The Little Clinic in Reno County

I have called a half-dozen times and each time I let the phone ring for at least 15 minutes and no one answered. The service I received during my appointment was fine but someone needs to answer the phone. I am calling as I type this message. I called 25 minutes ago and still no answer. Finally answered the phone - 70 minutes after I dialed.

This place is a joke, if i could give 0 or negative stars i would. Went in for COVID test on 22nd, but test was negative which wasnt a shock to me. Was cleared to go back to work on 27th but symptoms never improved. Had to miss work again today for the same symptoms, and was told to go to a different clinic with an actual doctor. Doctor took one look and could tell it was a sinus infection. Why did this take another week and an actual doctor to diagnose a sinus infection?? How do you miss that? They also refused to fill in paperwork for me to get short term leave, so i dont even get paid for my time off because of their failure. Ill be reporting this to the medical board as well. stay away. This place cant even diagnose a sinus infection. What a joke.

I checked their website this morning and it said "accepting walk-ins from 9:30-...". I arrived at 9:45 and there was a sign saying "if you dont have an appointment we wont be able to see you today."The staff was friendly but reiterated the sign.A bit frustrating.

Seriously I have an excellent and quick experience every time I go.

The website says they take walk in care patients until 5pm. My daughter got turned away at 445pm. Update this on your website so others do not waste their time.

I had checked around for pricing as I temporarily dont have insurance and they were very reasonable on prices! Both the provider and assistant were friendly. I saw Ashely, APRN there and was impressed with her knowledge and was thorough. For basic health needs, or a quick issue I would definitely consider using this facility. I also only waited about 10 minutes at 530pm.

I’m not rating one because of service but to get people to read. I was looking for methadone clinics to quest dose since I am visiting from out of state and google has this clinic pop up under methadone clinics and they are not at all. So if your reading this review looking for a methadone clinic in Hutchinson Kansas they don’t do that but try Hutchinson clinic or prairie clinic in hutch or there is one in south hutch.

Both of the PAs at the Hutchinson location are quite good. Knowledgeable, and fast, friendly service.
