Hi, if you are looking for an attorney who will speak, and fight on your behalf or your loved ones behalf. Don’t I repeat Don’t choose Richard A. Meyer. Please listen to me when I say he won’t speak up he won’t argue your cause. He will do nothing to assist. Especially if you’re African- American He will tell you that he will communicate with your family, and he won’t. Even if you have paperwork or letters of support for your loved one he will not accept them. He will lie and say he didn’t receive the email all the while you have proof that he did. If you ask him to ask The district attorney or the judge for specific things on your love ones behalf he will lie and say he did it while you you’re sitting in the court room seeing, and hearing that he did not ask for it. His lack of interest in his profession is so bad that the judge had to ask him was he going to speak up on my son’s behalf. No judge ever has to / should ever have to ask an attorney if they’re going to speak up on their clients behalf.An attorney already knows what they are there to do they choose this profession. So if you choose RICHARD A. MEYER who chose this profession but refuses to do the job. Or picks, and chooses who he wants to handle/argue their case properly according to their skin color. You’d be choosing someone who shouldn’t be able to practice law because he doesn’t work by the oath that he took.

His service and lack of effort indicated that winning the case would have been unlikely. Look elsewhere.
