I’m assuming this firm is solely profit based. I attempted to get a legal view on an idea I have to help with the homeless crisis in Seaford, DE. The first person I spoke with seemed receptive and took notes. It seemed promising that a lawyer would call me back, but they had someone call me back and tell me plain and simple that they were not gonna help me and hung up. I think there is a sense of community and responsibility a law firm should have in the town they serve; I didn’t get that from them.

I retained Derek Gay Esq. to help me resolve a "handful" of traffic tickets and within a few short days he had a plea agreement in hand from the prosecutor dropping multiple charges and reducing the many tickets down to only 2 points and a $100 fine.
