I purchased an appliance from Chris on 1/21/2011 at the ISE show on the Sac fairgrounds. I was surprised at how much knowledge she had of the appliance and I felt very confident that I would get great customer service. She even provided free delivery to my home. This was over 11 years ago, but Ill never forget how she really took care of me. Very professional and warm person. Thank you again for providing excellent service. I still have the appliance after 11 years!
