The hairstylist who used to cut hair for me has left, so they recommended Martin for me. He didnt do what I asked for, and I ended up with an old-fashioned and super short hairstyle. Now theres nothing I can do to save my hair. Will never go to this place again.客服推荐了Martin，不仅没按照我的要求剪（理发期间一直评价我过去的发型和我不搭，拒绝我保留刘海的要求），且自作主张的给我剪超短发，远远短于要求的长度。在说明外侧头发不会剪层次后，依然给我剪了非常明显的层次。店里灯光看不出来，但回家后发现这个发型非常老土，并且因为太短而没法补救。不会光顾第二次这种地方。

回家后发现叫Michael的理发师给我剪的左右不一样齐。技术差还收那么贵真是无语。

找的总监洗剪吹，剪之前沟通过不要太短，长短至锁骨，总监倒是非常能聊天，差不多一个半小时后长度连肩膀都不到，总监说换个造型也不错……我想说的是技术不用怀疑，少聊天，少说自己私事，多跟客户确认下行不行？这么短的头发太难看了大概3个月不用剪了…

I stumbled upon TIANYD when I was looking around Lemon Grove and decided to go for a wash/cut/blowdry since I’m due for a haircut. Luckily it was still early and they were able to accommodate me even though I have no prior reservation.It started with a neck/shoulder/head massage for about 30mins. Followed by chinese style hair wash, which is shampooing and some scalp massage all in the comfort of your seat. (Rinsing will be on the usual salon faucet seat.Then you will be redirected to another section of the area for your haircut. Tea/water are also offered.Even though most of the staff speaks Mandarin, a manager can do the translation for you, so communication will not be a problem. They are also very warm and professional.From start to finish, I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience. Overall, it was such a nice surprise and I will definitely come back for my next haircut. The price is also very reasonable compared to others, given with the service that they provided. I definitely recommend. You can always give it a try and check for yourself.
