Best BLT I have ever had!! I am told they have the best meatloaf too. Staff is friendly and energetic!! We will be back for a third time and more!!

I love this place! Take out or dine in, its my dinner spot. Quality ingredients in the food and tastes fresh.

They were out of just about everything I wanted but Im actually glad they were or I wouldve never had the Messy Bun sandwich. So delicious!

Went to this little place for a late night dinner, food was okay, but service was nonexistent took forever to put in our order, the sever gave us our food and never came back sat there with drinks needing a refill the whole time very disappointed

Great little hole in the wall. Food is amazing and the beer selection is on point. The live band is fun.

Our server, Dani (I hope thats spelled correctly), was very friendly. She also answered our, myself and my sister, million questions about Bisbee and art! Thanks Dani!

The food was fresh, local and delicious. I appreciate them being open somewhat late and I like that they were out of certain menu items because everything is made fresh and isnt frozen. We got the BLT and the meatloaf grilled cheese with the house made chips and both were memorable. Service was fast and the girls were nice. We will be back when in Bisbee again.

Im giving them 5 stars because the food, drinks, servers, and atmosphere was great. I recommend the house margaritas, as they were sweet and you couldnt taste the tequila but it kicks in hard as your walking back to your place of stay. I also recommend the Messy Bun( a meatloaf, bacon, cheese, BBQ sandwich the meat loaf was the juiciest yet not greasy and therefore best part.The only thing I was not ready for that almost lost a star was the bill. My girlfriend and I got one soda(6 bucks), two mixed drinks(34), one beer(8), and two meals(22for almost 100 bucks.It is a nice place but the drinks were Vegas prices and for a dive bar it was a little much.Maybe Im just being cheap but I feel like for such a small town the prices were just a little high.

Nowhere in America will you find better people, food, or drinks. The owner and staff are not only considerate and compassionate human beans; they also make pretty sicknasty food with house-made ketchup and ranch.You MUST try their homemade meatloaf on a sandwich (Zac special), their breakfast biscuits and gravy with an egg or three on top, and their portobello wrap is bomb.Update: "Wow! Dana at The Quarry in Bisbee has made it a point to provide free resources for her community such as free covid tests, narcan, HIV tests, clean needles and much other needed resources.I have not seen this anywhere so thank you so much to The Quarry!"

Delicious, especially for breakfast. Huge portions--very much the local spot to get great meatloaf sandwiches, burgers, salads, and the biggest mountain of french fries you have ever seen! Homemade ranch and ketchup--a total delight! Sometimes you have to wait awhile to get your food, but that is the case everywhere when Bisbee gets busy. Have a delicious cocktail while you wait. Highly recommend!

Tasty burger, delicious BLT, friendly staff.

One of only a few options for dinner on a Thursday night. Funky dive bar type place. Cool art. Decent vibe. Tasty fries. Burger tasted good too but for some reason they put a giant burger on a tiny bun making it not so enjoyable to eat

We got into Bisbee late at night and the Quarry was open, serving dinner and plenty of drinks. Its right across the road from the brewery but has more beers and selection than the brewery and food. So I would recommend going here because they have a full bar with food late. The Quarry has a great selection of bourbon and beers. The staff were wonderful and very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a good drink and large portions of food.

Easily my favorite place to stop for a beer & bite to eat in Bisbee. The food is great and the staff is wonderful. Best of all, the music playlist completely feels tailored to my youth, from stuff like They Might Giants to the Cure to Black Flag and everything in between. And if youre really lucky, you might get treated to a show on their small stage by a puppers

This funky and fresh place offers the best of both worlds for vegans and meat eaters alike! The hand crafted grilled cheese creations are hearty and the fresh cut fries and house made catsup are the perfect side!

This place has such a cool vibe. Our bartender/server was Dani and she is super. If you are ever fortunate enough to get her as your server, youll see what I mean.

Dont let the sticky floors and dive bar appearance scare you away. Inside is friendly service and a surprisingly good blackened salmon sandwich/salad. Would totally go back again.

Came just after 6 pm on a Sunday. Food was worth the wait. The Portobella Wrap and a cup of Tomato Bisque hit the spot!

We ordered 2 "Quarry Burgers" and were left to sit for 45 mins to an hour. After seeing multiple parties that arrived well after us receive their food, we were told our order was never put in and the kitchen hadnt even started on ours. After asking "if we still wanted our burgers" we decided to leave and got Burger King. This is the third year in a row weve come to Bisbee for the 4th of July, and this time the local food situation has been quite disappointing (we had a similar experience at another establishmentto the point that were even planning on visiting another area of Arizona next year.

Great made from scratch menu. Hand cut fries, salad dressings and condiments. I have not had anything but excellent food. This is a restaurant where you may wait for your food and it’s so worth it.

- Food was bland and tasted somewhat dirty- Food took over an hour to come out- imagery on walls made it difficult to eat- This place is incredibly satanicCame here with a small group and left knowing we’d never return. This place was recommended by a neighboring business.The food was incredibly bland, and the satanic (& some bloodyimages on the walls made it difficult to keep my appetite. Not to mention, the image of women bleeding out of their vagina’s and hangers as the stars on the American flag..I get it. We as women are facing a tough time in history. But I didn’t need to be reminded of this as I was eating. We came to Bisbee to have a good time and get my mind off of our miscarriage that occurred just 2 days ago. And I left the town and the whole experience incredibly distraught because of this restaurant experience.Not to mention, our food took over an hour to come out. Felt as though we were being held in a serial killer’s dwelling. I didn’t notice all of the disgusting images until we had already ordered.

My family just moved to Old Bisbee 3 months ago. I had never been to The Quarry prior to that. When my son and I went to eat with friends who were visiting, we really enjoyed ourselves.I got the ultimate grilled cheese add sliced tomato and bacon. One person got a BLT. Someone else got the meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and balsamic glazed carrots. My 15yo foodie son got the smoked gouda mac and cheese.Our ticket time was about an hour. Industry standard is 15-20 mins for lunch and 35-40 mins for dinner service. Idk what was going on, but they must have been swamped. It makes me wonder what their kitchen looks like and what, if anything, would make service easier on their kitchen staff.When we got our plates, everything was mouth-watering!!! The food was some of the best Ive EVER had. All of their sauces are made in house, amongst many other things on the menu. The quality of the food was top-tier. We all traded bites of food and couldnt come up with a single complaint about the flavors, techniques, etc.Two of us worked in the restaurant industry for 15+ years each. I worked as a chef all but 2 years. We both looked at each other and said the same thing...the food is AMAZING!...But the portion sizes are WAY TOO BIG!!!The other thing I noticed was that the bartenders were doing all of the serving and this isnt a tiny place. They were packed! Although our server, Dani, was attentive, kind, helpful, and showed up regularly to attend to us, it was clear that both bartenders were getting their butts kicked. I wanted to give this restaurant a 5 star review so badly, but I just couldnt.The bartenders could have used a couple of servers on the floor so they could focus. There were no bussers, so the bartenders had to do all of that too. The portion sizes were so huge that their food waste has to be astronomical. I had a side of fries that covered over half of my plate. 80% of them went to waste. My friends slice of meatloaf was about 2.5 inches thick-double the standard. His mashed potatoes should have been about an 8oz scoop, but it was definitely 16oz of mash. Insane!We loved every minute of our time there, but we agreed that the owner(scould make a few tweaks in portion sizes and save themselves a TON of money in food waste. We noticed several other tables with the same issue. Think of all the money going into takeout containers too. Maybe they could hire a busser/runner and a couple of servers for their busiest nights.I will definitely go back, no doubt about it. I was so impressed with the food that everything else took a back seat. Cant wait to eat there again!

There were about 20 people and 3 bartenders. We tried to do as the sign instructed and approach the bartender, but they didnt serve us.So we got a table and got lectured with the whole Office Space, "Yeah, I am gonna need you to approach the bartender, so we know youre here."We had already been there for 10 minutes. So the bartender comes out to bring menus out and take the order of the table next to us.I tried approaching the bar one more time before saying screw this place. 20 minutes spent. 0 food or drinks scored, but attitude galore.It was a blast, yo.

Had a pretty quiet meal. I am not a big meatloaf eating person, but had the meat loaf sandwich and it was actually quite good... meatloaf was done to perfection, topped with thick strips of bacon and loads of cheese and barbecue sauce with the biggest house salad Ive seen... The Quarry isnt busy on a Monday night and if your in town and looking for good service and quiet, Id recommend giving them a try...

Live music, homemade grub, a chill atmosphere and smiling faces! Come with an appetite... Even the grilled cheese will stuff you full!

Overpriced. Waited over 1.5 hrs for food. Not exaggerating. Paid $16 for two eggs, a 3 oz salmon filet (smallest Ive seen with bones inon a pile of diced potatoes. No apology given for the wait. Messed up order, fixed order, left charge on bill for messed up order, asked it be corrected, tried to hand back card and receipt for payment and was told by the waitress to hold on while she walked away.

Fantastic food but if youre in a hurry or have an attitude dont bother patronizing this establishment. Everything on the menu made from scratch and completely worth the wait. If youre willing to chill and let the Bisbee vibe guide you, you will have one of the best dining experiences of your life.

We walked in about 30 minutes after they opened on a Monday, with probably 10 other people inside. At first, everything seemed great (kind of like the beginning of a horror movie)…not busy, the server sat us quickly and was very kind and attentive. He made a great cocktail recommendation for my girlfriend that she enjoyed very much. Shortly after we ordered a burger, fries and grilled cheese. After about 20 minutes we noticed no food was coming out of the kitchen. Another 10 or so minutes goes by and food starts being served. A few orders came out close together but not ours. We assumed their process was to make a few tickets at a time in groups, which was fine because the food looked quite tasty. It seemed to be worth the wait so I ordered another drink. The restaurant had gotten a little busier at this point and our server said he would get to it as soon as he had free time. That was the last time that drink was ever even mentioned…Another 20 minutes goes by and still nothing. Some food starts to come out of the kitchen in groups again but others who ordered after us were getting served instead. 10 minutes later our server comes by and informs us that our food ticket was somehow misplaced and that it would be another 20-30 minutes. He only offered to have one drink taken off the tab despite us already waiting an hour for a burger and grilled cheese. We decided to pay our tab and leave instead. I’m sure the food would have been delicious but the experience left a very sour taste is our mouths and will not be going back. It’s also come to my attention after the fact that most, if not all, of the staff takes part in Satanism. Personally if I would have known this before hand I would have never stepped food inside to begin with. Bisbee is a beautiful, quirky and historic place but The Quarry is a blemish on the towns reputation. Cheers and God speed.

Great as always! Hadnt been for while (thanks, global pandemicbut - as always - totally worth it all. Even had great service during a power outage, too. Thanks to Dana and everyone else at The Quarry for always keeping it awesome (and delicious)!Just remember, this is not a fast service establishment. Just sit back, relax, and enjoy. 🥰

Cool little gastropub. Bit of a dive, but I love dives. Food was incredibly delicious; my only complaint is that the petite sirloin came with a ridiculous amount of fries, and was clearly cooked with or over a fire that tasted of lighter fluid. Well be back though.

The Quarry is a wonderful place for grub and drink. The barmaid was really attentive, sharing her favorites regarding craft beer, free-range beef entrees, and more. I really appreciate the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

This fantastic gastropub hosted my husbands band recently and treated us supremely well. Its a fun space to enjoy live music and bring your appetite because WOW their kitchen offers smile inducing, tummy pleasing, wholly delicious, generous plates of food. Be there or be square! Haha! JK, but really this place has so much to offer so be sure to stop in the next time youre in Bisbee.

Food is absolutely amazing!!! Currently my favorite place to eat in Bisbee! The flair is unique, reminiscent of a headbangers bar buy if you are not there for the music but for the food, your tummy will totally thank you!

A very unique, welcoming and beautiful spot. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh, with extremely generous portions. My old fashioned was on point. The human who helped us and took our orders was quite courteous, thourgh, and quite pleasant. I took my parents here for dinner, we all had a good ol time, plus my fiancee had a groovy pinball experience. I would highly recommend you get on over there. Everything was lovely and pleasing.

Outstanding food. Bloody Mary was one of the best Ive ever had. You can tell they put of heart into their food using original ingredients. Julia who take care of us was fun and spot on.

Even without a band playing it has a great vibe with great music playing. The entire staff is amazing, super polite, and attentive. The food (Gouda Mac and cheese, hand crafted cheeseburger, with a giant side of pepper frieswas delicious. A few craft beers on tap and a decent selection of craft in cans. To round it out there is art on the walls you can look at and buy if you feel inclined to do so.

We have been here 3 times. The first time, we experienced flavor explosion! Food is amazing and fantastic but we noticed it took just over 30 minutes for our food to be prepared. Our next visit was just like the first. Friendly and chatty staff and amazing flavors.Our last visit, tonight was terrible. We tried calling ahead to place a to go order. Call cannot be completed. We get to the restaurant, place our order around 8pm. After 40 minutes, my husband asked the bartender with the skunk hair if we could get an update on our order. He went to the kitchen and came back to say, it will be another 20-25 minutes. We ordered a burger and Mac & cheese to go. How is it taking an hour+ to get that made? When my husband asked if our food had even been started as we would likely cancel our order, the bartender had so much attitude stating everyone is waiting for an hour for their food.Since when is it ok, to just expect people to sit at a bar and wait for over an hour for 2 items on a to go order? How is that even possible?? Sadly, we wont be going back.

My first experience was a called in take out order. I live in Naco, about 8 miles away. I stopped at the store and got delayed. When I got there, I told the waitress I had an order I had called in. She went to the kitchen and came back apologizing that she hadnt put the order in.I wish I would have just left then. I ordered a burger, and it was great. However it was overshadowed by at least a pound of cold fries.My son bought me dinner for my birthday there. I asked for the sirloin strips. Not one of them was chewable, pure gristle. And again with the overload of fries.Dont bother. Neither the service or the food are good.

The meatloaf sandwich was tasty. Sazerak cocktail was good. Wait staff not very friendly. Waited quite a while for food. Not sure about the people frequently exiting and reentering the establishment. Atmosphere was dark and weird. Least favorite place to eat the whole week.

Came here on a Saturday night for dinner and received the BEST service! Super friendly and attentive employees and bartenders made our meal better. Free pinball for the kids while we wait for food!? Yes please. Will definitely come again as the food prices were just right and everything tasted great.

We went for lunch and asked for chefs choice on the party fries. The chef/owner herself came out to make sure all of the toppings she suggested were cool with us, including sautéed greens she picked from her garden that morning! Needless to say, the food, drinks, and staff were all phenomenal and we highly recommend!! A must visit in Bisbee!

Bar with food- good food, local food, homemade food. Best homemade ranch Ive had in a verrry long time. Cant speak for the drinks because I had coffee but our server was fast and kind. It was nice place to get out of the cold and warm up with some food before driving back to Tucson.

The food was rich and cheesy. I had the Zacateca, and it was more than enough food. I couldnt finish it. The ranch dressing is delicious and house made. They have a good beer selection, a full range from cheap to some good local options and some real good craft cans too. The service was great, from both the bartender and the food runner who made sure I had all I needed.The only thing I didnt expect was the ambiance. I loved it, but its very grungy, unique, snarky and a little bit punk. From the online photos I was expecting a more swanky place. Not an issue for me, but may be for others. I imagine this would be a great place to catch a show at night.

Do NOT go here. If I could give 0 I would.Came here for breakfast 5 minutes after they opened. We were greeted and our drink orders were taken. We waited about 10-15 minutes - orange juice was freshly squeezed so acceptable. We were waiting for our waitress to take our order. She told us itll be about 5 more minutes because the cook isnt here yet. We said that was fine. Another 20 minutes after the cook (who I just found out is the OWNERwe had our order taken. About an HOUR AND A HALF after we ordered we got our food. This was an hour after the people who ordered just before us got their food and about 45 minutes after the people who ordered AFTER us got their food... it was about 5 minutes after we finished our food that we got our check (#priorities).I ordered the eggs Benedict. Way too much lemon in the hollandaise sauce, my poached eggs would be considered "over hard" and my English muffin is a biscuit..When I brought up my concerns I was told the owner is tok busy to talk to us and was given excuses for the service and food quality.Literally worst experience I have EVER had - and that includes IHOP.

Food was outstanding! My wife and I ordered the quarry burger and we both loved it. My chief complaint about the burger is though the bun is made from scratch and was delicious, was not large enough to support the sandwich. The staff was friendly but a little slow to serve us in the beginning.
