Rented a room from this place several months ago. The place is a dump, no tv, child sized beds, outdated, old and musty. Yuck! The only convenience was being close to the beach.

LGBT folks, 👬👭✋, 1 block to the beach. 1 block to clubs. Street was quiet at night. Affordable prices, this place would not be appropriate for children. Friendly inn keeper, we will visit again.
