The Grille Room at Woodloch Springs Country Club in Pike County

Aesthetically pleasing facility. However, we sat for over five minutes before anyone said a word to us (third table in the entire room, aside from 2 people seated at the bar); not the kind of service you would expect from a facility such as this. We decided to leave and take our business and gratuity elsewhere.

Went here 3 days in a row for dinner, and each time the service was inconsistent and terrible. Also seems as if each time as well we was not even welcomed! Our first visit was on a Sunday evening around 8pm meanwhile they closed at 9pm, when we walked in, 2 adults and 1 baby and 1 kid, the older male stopped us and said he was unsure if the cooks was still in….then the waiter told him “oh yea they are fine” mind you many others walked in after me and didn’t get the same unwelcoming statement from the older male bartender!! 2nd time service was so so, even while there was a belligerent man at the bar who clearly was served way too much and kept getting served and definitely not someone who should be in a family resort restaurant. My 3rd and last time, service was terrible, was asked if we had a reservation but didn’t ask anyone else that walked in after us the same question!!! We was served no water like everyone was was or like we was served the last 2 times! Just overall poor customer service and favors more for the regulars that they want to over serve alcohol too and only want to serve people of Caucasian decent! If you are a minority , a family, or not a regular don’t even waste your time drive 15mins off the resort and you will get better service and value!!!! This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth with my whole experience!

There were six people in our group for lunch. The food was both appealing to the eye and very flavorful. We were all happy with our choices. The service was excellent and our server Katie did a fantastic job taking care of all our needs. There is a beautiful view of the golf course outside the wall of windows. Definitely a worth while stop if your in the area.

We stumbled upon this little gem of a restaurant by chance. The food was really good, we ordered the greek nachos, fish tacos and the black bean burger. Staff was polite and courteous and the view from this place was amazing!!

We love the hospitality and delicious food at the Grille Room! Our grandson loves cheeseburgers and they do a great job on preparing as he likes. We also enjoy the special menu items which are oh so good! Prime rib on weekends, order early or risk settling for your second choice... the servers are friendly and efficient!

Always good food and drink and atmosphere. Theres something on the menu for everyone to enjoy.

Inconsistent and inexperienced wait service. Mediocre food if you actually get what you ordered. The inside rooms that they are using for overflow are terrible. They aren’t observing social distance guidelines for serving they’re cramming everyone in. Waitress wasn’t apologetic at all for screwing up everyone’s orders Kelly she sucked.

Love everything about this club. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the golf is top notch. For sure one of the nicest courses in the Northeast PA area. And after the round, the food and drink is equally as good. Highly recommend

We had a great experience last night . The food was great, the service excellent and we loved the private room with the view. The price wars reasonable for the experience.

Food: I had the veal milanese here. Was too thick really and breading was weird but definitely not bad considering the area. Apps are pretty decent. Hard to find good food in the Poconos but if you are staying at the resort, not a bad option really.Atmosphere: Right off the golf course with great views.Service: Bunch of young kids running this place which makes it hip at best and inept at worst.
