Very clean and relaxed atmosphere. This was my very first shot at giving yoga a try. Looks like Wednesdays are Men Only night which was what I was looking for. Excellent way to relieve stress along with pushing boundaries in your mind and body. Instructor Lindsey made my first experience very pleasant and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Powers Of One Yoga👍
