mere sandwich is 1hr 15min.I do not recommend this place to anyone who want a quality time with friends/family or with a date.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

We couldnt experience much of the food coz their kitchen is already close... But love the place ... Specially the cheese cake fluffy and yummy 😋😋😋...

Nice place to visit! Clean and hip. The only thing i feel is a little bit pricey thats all. But overall a great vibe.

Its a great place to relax, has some nice custom chocolates like the eiffel tower. Has fast wifi too, just ask for the password.

The place is pathetic with poor menu selection and any hot food item offered is frozen which is microwaved and served. The pictures shown is deceptive as it is mostly of other outlet. We all were very disappointed with the visit never planning to go back again.

I am sure others also have said this, the service is slow. Other than that i think this would be a good chill out place. Hope the service gets better soon.

On the evening of 31st Dec 2018, I came to this place and ordered 2 cappuccinos and 1 sizzling/smoking brownie priced Rs. 69 per cup and 129 respectively as indicated in the menu. When the bill was presented to me, they charged Rs. 199 for the brownie. When I took up the issue with the waiter, he argued that the rate had changed and it was Rs.199. I reiterated that the price on the menu was Rs.129, and if the rate had changed, the same should have been indicated in the menu. The waiter was extremely rude, arrogant and started misbehaving with me saying that it was not his fault nor the shops for the price change. Another waiter also started hurling abuses at us.When I asked to see the manager, they replied that I should go to Singapore to see him! I tried to explain to them that they could not charge a price different from that indicated in the menu, but these 2 waiters were relentless in their abuses and attempts to absolve themselves of all responsibility for their fraudulent action. They even shouted at us to get out of their shop! We paid the bill as per the menu ie Rs. 129 along with the cost of the cappuccinos plus tax. Never in my life, having eaten at all kinds of establishments from road side stalls to 5 star hotels across the world have I encountered such arrogant imbeciles who try to mislead and defraud customers with absolute shamlessness. I urge everyone to avoid this shop for misleading and defrauding customers and for the arrogant, disrespectful and extremely deplorable behaviour of the two male waiters cum staff who have no hesitation hurling abuses at their own customers!(This was my second visit to the shop after 4 months, and the first time I went there, they had also over charged taxes but since I had already left the place when i checked the bill, I did not take up the issue.)

When I was In mizoram I drop in here cuz I was craving for some chocolate and yes this place satisfies the environment to drink your chocolate and foods because the place is so so cozy, warm and warm. The vibe is there and the interior is beautifully done. The service is nice. Yes if your in mizoram and a chocolate person just drop in here. 😊

Good place for people with a sweet tooth. Great interior and service but the only thing lacking was coffee. They didnt have it in the store although its written in the menu. I was devastated since I am a Caffeine lover. Else it was a 4 star😊

Worst experience..! I had ordered "Belgian Frappe" but what I got was a cold coffee in nicely decorated Belgian Frappe Jar without ice cream and whip. When questioned on quality, staff blissfully ignored and disrespected the concern about quality furthermore, started arguing that thats how they substitute when they run out of chocolate and Ice cream. Who in the world substitute a coffee for a Belgian chocolate? and argue that the taste is similar? such a manner-less staff. They just cant cheat customers however they want. Highly disappointing, think twice before visiting this place

The beverages are awesome! the meals are filling but bit expensive,not so money worth kind of place. not too many variety of fast foods. but yes you can always visit for a good sip and large variety of hot or cold beverages!

The staff was very friendly. They helped me to order the best meal they have. Unfortunately many hot beverages, coolers, starters were not available. They were having a power cut off something like that. I ordered Nacho Grande and Choco Bailey. The later one was fantastic and the former was worth trying. The credit card service was not functioning. I had to paid the bill by cash.
