The Gardens at Flint Hills Housing in Pottawatomie County
Privilege
I will say this is not the place you want to live. I will start by saying it is horribly maintained, there’s hardly any pest control done here and I had to ASK for it because they just didn’t do it. So there’s so many bugs in and outside. They have no attentiveness to the tenants, anytime I ever had an issue about something they wouldn’t reply for weeks. The office is always closed so if you need anything you have to go all the way across town to the mahp office. The neighbors are truly awful and disrespectful. I have never felt safe since the day i’ve moved in. When you apply for the apartment it takes an entire month to even get approved and they don’t have any empathy on it either. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anybody ever. Just an overall horrible experience.
MoreGood place to chill
Not telling.
Loved
Average lower income housing. Located conveniently beside a busy avenue a bonus for quicker errand running.
MoreI live at The Gardens at Flint Hills and i have no problems where i live at except that people throw their trash in the grass and if people walk there dogs they dont pick up there dogs poop which is nasty because i have to keep my service animal away from it.
MoreNice places but my kids scooters got stolen the 2nd day we was there.
So beautifully made...I hope to live there in future.I WILL GET ON A WAIT LIST THERE SOON. MAINTAINED AND CLEAN OUTSIDE.... THANK YOU.
MoreNice spot to lay your bones at night lol. I like how the complex is nestled in the trees and from my place trees are my view. Love it! Very nice apartment, 2bed 2 bath, good landlord Mariah Parker. Most maintenance issues are resolved quickly, with the staff polite and friendly. The buildings are well lit at night, and open stairwells keep you in the open. Also good illumination at night, good news to a single girl. Nice neighbors and its not terribly noisy at anytime. The best part about living here is the spaciousness and they even have a dedicated dining room! No balconies, bummer, but plenty of space to spread out off second floor behind building in the grass. Its a good place to call home, tolerance is promoted , even tho everyone has a moment lol, but all in all I love it. It reminds me of a private cove on a busy beach
MoreWhen I lived there it was great. Super nice clean apt. And most neighbors were sweet. Id live there again if I was out there.❤
MoreGood apartments for low incomes. You have to qualify for tax credit in order to be able to live there. They have changed the management. Previous management wasnt so good
