The Hartford in Albany County

If I could give The Hartford no stars I would’ve. They are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with!!! If you’re looking to receive short term disability benefits within a timely manner The Hartford is definitely not the place to go. It takes months to approve anything because they don’t want to give people any money….so much for helping people out when they need it.

Staff knowledgeable and very helpful

I am not happy with the company right now. Account is set up for auto billing but they pulled a day later resulting in fees. They do not care about their customers as they didn’t make it right.
