Best Location to enjoy with your family n friends...Food was awesome...Service was excellent...Management was so humble n down to earth...Folk n cultural events are fabulous...
The architecture of this beautiful place is what catches the eye. Really is mesmerising especially with the history attached to it, highly recommended if in need of a relaxing stay and the touch of true authenticity of India. Welcoming gesture of the staff and special thanks to Rajiv Tiwari for feeling us welcome and taking such good care of us.
From the time we checked in to the time we checked out it was an outstanding experience! The staff led by Mr Surendra Singhji actually treated us no less than royals it was extremely heart warming. The Palace has been maintained very well we were first given an upgrade and then a choice of the royal rooms every meal was curated to suit our palate we were served our morning tea in the gardens and the evenings we chilled at the bar amongst the several hundred trophies mounted on the wall sipping our drinks cherishing every moment as if we were living in a different era 🙏 Thank you so much for your hospitality love n care . Will return back someday 🥳
All good means too good .The thing is to change is your bellboys rules you also have to set bags in bus or car .
First thing is the grand palace itself; beautiful architecture with great lawns. And the rooms are also very tastefully done and are extra spacious with high ceilings. Staff members are extremely courteous and take good care of all your needs. Plus the food is one of the best among any hotel you would find. I have stayed in all sorts of luxury properties in India and have to say, this one is among one of the best ones I have been to. Strongly recommended.
Experienced excellent hospitality at Laxmi Niwas Palace. The staff was extremely courteous and well trained.. had a great stay here. Team LNP, Keep up the good work!!Enjoyed the lovely local folk music and dance program organised by the hotel while having dinner.
Well maintained property...staying there is one lesser place to visit..
We loved the stay at Laxmi Niwas Palace. The place is straight out of some fairy tale. The ambience is royally exotic, the staff excellent and the palace is a living, breathing art exhibit. However, the food, at least in room service, was exorbitantly priced. After the initial experience, we didnt eat a meal there and went for dinner and lunch at Chirag and Gallop respectively. I tried tea at their restaurant, that too was tepid. The pool too needs proper cleaning and repairing. Its lined with moss and silt. The breakfast menu is pretty restricted as well; however, whatever they serve is tasty. Apart from the food, which I absolutely didnt like, the experience is worth every penny.
Mr. Meghraj ji Shekhawat Chairman MRX Group Peter DeSa Group and all the staff The Laxmi Niwas Palace Bikaner salute to the thinking who organized martyr honor program on the occasion of Vijay Diwas and respected the martyr families for that whole heart to all of you. I would like to say thank you to God I wish your business family flourished
While the ambience and the lay out is good however the food has been priced ridiculously high. It beats any Delhi 5 Star hotel prices! Premium prices for a four star are understandable but these people are ???
The Laxmi Niwas Palace is a former residential palace of the king of the former Bikaner state, Maharaja Ganga Singh in Bikaner. This is a 106 year old heritage palace with 45 deluxe rooms and 15 royal suites, all are air-conditioned and many of them have direct access to an open terrace.A part of palace is still being used as a residence by the royal family and visitors are allowed to visit only the public area. There is a small cafe and souvenir shop too inside the palace. Photography is not allowed inside the palace.Different types room in Laxmi niwas palaceMinimum room -6000This palace is very good locationStaff gud behaviorWhen I visited first time in bikaner i stay this palace.feel like home.
One of the best heritage hotel. If you are a domestic or international tourist this place is a must visit. The royal ambiance, food, staff behaviour, architect everything was to the point. Besides food the thing I like the most was their staff and the corner place where folk dancer and singers were performing.Overall it was a good experience.
Overall good and beautiful Palace. Loved the Palace. Rooms are good, except bathrooms feel a bit out dated. Small toilets and old tiles didnt feel good, gre
The Laxmi Niwas Palace was commissioned by His Highness Sir Ganga Singh Ji in 1904. The impetus behind it was two-fold – to provide employment to the townspeople and to create a stately residence worthy of the royal house of Bikaner. His Highness was a man of impeccable taste and supervised the artists, masons and builders personally in their endeavours. Many of the friezes on the palace’s walls, the geometrically perfect symmetry of its outlay, the ornate filigree work and latticed screens may all be attributed to his artistic vision and temperament. He was also a famous host and his guests, (nearly always royals or dignitaries with packed agendastended to overstay, sometimes for months longer than they had originally intended. We hope the grace and charm of His Highness’ former abode and our hospitality will have a similar effect on you. Huge sized rooms, added with dressing room and then washrooms.Good restaurant in the hotel.Quiet place to enjoy royal palace.
The place is beautiful. Scenic in itself but the food is not worth the place. The food quality standards are not up to the mark of a place which is so regal in its ambience and all. I wish they could prepare better food and not just fool around on that part. Prices as high, as it should be for the place but food kills the very purpose of visit
Not clean! Extremely beautiful with peacocks a very big garden. Interior very historic. Very good overall.
Consider joy, love for tradition, beauty of royal feeling is important then this place is excellent.Ambiance is extra attractive, go for it spend some extra money to feel the greatness.
Rooms can be better for the price. Its a wedding venue more than a tourist hotel. Food is good. Service at restaurant is slightly slow but food compensates for it. Very expensive food however. Now there arent too many good hotels in Bikaner so they can charge what they feel like. But overall nothing outstanding apart from food.
At a distance of 5 km from Bikaner Junction Railway Station, Laxmi Niwas Palace is a heritage building situated in the Lalgarh Palace complex of Bikaner, Rajasthan. It is one of the beautiful royal palaces of Rajasthan and also one of the top heritage places to visit in Bikaner.......its structure describe itself that how beautiful it is
Laxmi niwas palace hotel was used to be the official residence of maharaja of bikaner. Its made of red stone which is beautifully and heavily carved. We were given garden view room the room had two entrances one from the front and other from back. It was wonderful feeling to start ur morning looking at the lush green gardens. Best morning walk I had really felt like a queen. Very photogenic place. All the pictures taken have come out so beautiful. Rooms are of heritage type big beds big washrooms buffet was although limited but attendants Mr r. K Shrivastava was very warm and welcoming he explained each and every detail of the dining hall he was aware of. He even gave a mini tour of bar and snooker hall. The palace is beautifully preserved. Food was really good specially dosa, cold coffee and upma. Its the best place for destination weddings in bikaner. Pool is outdoor and in poor condition needs maintenance but kids still had fun.one can also access lalgarh palace and its garden. Narendra bhawan and Laxmi niwas both are managed by same group but Laxmi niwas is not being maintained it has lost its popularity over the time. We enjoyed our stay😊
Our tour visited here for lunch very recently. Splendid place. On-site shop owner very helpful indeed. Well worth going out of your way to visit. Incredibly interesting old photos and pictures decorate the main restaurant room.Loved the place and surroundings... Food served was delicious.
One more wonderful memory of Bikaner- My stay at Lakshmi Niwas.Nothing can beat the feeling of staying in a heritage property like this one ,it transports you to a different era. The spacious rooms make you feel no less than a king. To top it the finger licking food which I can assure is one of the best I have had.The cherry on the cake is the hospitality of the staff members. Would like to esp thank the GM Mr. Jagdish Ram Solanki for caring to all our needs personally and making sure we ( my elderly parents and kidshave one of the best stays...thank you for making us live a life King Size.Would definitely visit again
This Palace is So Good... It is beautiful place to visit. And Such a humble staff.Laxmi Niwas Palace is a part of Lalgarh Palace but it has been given on lease and recently is being used as a heritage hotel.Khamma Ghani 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️
Hospitality staff led by Vikash is super earnest and relate the historicity of this magnificent property with pride. Great venue for weddings, and the best for a stay over at Bikaner
Laxmi Niwas is one of the best hotels in Rajasthan. Very Courteous & Friendly Management especially Mr. Ashu & Mr. Vikas. We spent 15 days enjoying their hospitality. Excellent, Highly recommended! Well maintained garden, Very clean rooms, And best of all, they catered for every whim & fancy of ours which included playing ludo with my children at night, helping my daughter learn how to ride a bicycle. Mr. Bhatti gave my children special tours of Laxmi Niwas compound which included secret rooms, underground passages & scary tunnels. He also took us with special passes to Junagarh Fort and Museum. Mr. Ashu helped us with local shopping ( Saved us lot of money& arranged for Karni Mata temple visit. While, Mr. Vikas helped us with Antique shopping & arranged Rajasthani Dance lessons for my daughter, & Helped my son with what he needed most unlimited Wi-Fi. All under the affectionate presence of Mr. Peter. So, lovely hotel, lovely people, lovely city. Looking forward to visiting again.Narendra Singh
One of the most majestic backdrops that a wedding can have...I spent 5 days at the Palace to decorate it for a wedding.I just loved dressing up this beautiful Palace. The hotel staff is helpful however the Local tent House company of Pintoo Tiwari was most most unreliable, despite the hardships he threw our way, we managed to pull through with great results
The property looks magnificent from outside and we started wondering why the tariff was lower than Narendra Bhuvan! The reason was ambiance and amenities.Staff was quite cooperative and polite. Gatekeepers, however, were not the brightest and every time we came back to the property, they would be clueless about us!Overall, a good experience.
