Love that you can drop off USPS mail here, as there is not a post office very close by.

Crooks, they charge $1 per page to scan papers and email them. Never doing business here again. See ya!

Dropped off a package to be shipped out. Package was dropped off on Wednesday at 12:00 pm. Was told by the lady working that the package would arrive no later than Monday as I had paid for 2 day shipping, (it was a very time sensitive package). It arrived Tuesday afternoon to its location and when I called to see what would be done they told me there is nothing they can do. So I have lost the money that was spent on two day shipping as well as having the package returned because they company will not accept it now. Terrible service as well as management. Highly recommend going somewhere else to ship anything. I would have given it zero stars but it wouldn’t let me.

Holy Cow, these guys are amazing. I love going to this store. They are so fast and zipped through a lobby full of customers in no time. I appreciate their good spirits in a stressful time!

Extremely slow service

I really count on this place to receive packages for me weekly that are very important. The staff is so nice and I must say that I reallly appreciate it when a business is providing a high level of service in these crazy times!

I had packages shipped there for business. (Called before shipping to make sure they would hold them. They said they would for a fee.When my colleague went to pick them up, they couldnt be found even though we had tracking information showing they were delivered and signed for by the owner. (Apparently, all the employees sign for packages as the owner.After much commotion, they finally physically searched for the packages. (They had been relying on their computer system to tell them what they had.What a surprise; they found the packages which they hadnt scanned into their system as received. The packages sat for 2 days and no one bothered to scan them in. Im not sure how they run that store, but that seems really irresponsible, especially when they charge a fee to hold packages for pick up.

Every time I’ve gone here the staff has been very helpful and friendly. I had so many Amazon returns to do and Kari was so happy to help. She made the process seamless and simple.

I had the best experience here this morning. I messed up a couple things on my Amazon returns and Kari was so patient and so kind. She went out of her way to help me fix the codes, package my returns and get me squared away. She had several customers come in while she was helping me and made sure we were all taken care of at the same time! Kari also accepted my postal service mail and helped me find the cheapest rate for a package I was sending to Hawaii. Would definitely recommend this location! Thank you Kari!

I had to drop off a package at this particular store yesterday. There is only 1, yes ONE marked spot for UPS, everything else is tanning and the dog groomer place. Once inside I was greeted kindly and the girl working was very sweet and helped me get receipt of my amazon returns. I miss that they will package it for you at UPS, but there is still a good amount of stores to make it convenient. Thank you girl working, good experience. The no left turn in and the one spot I would say are the only downfalls of this store.

I went in with two returns to Amazon, each with quite a few instructions on how to specifically package the item and send them back. CJ helped me navigate my way through it, sealing and printing labels until it was perfect and set to go. CJ was really pleasant, happy to help, and had the entire process done within 5 minutes. I am so appreciative to find a friendly, competent person who does his job well and seems happy to help! Great service!

Do not use this location! I paid a lot of money to do next day air and they didnt even bother to put it on the plane till 2 days later. When I spoke with the shipping hub they said this happens a lot with this store.

I always know that I will have a great experience at this location of UPS Store. All the employees are knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Although I have many options for service, I always come back to this location for all of my business and personal needs such as shipping, notary and printing.If I could give 6 stars I would.

A Colombian curly hair female help me prepare my package. She offered different solutions to fit my budget. Very pleased with the outstanding customer service in this location. As a former FedEx corporate manager this is what we look for in our staff, promote this young lady before I come back with an offer letter for her.

I always stop at this location as they have the most helpful staff. The other day I had 30 very large boxes I dropped off and they were happy to help.

There are 4 people here waiting and its 8:39 wanting to ship items but its not open and no one inside, just saw a grey van zoom around us to the back. Im going to be late for my work now so I cant get my shipping done even though I was here first. Not good business to not be open when scheduled.

Ive gone in here 4 different times and each time Ive had a bad experience. They have a contract with Amazon to provide shipping for returns but they have tried to charge me twice unnecessarily. I contacted Amazon and was told that they shouldnt be requesting a fee for packaging, especially when the item was being returned in the same way it was shipped. Now I just go to Kohls and avoid this location altogether. I went in recently to have color copies made because my printer was out of ink and I needed to make copies in a rush. The color copies wouldnt print properly; they would only print in black and white. I had already paid and I told the woman I didnt want the copies if they wouldnt print in color. She told me in a rude tone that she would have to charge me anyway (Im assuming she thought I would protest). I told her okay (even though I was pretty annoyed inside). I started walking out and the woman then accused me of not paying. I told her I already had and then she realized her mistake when she saw the printed out receipt. No apology, just acted like nothing happened. I wont be returning even if I have to drive a little further from home next time. Please dont patronize such a poorly run establishment.

Staff was polite and very efficient. Not too busy for the time of the day. Parking was easy to find.

I am frustrated and disappointed in the draper location. As of 6/24/2020 Salt lake county is mandating mask usage when in public. When I went there today, not only were they NOT enforcing that with the customers, not even the employee was wearing a mask. Of the 7 people there, (including meonly 3 wore a mask. This is absolutely unacceptable in todays world.

Customer service was fine, but they charged me a dollar to print a label. Thats hilarious, a dollar for one piece of paper. Reason for one star is all the other ups stores I have been to don’t charge to print of a single piece of paper.

Refereshing that it must be normal to be extra helpful and go the extra mile at this UPS store... The customer service is over the top! Ill read my return shipping instructions more clearly next time 🤦.. thanks for a quick uncomplicated experience!! Also, a little tricky to find, in from the stop light and down to the right.. Look for the signs on the ground 👍

I brought in my Amazon returns and didnt have boxes. The sweet staff here had brought in their own boxes for others to use just in case. They saved me a n extra trip home and back and packaged the boxes up for me. Thank you!!

UPS Works so nicely and fast. I had a bad experience working at a call center in sales with them. But the phone customer service is way different than the face to face service. The one here in Draper is nice and clean.

Very friendly and helpful. I had a lot of packages and get the stink eye from a competing store. These guys took care of me quickly and were very friendly.

This is a great option for mailing packages to Missionaries! They package and ship. Super easy. Kari is knowledge and friendly. I’m taking my next laminating project there. So glad this store is so close to home!
