Tie One On in Salt Lake County

I have been trying to get a last minute tie for my son. I came last night and apparently they closed earlier than their posted hours. It said that the store opened at noon today and here we are at 12:15 and the store is still closed. You can get higher quality ties on Amazon for less. Next time I’ll have to plan better and do that because this store is worthless!

I had a very unfortunate experience on Saturday, May 21. The manager on duty was speaking very condescendingly to a younger employee quite loudly saying over and over "you should know where things go by now, you shouldnt have to ask me and I shouldnt have to tell you." She repeated this many times in a rude tone and for all customers to hear. I said she should speak to him with more respect. She instantly turned her attitude on me and told me to mind my own business. She was very unfriendly, and very hostile. At one point she accused me, a man, of "this being my thing, coming into stores and accosting women." Her comments ran me and my family out of the store.Certainly this type of communication isnt taught by your business. I am stunned that someone with such aggressive communication would be managing a store. Certainly, I am not proud of everything I said in defending myself from her bully rhetoric.Please speak to her about improving interactions between her and customers. She joked that she just had a special type of relationship with the employee that allowed her to speak in such a degrading manner to him. There is no acceptable situation where her verbally battering the employee and then me is appropriate.I tried to reach out to them via their website to clear this up but to no avail as they didnt respond.

Need to update the store hours on the website. Been there twice when they say they’re open and they’re closed. Each time Eve been there are frustrated customers along side with me wondering why they’re closed when they say their open online

Great selection for such a small space the worker gave me advice on complimentary colors to help for a wedding

Good selection of ties but to be that seemed quite expensive. Perhaps in bring the times in tie-buying. Good place to find matching toes with dresses and other things. But then again, I can find great ties in his shape at Savers for $1.99.

I lovethe stroll that try sell mainly because its the extra evildoers that you cant find I other stores even if its geared for mens wear

They dont respond or care for customers properly. I had wait outside if their store for about an hour, still they hadnt responded properly. Its better to find ties in some other place.

Was able to find some ties.

Had a diversity of colord and styles that makes it my choice as the place to go for ties.

Although recommended as the #1 sushi place in town, I would have expected a place like Alaska to have some of the best sushi, but it was just okay. That was all made up by the Exceptional service which was accommodating to our many questions. In all, it’s a solid sushi spot, but nothing to write home about.

Great selection of quality ties. They have just about every color, pattern and style possible. Ive used this store for groomsmen ties, dance ties, missionary ties, fathers day ties, and any other occasion that necessitates in any need for a tie. Always my go to tie store!

They have TONS of ties at a very good price. This is the place to go if you need a tie for a wedding!

Tonight we needed to buy a tie for our wedding so we called ahead and found out that they closed at 7. We got to the store at 6:50 and the girl inside had already closed. When we asked her through the gate why they closed early she said she just needed to close early. But we stayed outside and watched as she just sat inside at the cashier counter doing nothing for the remainder of the time they were supposed to be open. Super unprofessional.

The ties are nice. They have a wide variety for adults and children, as well as a handful of accessories, such as tie clips and hangers. My big issue is with how much everything costs. 22ish bucks for a tie is a little outrageous. I only would shop here if I was too low on gas to get to a different shop.

If you ever need a tie, this is the place to go. Their selection is massive. Kind of expensive, and somehow didnt have the color I needed.

So much to choose from & the gal working that day was so sweet & helpful.

Move to inside mall. A pain to get to now.

Ive always found the ties/colors/sizes needed for my husband and boys.

Millions of colored and patterned ties. Not a place for Chromophobics though, trust me! They have lots of skinny ties which is a bonus for me because I follow the simple and elegant motto of: Skinny Ties for Skinny Guys. I do wish the employee working their greeted me when I walked in though, hence the 4/5 stars. Overall good experience.

Was told by a friend to look here for a good quality vest and all I have to say is my friend was right on the money it was a great quality vest I got and what shocked me even more was all the colors that they had available. This is definitely a place to go to if your looking for great quality.

Great selection of ties they literally have one in every color you can think of, and the quality of their ties are amazing the people the run this store know a lot about what they are doing.

The employee working tonight was the rudest employee I have ever met. She would barely speak to us and wasnt much help at all. My friend asked her how her day was to lighten the mood and she just said, "Im at work, so its been a day." I will never go here again.

Great selection of ties here. Youll be able to find one in practically every color, pattern, and design. I do feel the prices are a little up there, but that may be because you cant compare much when it comes to prices here. Good place, nonetheless.
