I walked in and not once was greeted. Throughout my visit the lady at the counter didnt even ask if I needed anything. When I asked her if they had something and she was so nasty and rude and said whatever is out that, thats it. I went up to the counter and she was arguing with me with an attitude about a discount. I ended up leaving everything and went to Scrubs and beyond. They deserve my money after that visit.

Does this place have set times? Or do the employees close whenever? 3 times I e been to this store and each time the cLosing time was different. Update the website or post a sign and stop wasting customers time. Friday night this store was closed by 7:30, horrible!

Honestly, the quality of the uniforms is poor. Better off getting your uniforms elsewhere. Though, one of the staff members that usually works there at night, is very nice. However, I cant say the same thing about the other woman who works there during the day. Not very nice!

Horrible service.prices way too high.no customer service skills from one employee.She opened late and was rude.Told me where the sales rack was and still did not honor discount posted in store.she claimed the pants were in wrong spot.There was 10 of the same pants under a huge sign that said 20% off.never goin back

Walked in to buy some scrubs. The two ladies working said hello and proceeded to carry on with their conversation. I as a manager take customer service very seriously was not impressed. Not once did they ask me if I needed help or what type of uniform i was looking for. I wanted to purchase a uniform but since the customer service I didn’t receive was very poor I decided not to go through with my purchase. When I walked out they didn’t even say bye or have a nice day. I won’t be back.

Very rude when I bring my stuff to the register and hear “That’s it?” in a stern voice from the same woman. How bout, “Did you find anything you need?” Or “Hows your day going?”All she seemed to care about was my initials on the receipt so I know that it’s exchange only.This has happened on multiple occasions. 👎🏼

Watch out people!!! They take your money and then if your unsatisfied they dont give you a refund. They give you store credit and you can only use the gift card in the store and not on online.. I dont live in the area so they beat me out of 103.50.I will never buy another scrub from this place. The uniforms are all on the racks thats why they keep your money. No ones shops there.
