The most clean and well kept bar in a very large radius. Well thought out design for traffic flow thats still being welcoming. The owner works super hard to keep an amazing atmosphere. You dont ever have to worry about skunky bottles or cans and the tap beers are always fresh.

Back in 95-96 was looking for a place to enjoy beverages and conversation. I had given up finding a watering hole and was walking back to my dorm with sad Charlie Brown music playing when I strolled upon The Pub. It became my home away from the dorm and I majored in cold beer and sloppy pool. Many fond blurry memories were created there.

Great atmosphere, great bartenders and good times! 11/10 recommend!

Thos place is really nice. Shuffle board, pool tables, long bar, quick bar tenders. What stinks is that you have to be 21 to get in so theres so many people that dont get to experience it until that age. Probably for the best.

Takes too long to get drinks. Bartenders dont have a good system and come across as if they dont want to be there.

Trivia on Thursdays is always a fun time. Nice sit down bar for drinks and lounging and chilling with friends. 21+ to enter drinks are fairly priced and bartenders serve quickly and politely. Another thing that impresses is the bartenders ability to remember drinks and names even if they just saw you once in a huge crowd. I enjoy the atmosphere and will continue to go back week after week

A great place to spend a night or three. Clean and simple with pool, darts, skiball and shuffleboard. 21 and older only. The staff is very friendly. The last Wednesday of every month they partner with the Nodaway Humane Society for Paws at the Pub, so bring your dog along with you! No where else Id rather spend a night.

Had a great time. Played pool and drank a couple of cold beers with my son on his birthday!

The atmosphere is really nice, for years it’s been one of my favorite bars in Maryville. The drinks are average and the prices are fair. The majority of the staff are friendly and do a good job. Parking can sometimes be a pain.

Went there for my first real bar experience and the bartender was amazing! Told us about different drinks and was very patient helping us narrow down our preferences. best experience, and a very chill atmosphere!

Hands down best Bloody Marys

To start with, there is no minimum charge when using a debit card. Drinks are served in glasses not bullshit plastic cups. Drink prices are the best in town. When you order a "single" its a double and a double is a triple. They do you right. Bartenders are Hot n Sweet (except for Jeffbut he is a damn good guy. They dont always have "Live Music" but when they do, theres never a cover and the music is always good. Most always on a Friday/Saturday night the place is packed. Everyone having a good time. No bullshit or fights. The Pub is the best bar in Maryville. Hope to see you there.
