Twice now I’ve called ahead to see they had what I was after.From the front desk I explain and get put through to the department. It rings forever. Finally someone picks up and I explain what I’m after to be told they’ll put me through to the right department. Rings for ages again, this time I’m talking to the right department but then told to wait while they find someone to help me…15 minutes and getting nowhere I hung up and went elsewhere. I paid $20 more for better customer service. And they lost an easy $1000 and future purchases too.

Kimberly and Jelica have been fantastic to deal with. Had purchased a new Samsung OLED and unfortunately a few days later the panel had died. The service I received from the first phone call was great - they were empathetic and quick to help. When I was promised a call back they called me back, and offered a few different solutions to replace my TV that worked for me around my days off. A massive stark contrast to the lack of service Samsung directly offered.In the end they organised drop off and collection of the replacement set. Great work and a massive thank you to the team! Ill be dealing with these guys exclusively moving forward.
Khanh, a fantastic salesperson who shows you products that are of top quality and within your budget! Very lovely and professional person, ready to help wherever he can. Khanh showed us demonstrations and let us try the vacuums before we finalised our choice. He also showed us how to maintain and keep clean the vacuum we chose. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Purchased a pump dryer from the good guys on 9/8. Awaited it to be in stock. Was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. Saturday morning i call to confirm, they hadn’t done the right paperwork. I was then told it would be booked in for the following Saturday.I then receive a message saying it would be delivered Tuesday. I specifically told them a Saturday. So, another phone call made on my behalf to chase up something I shouldn’t have to chase up.Saturday comes. I receive a text that it would be delivered between 1.30 and 3.30. I wait… and wait… and wait. 3.30 hits… nothing. 4.15pm I receive a text saying delivery driver was delayed and I would receive a text message or call when approaching. I wait until 5.30. No show. So, I leave to get my family dinner. Come back. Still nothing, so I requested a refund.Absolutely pathetic service and I’ll never purchase another thing from this company.
Worst customer service. Promised a credit with a purchase, never sent it and ignoring my emails.

Purchased a dryer on 11th July and I was told it’ll take 4 weeks for the product to arrive in the warehouse. Rang on 9th August to find out when I’m going to get the item. I get told it’s already in the warehouse, do you want to collect it!!!!!!!Outstanding PATHETIC service, keep it up!
I ordered a fridge, took the day off work to be home on delivery day, got a message to say it’s on the way, soon after got a message saying nobody was home so will have to come back Monday (I have a door bell and cameras, no driver came). I called straight away when I got the text for them to call the driver who supposedly was just at my house to come back which they couldn’t do. They offered a $100 gift voucher for the inconvenience which I still haven’t got.When I eventually got the fridge the doors were faulty, I’ve been in contact with them since the 2nd April 2022 and have been ghosted by them. I was dealing with Janette, Neil, Aylin.
Great service in store, but very upset with their website. I could have got an extra $80-$90off the products I bought, but only via the website, which wasnt working the day the extra percentages were on. Very upset.
No service at all and the staff didnt care chatting about there lifes if the item wasnt in stock or to find if I can order it said bad luck this is outrageous get your selfs in order and serve your customers
Horrible experience for home delivery . I bought front loader washing machine due to less space in my laundry and I never ask for old machine to take but delivery guy cuts the wire of old machine he took outside without asking me when I told him I already sold this machine why you taking this he didnt understand English and could not speak English other person explained him but I am asking. Then other guy told me someone said to bring old one . But I never ask for. They broke my good working machine and instead says sorry they left machine outside and tell me they are busy and they told me they cant come back again so let us take old machine because they cut the wire . What the hell its not my fault I pay money for everything they behave like they giving free service. i already sell that machine. But you think customer are free I am busy too I have little baby which was carrying that time .? I paid for delivery and assembly but they didnt check new machine is working or not. Who is responsible for the damage?
Shop here at your own risk, if something goes wrong with what you purchased, its almost impossible to solve the problem, the workers emotions come before your hard earnt money, if there not, felling it that day or month forget about the $600 dishwasher you brought, its an uphill battle just to talk to someone, buy online at an online dealer no human emotions or feelings to stop you getting service,
My partner and I just bought a coffee machine here and Anita L. was great at helping us! She was very comforting and reassuring throughout the entire process and we couldn’t be more grateful!

My be one of the worst brach for this store. I was deliberately ignored by staff while looking at a rangehood although not too much customer at that time. I head to Binglee next corner and got what I need in a couple of minutes. To the staff at this store: You need to understand that your time is not important than your customer’s time.

The good guys campbelltown should rename to "The Arrogant Guys"Waited patiently for 10 minutes next to the dyson heaters.Only a few other customers but plenty of staff walking around looking lost.Harvey Norman was more helpfull so they got my $4500 on heaters and a few other things.Will not ever go back to "The Arrogant Guys".
Today I went to buy a heater and a vacuum at your storeThe shop was very busy and a lady from the kitchen section served my in the vacuum sectionAfter asking her what vacuum was better and more silent than others, her reply was, well all vacuums are very loud, as if i dont know that correct?To make things worst when I asked her to try one of the vacuums, she told me that she couldnt as this was not possible at all as it was not a policy store and that she did not had any demo to usedREALLY?? Is she from another planet?How can you buy a vacuum not knowing the vacuum suction or noise level?I told het that there were 2 shops close to this and if she did not allowed me to test them I was happy to walk out of the store and take my business elsewhere. She happy accepted and did not careLucky that Anita was close and she was happy to assist so save the dayShe was polite and showed me anything that I wanted. Even trying the dum vacuum.Anita, thanks for your service and time. To the other lady, go and get a job that you dont have to serve customers or even better get a job that you earnings are only depending on how much you sell, like in others countries and not relying on a base salary.
Had what I needed, however customer service was next to non-existent ~ until I was walking with purchase to the counter to pay.. thats when I was intercepted by a staff member.
MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ONE COULD EVER HAVE...I came in Saturday to get a camera but then started looking at the s22 ultra. Janet, the service manager told me of the price to be very good at the $750 store credit and I pay $499 with a 12 month contract and thats it.Obviously I was amazed and agreed.After porting my number and all (which was another headache I come in store finally to find out that I actually have to pay another $600 plus dollars as Janet told me the deal for the s22 and not the ULTRA.SHE DENIED EVERYTHING AND SAID THAT SHE TOLD ME THAT IT WAS FOR THE S22 AND NOT THE ULTRA.I repeated over and over that I did not ask of the s22 I wanted the ULTRA ULTRA along. Why would you price me for the normal s22? But the words remained unheard.Neil the store manager said that all they could do is cancel the contract now and I would need to get my number re ported???? Really? After all that I went thru to get the number ported?In the end I had to pay an extra amount that was reduced (by not too much).More to the story, but just FYI, be careful of GOODGUYS Campbelltown, theyll say almost anything to lure you in then deny everything as you walk away with the product that you were not promised.
Went in to purchase a bluetooth speaker, i was approached by a staff member when they saw me walking around trying to find where the speakers were in the store, the staff member pointed to the front corner of the store where the headphones are and sent me on my way with no further assistance. I found the bluetooth speaker section, after looking for a few minutes, i started testing the speakers , after about 10 minutes, not one worker approached me, even when i made it obvious i was searching for someone to speak with. There is a customer service desk right next to where i was standing, and the 2 or 3 young female workers didnt even acknowledge me. Train your staff on customer service Good Guys, needless to say i walked out and went to Bing Lee where i made my purchase. Thanks to Bing Lee and their great service.
Quick service on a busy day, and had stock of the popular tablet I wanted, where other local outlets didnt. Tge price was also $20 cheaper than the next best.
The customer service at the Good Guys Campbelltown is second to none. Staff are knowledgeable, experienced, helpful and friendly - thankyou 😊 I would recommend shopping here.
No wonder they are called the "Good Guys". Enquired for PS5, the staff was sweet enough to tell us that we can make a deposit and get it in 2weeks-2months. Did the deposit on Monday and got it by friday the same week. Misson Impossible (getting hands on a PS5made possible faster than Tom Cruise 😎
The 4 star is for the manager. Hubby and I went in to shop for a cloth dryer. The gentleman who was helping us, I would say was very very very unprofessional. He wasnt giving accurate or enough information on the product and argued about some information which he didnt tell us about it earlier. Another incident was my husband decided to purchase the dryer and then the gentleman is saying it was in the Edmondson park store and not in stock with them, which he didnt let us know before purcha sing the item.( otherwise, we wouldnt have bought it We asked for a refund which he did but then after that, he turned around and is telling another customer about it. The manager was kind enough to take the matter into her hands and did offer us free delivery which we werent after but appreciated. We usually dont write negative reviews but the fact the guy was being very rude and unprofessional.
Terrible service or lack thereof. Stood around for 30 minutes waiting to be served while staff chatted, left the store walked across the car park to the smaller Bing lee store was attended to within 5 minutes and spent my in-laws $8000 on kitchen appliances there. They already had the list of prices from a previous visit at your store, but ended up a simple sale for Bing Lee where I wanted them to shop in the first place as I had a previous great experience there.
Very helpful staff in the electronics section at this store. I avoided going to JB Hi Fi as I needed advice about buying a tablet and my experiences at JB Hi Fi always leave me a little ? I have always had good experiences with The Good Guys. I wasnt disappointed. They negotiate on price as well. Always worth asking if they can offer a better price. In the end they didnt have what I wanted in stock but it will be my first port of call next time I want something electronic. Oh.. found out they are now part of JB Hi Fi. I hope they maintain separate stores and methods of operation.
Staff friendly and professional.Manager was very responsive and very quickly sorted out a failed delivery by the contracted firm (due to weather). Delivery was able to be scheduled for the next day.
What a terrible experience. After years of ordering from you guys I get this laziness, because thats all it is. Ordered an ipad on 9/3/22 (which they had 15 in stock at the timewas told it will be shipped 1/2 days. Called back on 14/3/22 was told will be shipped in a few days... come 18/3/22 I called AGAIN was told it will be shipped today only for them to call me and say "sorry sir we over sold of this product" which I knew was gonna be the case, but they promised me Alexandria store had them in stock and it will be shipped today, of course that didnt happen. So Im gonna give you bad guys the biggest headache cause you literally are the laziest bunch of workers I have ever seen. Big complain coming to head office
I will commend one of the sales guys at the TV section for his advice on what l wanted and what is best . He accompanied me to the checkout and a very bad customer service pushed me out of the store. I needed a service l did not know what to do, and the lady wont even notice me, the sale guy tried to draw her attention but she just instructed me to go out for 10mins to get what l needed to done before coming, and thus how l drove off. 17/3/2022, between 12:25pm and 12:40pm. As a checkout lady, you come to work because of customers who walk to the checkout , hopefully she sits up with her attitude
I purchased a Samsung S21 FE 2 weeks ago. Despite the man who sold it to me giving me the wrong info about the phone and telling me it had the wrong features, i went ahead and purchased it after looking into the features myself. After 1.5 weeks the phone stopped charging. I have to restart the phone almost every time i need to charge it. Sometimes when charging it atates it will take 10hrs to get a full charge. Other times it will jump between 1.5hrs and 5.5hrs. On returning to the store, they plugged it in and said its Charging. As i explained to them it isnt every single time and i showed them a screen recording of it happening multiple times. There was no store manager available for me to speak to and they said their only option is to send it off to Samsung to get them to check it out and make a decision. Being a brand new phone that has come with a fault, i shouldnt have to be without a phone for however many weeks it takes for all of this to happen, and in my current aituation i can not be without a phone. As it is a brand new phone it should be on the good guys to replace a faulty product. There really was no assistance or help offered in any other way other than they would send my brand new phone away and to try another charger. I have tried 4 genuine samsung chargers. I will never shop at the good guys again. Poor customer srvice and customer experience.
Extremely poor service. Purchased item that required delivery and installation, three attempts to sucure a date. Date finally arrived, no appliance turned up, no contact to explain what had happened. A day off work wasted. Asked for a refund and response was harsh and rude. Delayed refund despite monies needed to be received within 30mins by them! A big stuff around.
Good service from the Good lady in click and collect area. Always you have the opportunity to talk and bargain. Gas heater, washing machine, slow cooker all got The Good deal compared to other retailers.. Happy with their service!
Online click and collect I found to be extremely confusing even by following the directions on the sign went around the block twice to try and find the back dock. As a disable driver I ended up parking and going inside to pick up my order.
I was really satisfied with goodguys Campbelltown up till yesterday. One of the floor staff khan had always been the best to date with us and he is one of the reason we buy things from goodguys Campbelltown . He still helped me when I went to change a microwave I bought from them to a new one as the microwave gave up within a day. But the concierge members specially the female staff that were present at the concierge were terribly rude and unprofessional. I had to choose the other colour of microwave which was $40 more as the one that we bought day before was the last one in stock. So I wasn’t given a choice to buy the same one but go with the same design and different colour which was more expensive. They would not discount below $330 for me and manager was extremely rude and walked off when I said I am disappointed with the price. The concierge female member offered to order the black one that we originally bought . I said that I am disappointed and does that mean that My kids would have to wait another week to have warm food as they don’t have the right colour with the previous price. And she replied yes to me. I was startled as how they had no sense of customer service what so we ever. It was either take it or leave it attitude. Khan helped me to get the discount when he came across me on the floor dissatisfied. Not only the concierge member for single time showed any sympathy but also they were badmouthing about me infront of me when I went to get the refund of the discount. I have never seen such an unprofessional rude and damn care team of concierge member like this in my 16 year of goodguys shopping. I believe the rating would go even lower in terms of customer service of the female members plus the female manager does not improve their attitude and professionalism towards their regulars. This was probably my last visit at good guys Campbelltown. I feel sorry for the good flood staff there for having to deal with such a rude manager .
I wish to Thank Good Guys for such Excellent, Professional, Friendly Service. During the purchase & after service. I cant speak more highly of John from Air-Con section. John went out of his way to determine my needs, when I had very limited knowledge of what it was I wanted,. even down to size of my room to which way the sun goes down. I Thank You John & Delivery. My last visit here was definitely one of the worse ones Ive had. After being told by 2 separate staff members "Let me just help this customer and Ill be with you", only to have them walk off after, I had to wait in line at the checkout to get assistance. Once I was eventually helped, I was told all of the products I was looking at that were on display (4 or 5 itemswere out of stock. If an item isnt in stock, Im sure it wouldnt be hard to put an out of stock notification next to the price tag.
They have more variety of items compared to Bing Lee which is located in the same complex and theyve got what I needed. Great service from the gentleman in the counter too. It was a pleasant shopping experience today. Thanks Good Guys!

Its that time of year again when dummies like me wait till the last minute to get a present.Thankfully, the Good Guys could help.Did hit a road block cos they only had 1 item left & it was a display model but the guy did a run around the store & like a legend, found it!!!Price was right, service was excellent
Went in to get a microwave was sold out and said I would get a call when it arrived for pick up at end of November. After not receiving a phone call I called on Thursday and was advised it was in store. I went to collect it this morning and waited almost 20 minutes at loading dock for someone to give it to me. After waiting they couldnt find it and said would deliver it to me. Paid in full and no indication on when microwave will be arriving. Enjoy your last order from me as it will be your last
They’re happy to take payment, anything beyond that is nobody’s problem.Staff unable and unwilling to help, on the day of scheduled delivery, a manager casually says “sometimes they’ll deliver it the next day”.After contacting them a number of times and getting told I’ll get a call back - nothing. Complete disregard for anyones time.Honestly just a joke, will avoid The Good Guys in its entirety moving forward.

POOR SERVICE - DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY DO NOT DESERVE OUR BUSINESS.Initially came in the day before and purchased 1K worth of items. They entertained me because I was spending money.Today I went in to replace one of the cables, as it was faulty. I was the only person in the store. I waited over an hour to be served and they made me feel like I was in the wrong. As if they wanted me to just walk away.I will not be shopping here ever again.
I ordered online a portable AC on November last year and not until now January still hadn’t received it. No contact attempts were made to let me know what happened.I had to rang them up and all they said was the product was out of stock on the beginning of December! Why didn’t they contact me and let me know what happened so I can select other options?Not until I called them they said they will transfer me to the sales team to select something similar. At this point it is already too late. And the tone of the staff was like I need things from them and they don’t care if they lose a customer.The Good Guys? More like The Worst Guys.
