Accidentally had tickets sent to wrong email address Ticketebo quickly sorted it out and reissued tickets such a wonderful and helpful customer service team.

I had lost my tickets to an event in junk, and within minutes of emailing Ticketebo they got back to me with the tickets attached. It was such a great relief, as I only had hours before my event. I really appreciated it.

We used Ticketebo for our first event and they made it so easy. They were professional yet friendly and ready to help out with any queries I had. I will definitely be using them again for our next and every event in the future and will recommend them to anyone else looking for a ticketing company. What I also like about Ticketebo is that they dont charge ridiculously high booking fees and just charge a minimal fee which is very fair.
