I got a gluten-free pizza. The crust was so salty It was unbearable. It was like there was a box of salt in the crust. The crust looks like it comes premade. If they haven’t already, the owners may want to sample the cross before serving it to customers. The Lady at the counter was friendly, the kitchen staff did not look happy. Restaurant, overall, was clean.

9/2022 I recently just came across The Crust. Their pizza is one of my top two places now. Prices a little high but where arent prices high? (Thanks to OBiden and our "leaders"Wait till this winter!Enjoy the take out while you can still afford it!I highly suggest you give this place a try.

The food here is delicious! My favorite order is the chicken parmigiana! We come here often, as my wife works in the area. Jerry, the owner, is such a gentleman. Him and his staff work side by side together, which is very rare to see these days. Overall, always a great experience when we stop in for a bite to eat!

Call the store to discuss their meat lovers pizza not having all the toppings. Clearly on the website it stated it comes with. The owner himself reached out to me and took care of everything the next day. (Owner really cares about the business and their customersTheir chicken Caesar’s salad is on point!

Ive been here a few times but I ordered some gyro pizza (its amazing if you havnt tried itfor my mom for her birthday and they were really busy and I thought there was an issue with my order and one of the cooks stopped what he was doing and was very pleasant and offered to add more toppings and correct what issue I was having and I really appreciated the time he took to make sure I was happy with my order. The food was absolutely amazing and my mom loves gyros so to give her a gyro pizza (her 2 favorite foodswith authentic tzatziki sauce was a wonderful experience, her face lit up and she told me it tastes just like what she would get when she lived in Greece. Would definitely recommend 👌 thank you for the wonderful service!

By far the best pizza I have ever had. My boyfriend a I love to try new places and rate them from 1-10 we have never given anything a 10 until we tried this place. I dont care how much I have to pay. This place is worth evey penny. Their pizza is so full of flavor. I was actually shocked. I havent tried anything other than their pizza YET, but if their pizza is that amazing, I look forward to trying everything else.

Probably the best pizza and sandwiches on the South West side of Allentown. The only "con" is their hours. They are only open till 9 pm which means no delivery after 8:30 pm. Enjoy!

Best pizza I have had in a very long time good service and friendly atmosphere

This has to be the driest pizza i think i ever had in my life! I ordered on a friday evening thinking everything should be saucly and cheezy since its friday ya know, so i said ill try this for the first time, and what a mistake! Not only did i order a large cheese pizza w 12 pepperoni, instead, i got a full $20 pizza with ALL pepperoni and i needed to chug at least 8 ozs of any liquid just to swallow this desert of a pizza!! 1 star. #ITS CRISPY DRYYY HARD TRASH!!! WHERES THE DAM SAUCE???

Very disappointed. I’ve never had a problem with this pizzeria until today. I had ordered a large pineapple pizza on the website at around 3:13pm. I prepaid and selected that the time I wanted it to be ready was 4 pm as I had to do some shopping at Giant. 4 o clock comes around and I go up to the register and they tell me it will be just a couple minutes. I’m thinking maybe 5 or 10 minutes tops. Nope. I waited about 20-25 minutes. They didn’t even have my pizza made at 4! I could understand if it was busy, but there was one other person there waiting when I walked in. I normally don’t write reviews, but this really bothered me and it makes me not want to order from here again. Which is a shame because I do like their pizza.

Pizza was cold. White clam sauce is more of a lemon sauce. Desserts were frozen... But the most disappointing part was the misadvertisement of the mac and cheese bites. Only received 5 when 8 were advertised. Called to voice my concern and was told that they were bigger than normal so you only get 5. Wish I wouldve known this prior to ordering because I would not have paid $1.25 per mac and cheese bite. If these were the bigger ones then the normal ones must be super small! Restaurant was not interested in rectifying the concern. Will not return to The Crust. Not really because of the food but more so because of the poor customer service.

Great food, people and pizza, but the SALT in the sauce sometimes makes it feel like you’re eating a cup of salt. When we order at home, I always say: “let’s see if the salty chef was on duty today”

Love this place, love the owner. Sicilian is seriously best hands down. Never disappointed no matter what we get slices, dinners, sandwiches always spot on!

The pizza by far one of my most favorites in the valley. The staff is always warm and inviting. I normally order my go to 2 slices well done pizza. I dont eat meat and decided to ask the lovely at the counter what type of meatless subs do you have. She suggested Fredh Mozzarella Sub. Man Ive never tried it before it was absolutely amazing. The gentleman that prepared that sub put his foot into making it. Thanks so much and I know I will be back.

Friendly staff, great food with timely service. We live close by and have tried a lot on the menu- everything is fresh and made with quality ingredients. We highly recommend the chicken bacon ranch pizza and chicken Stromboli!!! But you can’t go wrong with whatever you get. You won’t be disappointed when you go here!

I ordered a chicken cheese steak and a regular cheesesteak and an order of Bacon Cheese fries. I cant belive I paid $27.03 and what I got for spending that much money. Both sandwiches had such little meat that you could put all of the meat in one half of the sandwich, they give you a long piece of bread but split the meat of one half the sandwich in the long roll. The fries were like 12 fries with 2 slices of cheese and no bacon, and I was charge almost $7 for the fries and almost $10 for each of the sandwiches. Save you money and go somewhere else. First and last time ordering from here. Very disappointing!!

I really wanted to try this place but every time my wife and I want food they are closed. Not sure how a restaurant/take out food business is going to stay in business if they are always closed.Update to the owners response. Oh I thought business was about the customer not the employees you pay and after a response like that I will be sure to tell everyone I know to never use your restaurant since you dont care about customer service.

My first and last time ordering anything from Crust. The large pizza with mushroom topping had a burnt taste and the sauce was bland with no flavor. I had to give my number to the man behind the counter twice because after I gave it to him the first time, he became preoccupied with a contractor. His demeanor was hurried and frantic; not a good experience for a new customer.

We stopped by this evening for pizza on the way to Harrisburg. The vegetarian Pizza we ordered was one of the best I have ever had. So tasty so yummy. We loved it. My 4 year old enjoyed her slice with all her heart. Must visit for a pizza meal. Staff was very friendly even though they were so busy with loads of orders. Thank you.

The Crust is only 1 of 2 places I would go to in the Lehigh Valley for pizza, easily comparable to some of the best pies I have had in the city and all over the country. They also have a couple of beers on tap including a local IPA that is outstanding. The staff is always super nice and quick with the steaming hot delicious pizza.

This place is amazing. Unsurpassed food and friendly people. He is hiring all positions because pandemic is poo for the job market. Call the crust for food or a job. We have been ordering from The Crust for about two years since we discovered it and it is by far our fave pizza joint. Their strombolis are delicious too. Last night tried the penne vodka for the first time and it is just amazing. We are lifers!

Very good pizza! Ordered a plain large pizza for pick up. It took 20 mins on a Sunday at noon. Crust wasnt too thin or thick, good sauce but not saucey and the cheese was excellent 👌🥰!

This review is the product of my last 2 transactions with The Crust. It has no reflection on the food itself but the people employed and/or are running the establishment.Back Story:I was given a coupon last week for 1 Free Large pizza w/ 1 topping from Jerry after a driver failed to delivery my paid in full food order with 18% tip. The conflict was resolved to the best of his ability and I eventually received my food 3-4 hours later.Today:About 20 minutes after placing an order for exactly what the coupon states, 1 Large pizza and 1 topping, I left my apartment to pick up my food.Conflict 1:Arrived to pick up my complementary pizza (given to me last weekand was notified that the coupon was old and Im expected to pay the difference for their old pizza sizes to their current.Conflict 1A:Im expected to pay the difference from their old prices to their current prices FOR A COUPON THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME LAST WEEK for an issue that was caused by THIER delivery driver...Conflict 2:The man at the register treated me like Im a hoarder of old expired coupons trying to get a free meal from local businesses. Again, THE COUPON WAS GIVEN TO ME LAST WEEK.Conflict 3:I didnt bring in my purse because it was supposed to be a quick exchange, coupon for pizza. When coming back in with wallet in hand, the man at the register glances at my hand and informs me with his wealth of knowledge and psychic powers on womens accessories that he cannot accept cards unless the transaction reaches at least $5. The overall demeanor, tone, and body language is conflict 3.Recap:Hi, Im the customer that placed an order with the same restaurant a week prior and never received food until I called to complain. Food that was paid for in full plus 18% tip for their driver. Im a snobby New Yorker who happily maintains our Kia at the nearby dealer because I know I will take myself for the ONLY good pizza in the area. Excellent crust, great flavor and a nice outdoor eating area.

Was in the area on work came here for lunch on recommendation of the plant we were working at. I had the regular stromboli $8 buys you a lot of food. Store layout could use some work they have tables backed on counters but aside from seating great place.

So delicious! Perfect crunchy crust! Pleasant service! There were plenty of pizza toppings to choose from. We ordered a slice of loaded potato pizza and the chicken bacon ranch. They both were fantastic! I cant believe how much bacon they put on!! Very flavorful. And like I said, the crust was spectacular!

The crust of their pizzas is simply the best I ever had. Delivery is prompt, deliver people are friendly and sometime you even get to see the owners son and he is an eyeful to be sure. The pizza is consistently excellent. We have a strong preference for their Taco Pizza, taco seasoned meat with cheese and fresh tomato, land lettuce. They also have excellent and varied deserts.

My first time ordering from here just moved into town and heard great things about this place. I wanted to really love it but the pizza i got was like card board. The garlic knots were really good! Tho you only get a tiny little cup of sauce so if you like sauce just make sure you order extra. Ill give it another shot one day maybe their other menu items are better.

Im not from the ABE area, and have pretty high expectations from my "home town" places. Excellent customer service, delicious food, and Ill definitely be back when Im in town for work.Update:I grew up going to a pizza shop that truly set the bar for what I look for in a pizza place. Ive traveled around the Mid-Atlantic for the last 7 years because of the nature of my job. its extremely rare that I would recommend a pizza place, or go back a second time. After 5 visits to The Crust, I have to leave a review. The food is INCREDIBLE! Each visit I get take out so I can get back to my hotel, and finally relax. Im not even eating the food fresh out the oven/grill, and every single time Im blown away! These guys dont skimp on ingredients, and even though Im stuffed when Im done...I want more. Across PA, MD, DC, and Virginia, this is one of a handful of places I would recommend. On top of all that, the staff is ALWAYS friendly! If youre reading this, dont bother checking reviews of any other place. Youll thank me.

Just tried them today for the first time. The pizza place we usually go to has been going downhill lately. I ordered a margarita pizza and a childs spaghetti for my 2 year old daughter. Her portion was HUGE! And she loved it. The pizza was outstanding. The crust was crisp but foldable...perfect. The fresh tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese were of very good quality. Would highly recommend them, and they are now our new go to pizza place. Thanks guys for a great lunch.

Ordered from here today and had it delivered to my truck while staging to pick up freight, on Mitchell Avenue.I am originally from Buffalo, NY,THE home of the Chicken wing.I ordered the "Crust Special pizza" and "10 Sweet and Hot" wings.They were delivered quickly, and were hot and fresh when they arrived. The pizza was good, the crust was actually the best part. The wings were large and had exceptional flavor.I would definitely re-order from here.

The pizza was actually tasty! But unfortunately the delivery guy went 4-wheeling on the way here! Two pies slid! If I was in town longer I wouldnt order there again. Just saying... but it was tasty though.I decided to raise my review from 2 stars to 4 stars! Mainly because I still remember that pizza from 3 months ago! It was so good! And I dont think that the pizza should hold the blame for a bumpy road! Keep making good stuff guys, and thanks for a fast and tasty delivery!

Have been here a couple times now and its always good. Usually just order individual slices from the case. But the last time we went I went for a whole pie. Also got cooked broccoli as a side and it was really good! They Also have a few craft beers on tap. Making for a great meal on the patio with the fam. The staff is always really nice and never annoyed by my 100 questions.

Great pizza! My husband and I have been looking for a pizza place like this for awhile since we moved to the area four years ago. Youll pay a premium for a pie with their special ingredients, but its definitely worth it.If you dont feel like spending the money, I suggest buying a couple slices to eat there. Its a really nice, warm environment with friendly people behind the counter.
