The ladies here do a fantastic job. The nail art is amazing and the pedicures are highly quality . I ve come here for 5 years and will not go anywhere else. They work with my busy schedule and are always ready and willing to accommodate any request I have. I would and have referred friends and family to this business.

They never fail to impress, definitely worth your money and they don’t get angry over constructive criticism. Jen always slays my nails ♥️

Went in to get a pedicure, sign said $20. Got my pedicure and headed to the desk to pay, the lady told me $35, I asked why. The sign says it’s $20. She said it was more because of the chair. I’m assuming because the chairs are massage chairs. I feel like I got scammed out of my money. Not coming back here.

Decided to find a place closer to home decided to check Elite Nails & Spa out. She did a great job on my nails and made sure I was happy with them before I left.

I would not recommend this location. I was so excited to go to this place yesterday and get my nails done but my nail technician cut me several times and filed my nails so thin. I kept telling her it hurt but she said it hurt because I never get my nails done (which isn’t true). As well, my nails were all sideways. I had to try and fix them when I got home

This is the only place I go and 10/10 recommended there all amazing and so nice and they get you right everytime

Been going to elite nail for many years and have been totally satisfied every time. I must say that I know to make an appointment cause they are busy most of the time. I highly recommend this place of business for your peticure and manicure.

Love, love love this place. Everyone is happy and good. I always get the ombre done on my nails. I was going on vacation and Jen did exactly what I wanted. They are always very good to my granddaughter when I take her. Have been going to them for almost 5 years now and wont go to anyone else.

I walked in two times and they were able to get me in both times!! I really like how long the nails last without lifting and Jen is very nice and has done a great job. The pedicure was very nice and relaxing as well. Ill be back, thank you.

I came into town for my sisters wedding and wanted to get together with 6 of us to get pre wedding pedicures. I called in advance to be sure we could all go together at the same time and repeatedly emphasized that this was for a special occasion , and was told yes, yes, yes. I called again the same day of the appointment to double check that we were set for 6 together that evening and was again told yes before I could even finish my sentence.We showed up 10 minutes prior to our appointment and they dont even have 6 chairs! 3 of the chairs were already filled so they insisted on 2 of us going before the others. We ended up leaving immediately and going across the street to Royal Nails (100% recommend!I have been here before and had a good experience but just know if you plan on coming with a group theres a good chance you wont get to chat during your pedicures.

Every time I go get a fill its different price! Just have basic tip acrylic one time it was 15$ one time 35$ one time 25$ they do the same thing each time !! When I question they say something and then all laugh ... Just wish it was more clear on pricing.. Says fill 15$ plus... if they did something different than what they do everytime I could see a different price but they dont !

They need to improve their customer service, they make them wait a long time and when they do their work in a hurry, the nails come out crooked, poorly done and not very aesthetic and they charge more expensive, I did not like it any of the times I went

I have gone here a couple times for a pedicure and never been disappointed so that’s always nice! But this time I came I wanted a gel manicure also, I have my baby shower in a couple of days and wanted to feel better. I left feeling disappointed and with a nail cut too short and a finger cut also! Multiple of nails have already chipped. They also feel and look very mushy & bubbly, several of my nails look grown out from the polish being so far from my cuticles and my nails look so uneven it’s ridiculous! On a couple of my nails also the polish was on top of my cuticles that when I was doing a little bit of dishes it peeled from being so low on my cuticle. I’m overall just very disappointed with the way my manicure came out :(

I came in for a pedicure for the warm weather. I am absolutely disgusted. The water for my toes was cloudy and had dead skin in it and when i said something they said “it’ll be clear later”. They also don’t use the disposable bags like most places do to keep it clean. Will not come here again

Booked an appointment in advance. I’m a new mom so can’t get out often or for too long. After waiting on a pedicure for 40 minutes I had to leave. 40 minutes after my appointment was set for and I wasn’t even seated, and didn’t look like I was going to be anytime soon. This is not my first experience there like this, so my fault for going back. I will not be booking with them in the future, as I cannot sit in a nail salon for close to 2 hours for one service. I can see this if I were a walk in, but not a customer that had previously set an appointment. I overheard another customer seated near me say it is always like that there. Very unprofessional to run a business that way.

Never had a pedicure, but was worth it. Very intimidating because Im a man who came alone, didnt speak the language, but theyll tell you what to do. Its a place to relax so let go and let them take care of you.

Called and set an appointment for 6:30 for my friend and I. I was needing a gel fill and she was needing a full set. We were finally helped over 45 minutes past our appointment. I fully understand it was busy when we got there but I was not super impressed with the set I got. My friend wanted a design of snowflakes on her nails and they turned out horribly.

This place was awesome! They were so fast and made my nails look amazing! I would give it a 4.5 Stars if I could. Just a little shy of 5 stars because some of my nails are not as smooth as I hoped and need slightly more shaping :))

Tiffany is the best! Any nail design that I present to her she does excellently! She is patient and kind and her work is always professional. I get compliments on my nails on a daily basis. Everyone at this salon is kind! Don’t hesitate to try it out!

Ive been coming here for years for my nails and these ladies never disappoint! They always take time to make sure my services are done with quality and attention. My pedicures last for months! And I have never liked my nails until they did them. 😍 I would recommend them to anyone! They do get busy so try to go at non peak times.

This is my favorite nail salon and they never miss! These nails were based of a reference photo, and they did even better than the picture! 12/10

The pedicure was great no problem. After our pedicures we waited nearly an hour before they started on my daughter’s nails. I waited even longer thinking that the same person that did my daughter’s nails was going to do my nails as, I had requested when I called ahead to make sure Jenny had time. Instead another girl starts my nails. When she starts glueing on the tips she didn’t even bother to make sure that the tips were stay on. The tips started to fall off and she didn’t even care, I was really upset and when the girl saw how unhappy I was sh just laughed. The nails are not bad but still far from being at least good.

I made an appointment ahead of time so I could walk in and get my nails done. I proceeded to wait for over a half hour for them to seat me and start my nails. They were totally overbooked and had me make an appointment anyways. After they were done I looked at my left hand and all of them were completely crooked! I was also cut!!!! That is very very unprofessional and unsanitary! Then they proceeded to charge me $50 for my nails! The store says 25 for a full set which is obviously a lie. I would not waste your time and money on this place and I will definitely not be going back. Honestly I was not wanting to give them a star because they don’t even deserve it.

I have been to 3 different places to get my ingrown toe nails removed and I had zero luck. The ladies here are great and the price is affordable.Tiffany and Lynn did an amazing job. I live in North Ogden but will make the drive out here again.

I absolutely love Elite Nails! I’ve known Jen for years and she is very good at what she does and super sweet. I love the whole staff, they are all very caring and helpful. This is my go to pedicure & manicure place, and I recommend it to everyone. :)

They’re nice and do pretty work, but they ripped off my old set without telling me as well and my nails weren’t ready to be taken off, my nail beds were destroyed. The ripped a couple nails to far down and it hurt so bad they proceeded to file them as well which made it worse. They also asked me 4 separate times and tried to persuade me into a pedicure I kept telling them no and they kept asking. There were 4 techs there when I arrived they had 3 working on my nails.. it was kind of wierd, and I’m scared to go back to be honest

I’ve never had a problem with my pedicures here, and have always received amazing service. However, this time. I asked for a full set, gel and it was the worst work I’ve seen in a long time. The lady that worked on my nails, seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. My nails were uneven, and very sloppy.Luckily, I’ve found a place closer to me that does a great job. I’ll never go back to elite

I’ve always went to Elite nails and absolutely loved how they did my manicure and pedicure’s until today. I went in today to get my nails done and all they asked me was what length do you want? I showed them the length and the color that I wanted, but didn’t mention the shape of them. The lady had taken me over and started on my manicure, a new customer came in and told the lady that was working on my nails that she wanted her when she was done working on me, so instead of her finishing my nails she sends me off to another lady to do my nails while she works on the new client that just came in. She never asked me if that was okay. Which I find Very unprofessional.

I absolutely love Elite Nails! I travel 45 minutes because there is no where that does nails nearly as good as them. Every time I get a manicure I leave satisfied, which never happens anywhere else. All the manicurists do exactly what you want. Because it is the best nail salon around, it does get really busy, so I would recommend going in right when they open or making an appointment. I recommend Elite Nails to everyone!

It was clean and didnt smell like other nail salons. Which was a huge plus. They had quite a few people come in while I was waiting for my friend to get there nails done. The only problem was. When we got there it was $40 for a full set they even told them how long they wanted and the people said $40 by the time they were done. It was $70. The work looked great. Very displeased to pay that much.

The worst manicure Ive ever gotten. The push you to spend more money almost forcing you to get a more expensive pedicure and manicure. The woman that helped me was rude and in a total rush. I got there at 6:30 but ended up beimg the last custome. She rushed my manicure and charged me 48 dollars because apparently I had a design. The lines arent marked all the way and they are crooked. Not to mention the actual nails are totally uneven and the shape is awful. Will never return. (I showed her a picture of what I wanted, if she didnt think she could do it she should have been honest)

I always scheduled appointments, even then I would have to wait 2 hours because JAN WOULD not turn away a walk in. Rather,, make a long time customer wait 2 hours. They would offer pedicure, and not for free or inconvenience, but for what is to be an hour ends up being 3, and then you spent more $$ than necessary. They are not clean. Dont spray or disinfectant anything. I have gone there for years and realized that setting appointments does not matter.you are better just walking in. I found a great place in Layton that values you and your appointments.

First off when we got there our appt got bumped back because another lady who was suppose to come an hour before us so we had to wait for her then after I told my nail tech she said $55 I wanted purple and black ombre with a butterfly, but then she made my nails crooked and was very rough with me so I ended up not doing the design which was $5 extra but she still charged me $55. So disappointing

I love how they work with my nails, I always ask them to do them and the girl is very delicate with my hands, I hope I have no complaints in the future

Had my fill done here in hopes of making my nails from another place look better. NAILED IT!!!! Jen was amazing. If anyone needs nails done I recommend this girl. She has got some mad talent. So impressed and absolutely love the work she did. So glad I found her.

Elite nails is a great place. Been going here for my acrylic nails for several months. I finally found a wonderful lady who knows how acrylic nails should be done, and who helps and listens to you. My lady is Jen. But all of the ladies are good as well and the place is clean. I had been to several places by researching thru Google. And the prices are good for whatever you decide to have done to your nails. I am looking forward to when warm weather is in, and I can finally try a pedicure. I am very happy I have found Elite Spa Nails.

This place is awful. My nails look like a 12 year old did them. The shape is horrid and color is all over my cuticles. The pics they post are NOT there’s I don’t think. My thumbs are shorter than the rest of my nails too. There’s bubbles and some of my nails aren’t fully covered in the clear coat!She would ask “is this shape okay” I would say “No. Skinner please” then she would say “no I’m not done filing them yet” (okayyy then why did you ask?and I said “I want my thumbs longer” *cuts them shorter* and says “No. The thumb has a bigger nail bed so it has to be shorter.” No, my thumb nails are a whole inch (basicallyshorter than the rest 🙄🙄🙄
