Its my local home Depot what can I say prices are set from scale of what other places have their prices at home Depot usually has everything I mean
Its always a struggle to fight the man hiding in the walls while he tries to snatch items from your cart, but the deals are too amazing to avoid smaking the creature a few time.
They had everything that I needed and the customer service was awesome
Customer service at the customer service area is terrible they need more training; she needs more training

My cashier was great. The gentleman in the lawn section helped me with choosing the Ryobi system that he uses. He pointed out the attachments you can get for the timer rather than getting all separate tools. Thank you!Super helpful people today. The team here is always pleasant and helpful.
The people were friendly and helped me find what I needed. I go to multiple different locations. They have a nice selection of products for a wide variety of tasks.
Need more employees on the floor to helping customers finding products, there is always almost no one in the floor to help customers.
Terrible customer service. Placed a curbside order. Got notice it was ready so I headed to the store and checked in. No one ever brought it out. Then when I went in 3 customer service employees were just standing around chatting completely unaware anyone was waiting on a service this store provides. Will not shop this store again.
I have a friend who works here its a pretty good place its right next door to me right down the street
Needed a gas dryer, they called and got the one I asked for from another nearby store and had on the truck within the hour
Im typing this as I stand in a line of 10+ people with 3 customers in front of me and only 2 cashiers, I find it rather annoying how the self-scan has been disabled for what feels like years. Ive been going to this Home Depot for decades & can honestly say the customer service has declined a bit. I used to get offered assistance in every aisle, but these days it feels like the employees are all hard of hearing. When I do get the attention of an employee, it feels like a 50/50 chance if theyre going to be friendly or annoyed. Nobody has ever been outright rude, but more often than not I would say theyre lacking the friendly customer service decorum I would expect. Im still in line which is now at 13 people with 2 customers in front of me and 2 cashiers. Also, I miss the hot dog stand.
Wll never call home depot again. I want to buy new carpeting and was kicked back to the operator 3 times. Very frustrating and will go to Lowes.
They were very helpful in what I needed. And he tried to find me the cheapest prices.
Placed an order at 1:56 pm online and the website advised it would take up to 2 hours to receive today for in stock items. I arrived earlier as I live an hour away and did some inside shopping while waiting for my order ready for pickup confirmation. While checking out - the line was completely unorganized and no one guided the customers to let them know more checkout clerks were available. I then walked out the line and checked out with a clerk (which technically I was cutting the line). While doing so i noticed other checkout ladies ava. Anwent back to guide the remaining customers (5-7 peopleto let them know of the other available clerks as they to were unaware. I didn’t plan to post a review until the other part of events happened. I went back to my car to wait for the confirmation. By 3:54 I called to see if my items were pulled and available - they were not, but the rep advised for me to check in and she will have them pulled. This was an inconvenience as I am not from this area and traveled with my boyfriend and toddler as well. I then decided to go inside to see if I was able to just grab the item myself since it was already paid and would rather not have to cancel the order and go home empty handed. (I ordered a mini fridgeI go inside to customer service and walk towards the first rep and see she is on her phone - head down - completely oblivious to her surroundings. I then walk up to a set of employees who were discussing “You’re going to pull the order?! - —- it’s a mini fridge”. I interrupted them by saying yes that was me that called - I just called to see if i can go and grab the fridge to expedite the order as it has been two hours already. One of the ladies then explains that I can grab a cart in aisle 6 and the fridge will be in aisle 30 bay 8. (I do have scoliosis and had surgery where I have rods in my backBut seeing that the service was at a Zero - I was just ready to get it and go. I grabbed the item and made it back to customer service - she was able to check me out and then asked if I may need assistance wheeling item to my vehicle (I have on an open back romper and you can see my surgical scar on my back from top to bottle). I politely told her it’s fine I got it. Nevertheless - Please get the customer service team corrected. As it is a big influence on if customers care to return or not. (Amongst other factors). Thank you if you have read this. And hope you implement a change.
Ghetto , rachetness some but not all have to be reminded on customer service, people wont buy if they receive poor service abc here i come
Worst Home Depot experience Ive ever had.We only had to pick up one thing. We go to check out and a staff member yells at us. Apparently the entire center aisle was a line for checkout, and they only had 2 lanes open. So we walk to the opposite end of the store to wait in line. Everyone in the line was annoyed and complaining about the wait. There were plenty of other staff there but not on register.We get nearly to the front of the line and a customer is yelling with the cashier because he doesnt want to go to the back of the line, and the customer in front of us gets mad at him because weve all been waiting in line too.We get to the front of the line and the same lady who yelled at us earlier yells for the front of the line to go to register 2. We didnt know where that was instantly so she yelled shes going to start from the back of the line if we dont come over there. The customer finished at the checkout in front of us so we went there instead. Our cashier had to yell at the other lady to calm down. She apologized for everything and got us out quickly.It was the most tense and stressful shopping experience weve had and theres no way we will return to this location.
That lady Teresa in garden today this was very helpful. I would definitely go back. For her expertise.
I have always liked Home Depot. They have everything you’ll need to fix or replace something in your home. The downside is that as a female I need the knowledge of a worker to help me. That’s if you can find someone. The store is so big you don’t know where to look. I find myself going to a smaller hardware store where you can easily find a knowledgeable worker to guide you to what you need.

Ive been trying to call for 45 minutes. I got hung up on three times and when I finally heard a voice she would not even let me talk. She said hold please and sent me somewhere else. How unprofessional. I really cant stand people that are lazy,have bad attitudes at work and have no pride or will power for their jobs. Stay at home if you cant cut it.
Im never in this area but discovered this Home Depot location looking for landscaping rocks. I didnt purchase anything. Literally, walked in to the nursery department, looked around and walked out when they didnt have what I wanted. The place was empty at 9:00 Am.
Went to have paint mixed. Met the nicest guy there. I think his name is Roland. I called first because of issues at another location. He was so nice on the phone and even nicer in person. I will be coming to your location in the future even though its further for me to drive. Nicer staff. Thank you 😊

While doing a bathroom remodel, I visited the Warren Home Depot on many occasions over the last month. Regardless of time of day or my needs, every employee I encountered went above & beyond to accommodate me. They were courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. Often, they didn’t wait for me to ask for help, they approached me, offering help. This project was a first for me and Home Depot helped make it a positive experience! Thank you so much!
Great store has everything that is needed people on the floor, cashiers and customer service are very friendly, helpful, fast, and efficient. The store gets very busy and the line(smight get long on some days but the employees do their best to move everyone along as fast and friendly as possible. It is a home improvement store lot of contractors shopping for supplies so it is understandable why it takes a little longer to check some customers out at times then it does others. Keep up the good work!

I cannot believe how bad the service here has gotten. My dad has been a loyal customer of this Home Depot for at least 10 years. We recently bought a grill from here and they took a week to assemble and have it ready for me. Not only that, when I called them for an update they stated it was going to be ready that day for a WEEK. And you know, that’s not the worst part. We contracted them to also install our floors. They came and took the measurements, we bought the materials, they arrived, and on the day of the installation they get there and inform us they can’t “do this type of work”. After we moved all of the furniture out, my dad took a day off work and the day of the installation was here. How unorganized and unprofessional. Why wasn’t this issue caught before? I’m sorry and also glad to say I will NEVER buy another product here again. They clearly have no idea what they’re doing anymore. Get it together guys. Im very disappointed.

Went to 2 other local supply chains in the neighborhood and didnt find what I needed,finally found the connection I needed for the gas stove at HD. Time to play the lottery. Home Depot is the place to go for me from now on.
I just wanted to give a shout out to Dan (appliancesand Laurie (up frontat my local Hoover Road store. These two went above and beyond and delivered excellent customer service!! I took alot of Dans time picking out my washer and dryer and he was so knowledgeable, helpful and patient with me. He really made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. And both he and Laurie made sure that I received all the discounts that were available! Thank you Dan and Laurie!!!
Quick curbside pick up.They want me to check in to their app, but I travel from Canada and Home depot USA app is something that I dont have.However they were kind enough to respond on phone and deliver it on the curb.
An example of excellence. Always well stocked, friendly staff. You can actually find lumber carts because people bring them back. I drive out of my way to go to this Home Depot because I know theyll have better stock than the one on 7 Mile or Dearborn
If I could leave no stars, I would! We rented a truck to move my daughter from college home for tomorrow at 8 a.m. and left a $150 deposit. Tonight, Saturday, at 6:30 p.m., the truck was cancelled because it is NOT available and the deposit will be returned in 3-5 days. Now we have no truck (impossible to find one at 6:30 on a Saturday night). And when we called, they were not helpful at all! I will NEVER shop this store again.
Staff could of been a little more helpful picking out the specific mini fridge I was purchasing.Other than that store was clean & add even had the product I was looking for that other Home Depot stores in the area didnt.
One of my favorite places to shop. The store is nice and clean and the employees are very helpful. I spend at least 45 minutes to an hour in the store every time I go.

Lets talk about helpful from the beginning to the end. Help on the floor with great attitudes. Question about my Veteran discount... cleared up. Was able to purchase all my products and had help loading. Best price for my purchase as well.
I had excellent help again. I buy all important home things here. Flooring, doors, carpet, now kitchen cabinets. I trust them because everything is professionally done and timely. If I have a problem, they come right out.
Found a super quite garage door opener and some wood stain for new up and coming kitchen project. Staff was incredibly helpful as always.
It was my first time being out this way from where I live. I came here looking for a specific snow blower and was thankful to find it.The employee sitting assembling a snow blower was very helpful and able to direct me to where the box was for the one I was looking for. He helped me load it in the cart and I went to check out. The employee at the checkout was a sweetheart!This location is on point and has helpful, friendly employees.

Good sale on kitchen cabinates. Almost a whole kitchen coast me a little over $600. Need just stain and headboard kitchen is updated. Thanks Home Depot. As well needed grass sead but I will wait couple months as I was adviced to start it beginning of September or April to have the best results.
