The Flower Basket in Seward County

I absolutely loved the bouquet of flowers they had put together for my mother’s birthday they were absolutely gorgeous.

Have no idea what the flowers looked like before they were delivered. Ordered from out of town and asked to get a picture before they delivered it. I received no confirmation of delivery and no picture. I called them and said they were really busy and short-staffed. Not a good excuse. They need to make sure they give good customer service to people who are out of town!

I went with the Flower Basket for a Fathers Day gift and I was not disappointed! I live about 8 hours away so my anxiety was off the charts as I wanted to make sure the delivery went smooth. I asked in my delivery notes online to send me a picture on my cellphone and they did it without hesitating! This detail was important to me because me and a few my siblings decided to pitch in for gifts for my dad so sharing what I was having delivered was a nice little touch to communicate with everyone. I firmly believe that pictures and videos add so much depth to a story so Im happy that they were able to do that. The chocolate basket looked great and they even added a detail of a spanish balloon (my parents dont speak English). Everything could not have gone any better! Will use again for future gifts!!!

Ordered my mom some flowers online for her birthday. They got it done within 2-3 hours and were able to deliver them to her quickly. The arrangement was beautiful and my mother was absolutely delighted with her arrangement. They even chose her the best balloon possible for the occasion and it was in Spanish. The fact they even paid attention to the note written to my mother and detailed the arrangement with the perfect balloon says a lot. Ill definitely be using The Flower Basket in the future. Home is 700 miles away and they delivered perfectly. Thank you.

Amazing selection of flowers and creations and very inexpensive compared to other stores in town. If you are planning an event or a gift idea they are the people to go to. The best arrangements Ive seen

The concept of pleasing the customer is not held by this establishment. Instead, the customer is forced to pay for something they dont like while being treated rudely. Every other flower shop Ive dealt with has at least offered to fix the arrangement to satisfy the customer. I wont use them again.
