The Rare Find Antiques and Collectibles in McPherson County

We stopped to look for rocks and gold coins and found both. Very kind man helped answer all our questions.

A very good collection of high end antiques!

There a lot of nice stuff here.

Hours posted 9-5. I showed up at 4:15 and they’re closed.

We stopped into the shop today. We wont be returning. To qualify, were in the antiques business! We love stopping other shops and we buy all the time. For ourselves and to resell to our dealers in NY and CA.Im giving this shop one star because he has a lot of nice items. High end items. HOWEVER there is a reason he has a shop full of nice items. He doesnt sell them. The prices are astronomical. Again, we sell antiques for a living so we know the market. Often I would reach out to pick up an item and he would yell "thats $600!"Youll notice the other reviews talk about how nice the stuff is, but they never mention buying anything! This isnt a store for buying.We were friendly and made small talk but then as I went further and further to the back of the store I noticed he was hovering. He thought I was going to steal something and followed me all around the store. Finally it got to me so much we just left and I told him politely I didnt appreciate being followed around the store.Also, he wasnt wearing a mask even though McPherson requires them and my wife and I were both wearing them. he also insisted on talking to me very close. I felt like he was doing it on purpose.We will never go into this store again and wouldnt recommend it.

What a wonderful place to browse and to shop. I could take all day to go through this quaint store. So much nostalgia, it has many times taken me back to my childhood. The are many unique and rare antiques available. Mark, the owner, knows his business very well and can answer any questions you may have. He is a very impressionable, laid back person. Even when he us really busy, he still takes time for you.

Shopkeeper was very nice, had a nice variety of antiques.

This is an awesome antique store. Lots of amazing items especially if you were wanting to decorate in a western ranch/cowboy theme. Personally, I found his prices very high. But if I were an overpaid, overrated celebrity wanting to decorate in an old west theme this would be the place.

Awesome variety of antiques! Mark is super friendly and knowledgable, always willing to answer any questions!! One of the best antique stores in the midwest, hands down!

I drove a long distance to visit this store during the posted open hours. I arrive to find the door locked and the owner milling about inside ignoring my knocks. Local showed up and said that I was wasting my time, guy is rude and rarely open. This is the second and last time I have tried visiting this store, not worth your time or effort.

Felt like I was being pushed toward the door.Crappy way to treat honest people. I am a veteran.
