I have been coming here for over a year. Always great customer service, very clean and they offer so many different services. Highly recommend!

Employees were great and very friendly. Service was very relaxing. However, I got a lash lift and not very happy with the results. I have very long but straight eyelashes and I thought they would be way more lifted than they were after the lash lift. Im not confident in going back for another lash lift. However, I would probably go back to try a different service as the staff was very friendly and professional.

I’ve been going here for about a year and I’ve been to Amanda, Megan and Brinley who have all been amazing! I started off with the flirty set and worked my way up to a classic set. The woman answering the phone is always extremely pleasant and helpful! Such a clean, nice and relaxing environment.

Amy was wonderful!! She was so gentle that I even dozed off. Shes friendly and did a great job! And I had gone somewhere else and wasnt happy, so Jill was able to find me an appt on your alls very busy schedule.

Amanda was an amazing person to work with. She was kind, patient and overall a pleasure doing business with. Environment was clean, and atmosphere was enlightening.

Because theyre the best of the best and I wouldnt trust anyone else with my face! Brin did such an awesome job on my brows, I can’t wait for them to heal! I highly recommend her and the Lash Boutique!

My favorite lash boutique! All of the girls are amazing. Abby does my lashes and she never disappoints! She does great work. The beds are pretty comfy and the music playlist is awesome!

My tech did a great job. The staff were nice but not very engaging. My rating is based on the fact I didnt see any cleaning measures on the beds. No wipe down. No cover over the pillow. Not sure if the tools she used on me were replaced or cleaned between client before me and my session. For the prices charged, this is why I wouldnt likely send anyone else that way.

My regular lash girl is on maternity leave so I don’t know that I’ll continue to go the lash boutique but Brinley did an amazing job. She was super professional, she worked fast and efficient. I highly recommend Brinley for lash extensions.

I love the Boutique. It is so cute and Ive known Jamie for years. I went to her for my lashes when she first started out. Im so happy her hard work and dedication has paid off. Her daughter is a doll also and far beyond her years in customer experience!!

The best lash techs in greater Cincinnati. I always see Jami, the owner, who is clearly the best in the biz. However, if scheduling conflicts arise, I can see any other tech at The Lash Boutique and the same fantastic results. They were trained by the best and it shows.

I love my lashes. They give me a huge confidence boost and everyones always commenting on them and asking me if there real because they look that good. Happy to wake up in the morning and look somewhat decent and not like a train wreck from smeared mascara from night before. I absolutely love my lashes and cant imagine going without them- Courtney

I went to the lash boutique for lash extension training and Jamie was such a great instructor, I highly suggest her for class or even to get your lashes done!

I absolutely loved My eyelashes after getting them done here! I got the flirt set because I wanted something natural since it was my first time getting lashes and they were perfect! I got so many compliments on them but sadly they have almost all fallen out just 4 days later and there are some pretty noticeable gaps now :( I even lost one the day I got them done. Khristine was super awesome and very helpful in explaining how to care for your lashes. And I followed the instructions on the card so I’m not sure why i had such bad retention but Hopefully next time they will last a little longer because they looked so good!

My eyebrows have been a hot mess since I was a pre-teen. After heavily waxing them for years, I wanted to start growing them into a better shape. Ive started going to Megan Mays here to see what she can so for me. Without having a fashion sense whatsoever, I know know how to explain what I think I want. Megan took her time to really map out my brows and gave me her honest opinion, making my eyebrows looking the best that they ever have in my 31 years. I even went back to her for eyelash enhancements because her service was that good and she did not disappoint! If you want anyone fixing your brows or lashes up, you want Megan - she knows her stuff!!!

Amanda was phenomenal! She got me on her schedule even past her work hours with very short notice so that I could get my lashes filled before my labor induction. She went above and beyond for me without even knowing me and that means the world. I cant wait to come back and get them filled! The boutique is adorable, comfortable, and super clean!

Khristine was GREAT! She did an Amazing job and was so professional! The only reason I am giving 3 stars is due to my lashes falling off within 24 hours :( A majority of my lashes were peeling off of my actual lashes hours after the application of lash extensions. I did read online that having oily skin, which I do, can deactivate the glue. I also had a lash lift about 5 weeks ago, but was told it had fallen enough that the extensions would still work! I definitely blame it on my oily skin, biggest thing, ask your lash artists questions to see if extensions are right for you before getting them. Seriously, such an amazing salon with great artists, lashes just didn’t work for me!

Omg! I have the flirt natural lashes an i absolutely love them. First time trying out lash extentions an there perfect! Sydney was amazing ! Great service and a wonderful job!

I got my lashes done for the first time and loved them and two days later my right eyelid is swollen and hurts to blink. Will have to go see a doctor because I don’t think this is an allergic reaction to the glue. Also trying to make an appointment to get them removed but they’re closed for the next two days.Update: doctor said it was cellulitis.

I booked an appointment online more than a weekin advance. Only to arrive on my appointment day on time to find my appointment was canceled without notice. The person spoke with was not helpful in trying to correct the issue and really acted as if she could not care less.Update: The owner reached out personally (within a few hours!). She was very helpfully. She explained that she and her staff could not figure out why or how the appointment was canceled. And that on their end it looked as if I had canceled the appointment, which Idid not do. Either was Jamie offered to correct the mistake herself. And lastly, I promise I’m not a Karen.

This was my first time coming into this boutique and it’s super cute, clean, and professional. I was a little late, but they were kind and generous enough to get me in still. I just got a lash lift and my lashes look super long and curly. The lady who did mine, was Khristina and she did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend if anyone is looking for a lash lift.

I got my first set of eyelash extensions with Khristine about a month ago, and I’ve never received so many compliments in my life. The staff is incredible plus the environment is clean professional and super friendly. The best part of it though is they do a great job to calm the nerves of any newbies such as myself by talking through the whole process and after care. Great place

I recently completed a Bella Lash training at The Lash Boutique with the owner Jamie! Jamie is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to everything lashes! She is extremely helpful and easy to talk to. I am so glad I chose Bella Lash/Jamie Hils to learn eyelash extensions thru and would recommend their program to anyone interested! I know if I have any questions in the future I can look to Jamie for continued mentoring.

Amanda took good care of me, and did a great job. While the lashes take a little adjustment, they look very nice, and I have received numerous compliments. The salon itself was cute and clean.

I have been a client of The Lash Boutique for many years and have experienced a variety of their services and products, and they never disappoint! My spray tans have always been extremely natural looking with the perfect amount of bronzer, and I have also purchased/used the Dancing with the Stars spray tan, which has been great for any last minute tanning needs that Ive had. In addition, they have done my lashes for the past five years and I absolutely love them! My lashes provide such a great enhancement to my eyes and not needing to apply mascara each day is wonderful! Having a Boutique like this so close to home where I can have a variety of my beauty needs met with my busy schedule, is so convenient. Great staff, great environment, great service and great passion!

My wife goes here regularly. I remember her first time when she came home after getting her lashes done. She was so happy and excited. She talked about how relaxing it was and how friendly the staff is. She said she has never felt so pretty and confident in her life. She is already beautiful. I have been coming to the lash boutique for approx 3yrs now. Jamie always makes sure my lashes look amazing! You should check out all the other services that she has to offer. The fire & ice facial & dermaplan will make your skin feel and look incredible! She is def the best around !!!

I have been seeing Jamie at The Lash Boutique for two years now. I called her right when I moved to the area and on the phone she answered all of my questions with the patience and knowledge I needed. I had been getting lash extensions for the past five years on and off where I used to live and I knew I needed someone here with care and skill. I was not disappointed. Jamie and her team are professional and do a great job.I sometimes have to wear a full face of makeup for my career and recently someone at work decided to add to my lashes. My lashes were a mess. It was a nightmare. I contacted Jamie and immediately she gave me the advice I needed.I am very low maintanence when it comes to makeup and my favorite thing about the lashes are that I can put on CC cream, lipstick, comb my lashes, and I look like I’m already wearing eye makeup. It takes 5-10 min off my morning routine.My advice is to know the look you want when you go in. Do your research and make sure to communicate the look you want and whether you wear glasses. ( Shorter lengths.I highly recommend trusting The Lash Boutique with your lashes!

Sorry this post is nothing against anyone working there but I thought it might help those on the fence about getting lashes. I just got a flirt set 6 days ago. Having never done it, I wanted to give it time before forming my opinion. It was great not really needing any mascara and really was a great accent for my wedding. I think I might be addicted to the idea of lash extensions in general so I thank you for the experience!On a different note, I really dont like the lashes that were used, they are VERY HEAVY and have what seems to me to be a VERY WIDE diameter so in my opinion, causes that spider web look-not exactly what id like, but I think it took trying them to find out. They feel very hard and plastic like so Id like to continue on this path and find some I like better. I notice that due to the weight and harness, they seem to be coming out faster than expected, but Im new at this so Im not going to say that Im doing this perfectly either. I also find a hard time justifying the service price and hope to see it go down a bit in the future, but I understand it falls in line with the industry locally and certainly dont call it "unfair". Just my personal opinion given the amount of people who have begun doing this either on their own or paying for the service. Overall Im very glad I took the leap and everyone and the Lash Boutique was kind and professional. Possibly more types of lash options would be nice. I appreciate the service and experience!

Let me just warn you, if you decide to go get lash extensions with Katie you WILL be addicted. They’re perfect. She’s precious. It’s almost too good to be true. I got my first full set over 2 weeks ago and I am still getting compliments on them! I have cut my make-up routine down to 5 minutes. The amount of time that I save each day is worth every single penny paid for these. My lashes literally have people stopping mid-sentence to comment on them. Katie is absolutely precious and does a fantastic job, and before long you’ll be waiting months to see her. I cannot say enough great things about the Lash Boutique. This is a total game changer! You’ve been warned.

Rachel was amazing!! She did a great job on my brows, not to mention calming me down because I was so nervous!! My brows must look great because my husband kept looking at me all night long saying you look so good!! They’re so natural looking!! I’m super happy with the service I received!!!

I have not had good experiences at The Lash Boutique. I’ve gone twice. The first time I went, I decided to purchase their spray tan package in January — buy 3, get 1 free. I was recently engaged & had a few events that I wanted to look tan. Unfortunately, I wasn’t super thrilled with my first spray tan because they had me stand on a towel soiled with tanner and it stained my feet orange. My hands turned orange, too. It made me paranoid to go back for a while. I waited until after they moved into their new location and after my wedding to use the remaining 3 spray tans I had purchased. I got another spray tan the end of June before my sister’s wedding. They provided foot protectors this time and the spray tan turned out great. However, when I went to check out, the owner charged me for the spray tan ($35because the spray tan package I purchased in January had expired. I truly had no idea they had such a short expiration date or else I would have made sure to use them before then. I was clearly caught off guard because I wasn’t expecting to have to pay anything that visit and she insisted I owed $35. I have struggled writing this review simply because my husband & I are also business owners and I understand that there have to be rules in place. However, I also know we always strive to make our customers happy with our products. In this situation, I had already paid over $100 for spray tans and only had one — I paid over $100 for ONE spray tan! I completely felt ripped off. It’s really a shame the customer service wasn’t better in my experiences there because I was wanting to start getting my brows done there, too. They lost out on my future business all for $35.

I absolutely love The Lash Boutique! Heather and Jamie are so genuine and down to earth. I look forward to my lash appointment every month. They do such a great job, pay very close attention to detail and it is obvious they love what they do! Lash extensions are a hard thing to master, but they did it! I would not recommend anyone else. They are opening up a new space and I cant wait to see what it brings! I will never go back to wearing mascara. I get compliments on my lash extensions ALL the time. I highly recommend getting them if youve thought about it. My confidence has been boosted so much thanks to these gals!
