The Shop in Cochise County

The shop is the only auto place I trust. We took my chysler in and because he couldnt fix the problem he didnt charge us. When we took my Honda in he fixed it and told us are oil cap had been taken off. He ordered us a new one and didnt charge us for that. He is a great mechanic and like I said one of the few I trust. I went to a different shop here in town and ended up with more issues. Highly recommend the shop!

Single female in a machinic shop in a town I dont know. Wow, I was treated so nice and they fixed my truck quickly and so reasonable. Again, wow.

We left our RAV 4 at The Shop out of the blue after it broke down and Derrick was able to take a look at it the next morning. It wasnt something he could fix but he gave us all the information he could and didnt charge us for all the time he spent investigating the issue. Seems like a stand up guy

Stranded from out of town, I asked a gentleman (guessing the ownerjust f he would take a look at my truck to try to help me out, so I could get back home. I was told do you see all the work I have out here, that would be unfair to my customers. I’m thinking they would completely understand their mechanic taking a few hours away from their cars to help a stranded stranger. Maybe not. Was turned away and asked to try to find another mechanic to help:/

Visiting in Benson Arizona when our check engine light came on. Was referred by a gentleman who called The Shop and confirmed they could check our truck. Arrived 5 minutes later and was immediately helped by the staff. Very professional and knowledgeable. Cleared our codes and refused payment. Superior customer service.

Very very Great service! After taking my truck to Mescal auto and got ripped off and never fixed the problem. I was referred to The Shop. He fixed the problem with half the price of Mescal auto. Derrick really knows what he is doing. I highly recommend The Shop.

Wow!! This is one of the best mechanics I have ever been to.I was driving down I-10 when all of the lights on my dash stopped working. I drove to Benson and stopped at the first repair shop I saw - they told me they couldnt help and that it would be days before they could even take a look. I spotted The Shop across the street and pulled in. The mechanic immediately stopped what he was working on and started helping me. He ran diagnostics and got to the root of the problem. He made professional recommendations and helped me get back on the road. I cant recommend The Shop enough.

I was driving from Houston to Phoenix and my check engine light came on and my car started running rough. I stopped at a few places that said they were all booked up and didnt have time to look at my car. They took a look at my car and found that it was a simple fix and did it right there at a fair price. A+ service! I am super grateful that they took the time and saved my trip

Pulling 38 ft 5th wheel with Dodge 1 ton. Engine light comes on after we unhook. Stopped at three places in Benson, Az and then referred to The Shop. Instant service. Stopped everything he was working on came out put his machine on the computer in the truck. Cleared the problem. What a great man. We thank you. You need help go to The Shop. Highly recommend.

Such great hospitality! Our car basically took a dump and we couldn’t do anything about it, had to book a room for the night, and no Uber, Lyft, or taxi service was available. The owner personally gave my husband, baby daughter and I a ride to the hotel! Thank you!

Good price, nice people

They do not fix the problem. They will charge you for what they did. If it does not fix the issue of why you brought your car to them they tell you to take the car to dealership. So you end up paying a lot of money but car is not fixed. They will also keep your car for weeks and no phone call on what the progress is and they will tell you they were too busy. I recommend taking your car to another shop.

Passing through town and our Jeep broke down. They fit us right in. It took a bit to correct the problem, but we were very happy with the service, price and treatment.
