AC is not working, the staff is apologetic but looks like management doesnt care since this restaurant have been having this issue for a long time now. No efforts have been made to fix this.Going to stop coming to this place because of the poor maintanence and lack of interest by the owners

Worst food ever, chicken was not at all fresh and was like rubberHotdog had fungus formation in itI very strongly not recommend itAlso while complained about it to the manager he called the ownerWho spoke very harsh stating put whatever reviews you want we know how to handle it and that was not the way to speak to a customer

Wouldn’t recommend!!Store is unhygienic. Oreganos and chili flakes has insects on them.Store doesn’t have a proper wash basin to wash your hands. Moreover there was no store manager or supervisor available for that shift.

It was a good place. Great to see some of my favourite cuisines on the menu. The food was great too.

They have all the menus only in the menu card. When we order something they say its not available and later give us some 4-5 options only in each cuisine. Some dishes are over rate and tastes are average only. Wont recommend this place if they give the menus only on the menu card and not when we order. And the wait time. We need to wait for more than 45 mins for a single dish to b served.

4 Stars only because the Pan-Asian Menu was missing!Let me start off by saying that the food is amazing! Absolutely recommended!The highlight of the night, for me, was the Quattro Formaggio Thin Crust Pizza! Total Mouth Orgasm that one!The Buffalo Wings were a tad too saucy for my taste, but I grew to like it nonetheless; The Crispy Cajun Chicken Strips were tender and succulent!My only gripe was that the service could have been a tad bit faster!

Its easy to spot, parking could be a problem not enough space. Had dinner from this restaurant. Tried red sause arabitta pasta, panneer pizza & cheese balls & some desserts. Everything was good. Except the mushroom cream soup..it was terrible..had to return it. Over all the food & ambience is good.

Perfect place if you want to try continental foods. Loved their soups and Grills. Ambience also decent. Can be made little bit pocket friendly

Food taste was good. Pizza is not good, but other items are tasty. Service was pathetic. Better to order online than going to restaurant and eating

Went on a Friday for lunch. Half the items in the menu was not available. One lesson learnt not to order Mexican in a resto which has more italian specials.

I went their twice and both the time I was disappointed cause most of the options on the menu was not available and their AC was also not working. Second time I was more upset as I went with family to enjoy the 30 inches pizza which they have on their menu but bad luck that their oven was not working on that day. Its a good option for home delivery through any food delivery app. Definitely not for dine in.

I visited this restaurant with my friend. We both tried veg pizza and buffalo wings. The pizza crust was soft, and the buffalo wings tasted really good with BBQ sauce. A must-visit if you are someone who loves to eat food with a lovely ambience.

Chicken is halal but they also serve pork , so didn’t try anything. No comment on the food.For the place, they definitely need to get their ACs n Fans working. Was quite hot in there.

Earlier few years ago, the ambience would be great and pleasing. But not sure now it all went off. But the taste and quality of food is good

We went to this restaurant for dinner on a Monday night. There were a lot of Zomato and Swiggy guys outside, but we were to only one in the restaurant to dine in. The place is not well maintained but the food is good and staff is curteous. We ordered Dry Lamb, Nachos, Pizza and Lasagne which were all good. The staff was curteous too. Overall it is a good place for Mexican, Continental and Asian cuisine.

The ambience was cool .. The taste of the food was amazing.. However the service would have been better.. the waiters were too occupied to attend us..(no strings attached)It would been better if the service was better..

Sadly the effect of inflation and difficulty in keeping the business live on this economic situation having a influence of the services , and quality . We visited today . The nachos was stale with no sour cream and less toppings . It takes ages for the order to come through . Clearly understaffed and staff not properly trained , though innocent people , have no clue of servicing . Hygiene not upto the mark. . Was shocked to see the guy is who is preparing the food takes it and taste it as and wheh he prepares . Quite awkward . Once used to be a fan , but today disappointed. Will not go again . pizza l though it came late , was good , but not good enough to overlook the cons

Standards have gone really bad. The pastas were overcooked, Nachos served without sour cream (and no apologies on that other than the chef will be informed), waiters were running around like headless chicken. So if you want to try an authentic Italian or Mexican food, then please definitely dont go to The Pedrenos. Waste of time and money!

Its located right adjacent to the road. Easy to spot. The have parking for 3 vehicles. Lots of seating inside and outside.The food is really good. Good value. Staff are really nice as well.

Very sad place... They think they are great and are living in there own little world with the same regular customers who come for their pizza. I went there for the first time and it is my last time. I dont think the owners know the concept of hygiene and they teach the staff to have a blind eye towards hygiene.On our table there were many small tiny maggot producing flies and we even traped one in the glass just to show it to the waiter ( have a video).When we showed it to the waiter he simply opened the glass and let the fly go and took the glass and went.If you value hygiene, please dont go to this restaurant.

Visited this place after a recommendation from a friend as our place is far off but the journey was worth it.. nice ambience with limited parking space..since we were only 2 we ordered only few items..first up was the tandoori momos.. excellent taste and quantity..then ordered a chicken burger with chips..I ll give it a 3 star because of the bun size..and the chips were different but fine..then we ordered a 8 inch one side 4 cheese and other side chicken wood fire pizza..the pizza was good with cheese consistency..their highlight is the large pizza which you must try if you go with a bigger group..

Pedreno- Global fusion restaurant (American,Chinese and Mexican). Finally visited this place for their hyped signature 30inch pizza which is must try! I felt it was quite overpriced(3000 rupees). They can reduce the price. The chef informed us that pizza will take 1 hour to prepare. meanwhile, we tried out their spicy buffalo wings and ravioli. We choose 4 different side for our Pizza and choked seeing the damn size. It was filled with lot of meat and quality was good. It didn’t live upto my expectation but surely pizza lovers will love it !

A good restaurants to hangout with friends. They have lot of fusion foods. Whatever food we ordered was super delicious and tasty.

Enjoyed the food! Must say the Ravioli was pretty good. The service could have been better but nevertheless would go again :)

An advise would be to choose your dishes according to your palate, its more of a fusion between Italian and Indian hence mostly sweet and less spicy 🌶 as we like it .The Barbecue paneer starters is a unique dish on its own, but only the sweet tooth would love.I personally was not a fan of it.The jalapeño Cheese balls are a must try, especially for cheese lovers. Melts in your mouth 😋.The pizzas are a classic. Loved the taste and service. A definite to go back place. Totally recommend!

They serve 30 inch pizzas which is what we had when I last visited. You can customise the pizza to have upto 4 different flavours in a single 30inch pizza. Ice-cream were also good they are like those Italian ice cream. It takes 30 mins to make the 30inch pizza so order ahead.

Ordered paneer bbq wings and 2 veg pizzas which are a combination of 4 half of toppings. Starters were super late. Pizzas were okayish. Service was damn slow (disappointed. We were billed wrongly which was luckily highlighted by a friend. Would have given 2 rating, since the previous time i had was good. Gave it a 3 star

Nice ambience. Small place. Tons of varieties. Enjoyed Fried momos, Crab kebab,and Barbecue Chicken Pizza. A must visit place for food lovers. A little bit pricey. But you wont get disappointed..

Pedrenos is definitely in the top 10 areas for pizza in Chennai. If youre coming with a group, make sure to try the any of their 30" pizza. Theyre absolute monsters of a pizza and its a herculean task to finish it.They mainly specialize in thin crust pizza. The Peri Peri Veg pizza is a really good one. The Fumo-Formaggio is pretty decent too.The Green Apple Mojito is an amazingly refreshing drink and is a must try.Given Pedrenos 4 stars as I expected their pizzas to be a tad better, but theyre still really good!

This restaurant is in a quiet location. Love the pizza served here and other items we have ordered on the menu like chicken ball, cheese ball, nachos etc etc... even the ice cream are on the menu which is yummy. Staff are really polite, place is really clean and not much crowded. They have outdoor seating to enjoy nice climate. Recommended fully for pizza lovers to visit this place.

Unique for its variety on pizza sizes, Pedrenos is a real good place for a group, craving for pizza!30 pizzas are its jaw openers!The place has a good customer service, who take you with good care.The taste of pizza is all better than an average pizza youd taste around here.Comes with thin crusts and big dosage of the flavour, all the pizzas as rolled and made inhouse.I may suggest this place only for a group of people, looking to try out different on pizzas for a change. Pastas, beverages compliment a bit. You wont regret!

I liked the variety in the menu - Italian, Thai, Chinese and American. Nasi goreng and Thai curry are delicious. Pizzas are Juicy, cheesy, and many combinations to choose.

This restaurant dont have pest control.. small insects flying around the table, biting, sitting on the food, falling on the food... personally I felt Irritating and it spoiled my mood to have food in this restaurant. Hotel Management has to take a serious action to control insects.

A great place place for fusion foods. Loved the ambiance. Best place for thin crust pizzas. If someone like to order any barbecue dishes please mention to add low amount of sauce.

The chicken Ceasars salad is good here and the combos are worth the money! Good ambience and they play if sports events happen.Only downside is that the ac wasnt working.

So starting with the food. The food was great but was delayed by 40 mins. Their cooking was also pretty good. Service was really excellent. Hats off to that. They make it using olive oil which is really healthy. Thats a bonus point lol.Ambience wide pretty good. Nice tables and crowd. They need to upgrade their TVs coz its bad really bad. Not to worry though.Dessert options are really nice. Its gelatino type dessert so pretty unique.The bad part was that my pizza that I ate for was tremendously costly for a 9 inch pizza. It was 700 RS... Dominoes do give that for half the price. But unique and colourful...Satisfied 😊😋

Amazing Starters, Pasta (best pasta everand Soups were really good.Great Gigantic Pizzas, we went to have 30 inches pizza, thrilled that I ate it but the taste wasnt that great.Awesome Desserts, gelatino ice-creams were the highlight.

Very slow, indifferent service. Expensive. Small portions. Salty. Will never visit again.Ordered:Baked Aubergine with Parmesan - got 2 small salty stacks of Aubergine with basil leaves on top, for 352!! Edible.Nachos with cheese dip - got a small katori of cheese dip surrounded by some local, store bought stale nachos (not even Doritos-level qualitywith a few mutilated black olives on top, tasteless red beans paste and some tomato-onion...thing they choose to call salsa for 295!! Couldnt finish more than half.... pathetic.Pepperoni-Mushroom+broccoli+zucchini half-half pizza - served without the main ingredient in the veg half - Mushroom!! When this was pointed out, they simply brought a small bowl with some cooked mushroom and plonked it on the table - no regret, no apology. They also didnt think it necessary to apologise for serving the pizza a full 20 mins late, that too after several reminders. The pepperoni side was extra salty. The veg side was tasteless. 1070 for this nonsense!In spite of such poor service and pathetic food, they added a 7% Service Charge which I made them remove later. Overall damage - 1908 and a wasted Sunday night.The draw here is a big 30 inch pizza which makes people go weak,I guess - nothing else can explain the crowds. This is a rip-off operation. Buyer beware.

Nice Italian restaurant and the staff are awesome. Been there for lunch and ordered 30 inch pizza. May be because of that, pizza doesnt taste good. And again, garlic bread sticks. I found little garlic over the breads. And once again, Pizza huts garlic bread sticks win hearts!! Cozy restaurant. But then, a little cheese doesnt make any difference in Pizza. Crust is supposed to be thin, but its not.

Good place for Italian delicacies but price is on the higher side and service is fast ambience is good.Can not be visited regularly and it can only accommodate 30-40 people max including inside and outside sitting.Gelato here are a must try.😋

A great restaurant to have various nations cuisine.. It serves American, Italian, Mexican, Chinese food at major. Theey have variety of drinks options too and a number of dessert to select from. The ice creams displated here are Yummilicioius 😋

The Padrino CafeI have visited Padrino twice and I already have items in mind to order during my next visit!My picks:1. Piccante crispy calamari - crispy batter fried calamari that comes with an in-house dip. A Seafood lovers must!2. Crispy Cajun chicken strips - coated with herbed batter, ground cornflakes and well spiced chicken, this is one was also my personal favorite which comes a dip.3. Jalapeño cheese balls - melted cheese and picked jalapeños,best combination that you can ask for.4. Gnocchi formaggio - gnocchi is made from boiled potatoes eggs and flour, which are shaped into tiny balls and cooked in boiling water. The restaurant serves gnocchi with different sauces and I went for the cheese sauce with prawns. The quality is a lot that can be shared atleast by 3 members. You hardly find restaurants in chennai serving gnocchi so dont miss this one.5. Peri peri chicken pizza - spicy and tangy chicken with vegetables on a thin crust pizza! They had mayo drizzled on top that added to the taste.6. Ice tea - in a city like chennai you need to keep yourself hydrated. This drink is not just a healthy option but satisfies your tastebuds as well.7. Ferrero rocher milkshake - chocolate gelato, ferrero rocher, chocolate sauce! Heaven in a jar!8. Panacotta with blueberry compote - however stuffed you this dessert is so light that you can finish this all by yourselfWhat I loved about their starters was that they werent oily though they are all fried. They have different dips as that taste equally good. The quality is a lot and atleast three people can share all their dishes. All the dishes are freshly made and are served hot. Please have space for deserts. Thats one mistake I always do, overeat and not she space for deserts, specially in places like these that serve authentic deserts that are made in-house. They also have selection of gelatos in interesting flavors.Ambience:This is a pretty place that fits around 30 to 40 people at a time. They French windows so you have natural light during that day time and you don really need lights. They have couches as well as chairs and tables depending on the number of people to be seated. And their is plenty of walking space around the restaurant.Service:I would give the service 10/10. You have smiling faces welcoming you, taking care of your seating, helping you with your order and size of the portions, filling your water and literally taking so much efforts to make you feel at home.

Great experience at the Padrino. We ordered the biggest pizza they had and then we ordered another one. The owner was a friendly guy. We were accommodated outside which want bad at all. The pizza was also great. It was a great evening.

Good place God father of food ...Be specific when u order the guys who takes order can turn on saying its the same what I have told u as my order.Everything was good except the bad pizza experience.asked for non veg pizza and they served veg asked waiter that its a wrong order he said no its the same what needs have order. After that we request to replace and bring a fresh made chicken pizza but sad that they just topped up with more pathetic spicy sauce and chicken chunks double baked and served us ( bad experience pizza was too spicy , texture was like roasted papad , burnt the Manager or supervisor no one bothered to check with us despite stating the entire conversation
